I loved how welcoming this gym was my first day as I was knew to CrossFit. The coaches are all very friendly and say hello to me everyday I walk through the doors, take time to explain the workouts, answer all of my questions and help me one on one if I am having trouble with a movement. The workouts are fun and programming well thought out. The community at this gym is my favorite part and have made friendships that extend outside of the gym. I've recommended and brought several friends to this gym.

I found my forever CF box. I love my morning peeps and the energy from the trainers. The trainers are knowledgeable and help with cues on your lifts as well as emphasize, form over heavy weight. I am in my 50s and have been doing CF since around 2016 off and on. CrossFit can be done at any age. Leave your ego at the door. Progress over perfection. I am here to stay.

This gym is unlike any other I have been to. Without proper ownership, coaching, and culture CrossFit can be really intimidating and the injury risk can be high. That is NOT the case here. CrossFit Ingenuity has the best coaches & owners who truly care about form, people feeling at home at the gym, and every level of athleticism is celebrated . I love the diversity of our group (lots of women as well as men at every age & athletic level), and the class times are great! It’s a very family friendly gym which makes it possible for parents to get workouts in as well which is amazing. The coaches are always helpful in making sure your form is on point, challenging you safely, and cheering on your personal “wins”. I have been off and on at CFI since 2015 and ALWAYS come back because it feels like home. So thankful to have this place!!

Totally recommend! I was inactive for years so I was very intimidated to come, but the coaches and people who attend are all SO welcoming! I like that the coaches don’t baby me and challenge me without pushing me into not wanting to come! I always leave feeling accomplished and very hopeful that I will get back to my goal weight!

Really enjoying the classes at this location. It's kinda situated outside the city limits in the warehouse district. It's a nice and clean facility. Classes run often and the people are nice and fun to be around. Beginner to Advanced, plus personal trainings.

Coaches and community are very welcoming, instructive, and helpful. The 24hr access is a game changer for me as my work schedule sometimes pushes my ability to attend class time. I joined because of the Olympic lifting focussed program but have just completed about a month of xfit and have loved both.

I do drop-ins here from time to time. The gym and equipment are perfect and the coaches are always super supportive and helpful. And even more important, the community is always welcoming and friendly! Ingenuity also has a great mix of beginners and competative athletes. If you are looking for a box in the south sound, I highly highly recommend CrossFit Ingenuity!

I love this place! The equipment is great and always so clean and well taken care off. The only thing they take care of better is their members! They are always striving for “the best for the best” as they put it. The owners, the coaches, the members and the COMMUNITY are all top notch! I couldn’t love this place more.

Amazing people, not just good coaches, caring coaches. Think about all those fitness goals you have yet to achieve becoming a reality. I'm not saying you won't have to work for it, but they will show you the way with a smile. Love this box.

The ladies' small-group strength training classes with Coach Sally have been a life-changing experience. I joined this class right before turning 40, having never set foot in a CrossFit gym before, and within a couple months, I was climbing ropes, jumping high, and lifting heavier than I ever thought I could. This class has helped me to run stronger and faster, too; as a result of attending regularly, I no longer experience knee, foot, or leg pain after my long runs. I have so much more self-confidence now, and feel stronger physically, and mentally. The small-group setting is also part of what keeps me coming back; these are no longer “people I work out with," they are my friends, and part of my community. They show up for me outside of the gym and support me in my other life endeavors. Sally is an amazing coach, and has never made me feel embarrassed or intimidated. She is very encouraging without being pushy or overbearing, and is always supportive of each individual member, whether it means lifting 20lbs or 200lbs. Sally is extremely knowledgeable, and always watches out for your form- which is really great when you don’t want to get injured! She’s also a badass, and is just one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I cannot say enough good things about this class or this coach. Just sign up already. You won’t regret it.

A friend encouraged me to join Sally's class to help build bone density (I'm over 60 and my DEXA scan revealed signs of osteoporosis). I had resisted weightlifting, weight rooms, early-morning trips to the gym and was nervous about doing the wrong exercises and injuring myself but after a few conversations with Sally and a few weeks in her strength class, I knew it was the right thing to do for my health. I started slowly and, thanks to Sally's understanding and attentive coaching, I was able to stay with it. In just three months, my bone density showed signs of increasing! I keep coming to Sally's strength class because her workouts are not only effective (for bone density, strength, and balance) but also challenging and fun. She builds in lots of variety, has a great rapport with the class, and somehow makes an hour of lifting heavy things fun.

Reviewing Coach Sally’s ladies small group strength class: I have always had an interest in weight lifting and getting stronger. However, it's been difficult to find a routine, class, or gateway to make strength training a regular part of my life. Group fitness classes at gyms are not geared toward lifting heavy and tracking progress, personal training is prohibitively expensive, and traditional CrossFit classes can be crowded and intimidating for a novice. When I found Sally's women's small group strength training class, it was finding the answer, routine, plan, and motivation I've been looking for for many years. The class is geared toward beginners but is suited to all levels--Sally is conscientious about different fitness levels, injuries people may have, etc. Her workouts can be modified for difficulty easily and Sally always demonstrates various options. Sally is also flexible with busy schedules, allowing us to make up missed classes during open gym time. Over the year that I've been in her class, I've practiced exercises I'd never do on my own, gotten stronger, and gotten faster as a runner. Most importantly, the small group, ladies only atmosphere has created a beautiful camaraderie among the attendees, making working out at 6:30 in the morning something we're excited to do. We've developed a small but mighty fitness community that has become part of my routine that I hope never goes away!

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Ingenuity for little over 2 years now, and I’ve found a wonderful community to be a part of. Everyone here is so encouraging and friendly, I’m happy to have found a gym I can call home. Workouts are challenging, yet extremely inclusive. As someone who hadn’t done CrossFit before, coaches helped me with variations of movements to make sure I could do every workout with everyone else. The gym has also expanded in my time here. Renovations have made the floor bigger and more accessible. Through one app, everyone is able to purchase not only their membership, but merch and protein powder/bars/drinks/etc. I also love that I’m able to access the gym 24/7. If I’m not able to make a scheduled workout, I can still go on my own time and complete it. Our owners Sam and Nicole continue to work extremely hard to make CrossFit Ingenuity the best it can be. I’m so glad I joined!

I was very skeptical about CrossFit and I had to be talked into by a friend multiple times just to show up. I’m so glad I decided to go. For someone that has zero CrossFit background, this gym has made me feel so comfortable, safe in all my movements, and not feel insecure at all about being a newbie and knowing absolutely nothing. Highly recommended. And my body is definitely changing for the better.

👍👍 Finally found a place that I belong! What I love most about this place is that there are no machines! (With the exception of a couple bikes and rower.) The trainers are all so super knowledgeable, helpful and obviously love what they do. They take the time to show you how to do each exercise with mo...

😠 Would love to join your gym as a temporary member, on a two week pass, as I travel to your town 6 weeks/year for work. It’s too bad you discriminate against working people and only allow them to come in 10-6, the hours people like me obviously work. No worries. I’m sure there’s a gym in the area th...
