I sustained a fairly serious injury while in the care, and during an appointment with these people. My physical therapist, Angie Trzebiatowski. DPT made the choice to leave my presence, (as she did many times during my time with Pro Active) so she could go and " Work directly with" another person during my personally assigned appointment time with her. Angie Trzebiatowski pawned my care off to an obviously very in experienced (intern)? is he, and then she left to another part of the clinic where there was no possible way that she could provide any supervision, or observe what was happening. Please see Washington State RCW 18. 130. 180 Article 4; "Incompetence, negligence, malpractice, witch results in injury to a patient or which creates unreasonable risk that a patient may be harmed." And article 14; "Failure to adequately supervise auxillery staff to the extent that the consumers health or safety is put at risk. " When Angie finally came back into the room, and saw, or realized what had happened, or how I was doing, she cut treatment off, and sent me out walking with "80 % " of my body weight on the injured leg. The result of this inadequate and indeed sloppy healthcare practice; is that I now require reparative surgery. in order to restore my knee to a state prior to the injury made under Pro Active and Angie Trzebiatowski's care. To further my review; I sent my formal letter of disengagement to these people on the 12th of the month. The owner Vince Gildner recieved this letter and replied to it, so there is not doubt he received it. Yet on dates after the 12th of the same month he has, to quote him in a communication with The BBB; "I have a communication attempt into his referring physician to try to get to the bottom of the issues." The issue I take with this is that Mr. Gildner has attempted communications with my personal physician at a date and time AFTER I removed myself from his care, therefore without my consent has been seeking information in regards to the state of my health. Please see HIPPA To continue; During my entire time with Pro Active and Ange Trghhlaggddski or what the hell ever her name is; She repeatedly, during any appointment time assigned to me, would stop my treatment, very abruptly, in order to just do a lot of cross talking with her co workers and other patience, therefore greatly jeopardizing the quality of care she can afford to offer, and by extension, damaging the reputation of Pro Active, and Mr. Vince Gilder, owner of Pro Active. Because of Angie Tzrbggdkdhfaisdgfski, or what ever her name is; My recovery time has been hugely extended, my life has been grossly altered, and I now am in searing pain, from my hip to my ankle. If I where you, or one of your family or loved ones; Further more; My personal physician, during an appointment time with me, felt the need to express, "Great frustration" in the fact that they "Had received hardly any information on my at all." During my treatment time at Pro Active and Angie TRrggadfgjsaiguaihski. After two months of physical therapy the only information that had been transmitted to my physician was my intake notes and only one set of chart notes from one appointment date. I was at PT between one and two times weekly for two months. have given the rate of "One Star" Only because in order to post, a review writer is required to give a certain number of stars. I dod think about giving Pro Active a "Five Star" rating for a brief moment, but ony out of pure sarcasm, and chose not to do this, in order to prevent leading anyone into their own healthcare disaster. What happened to me at ProActive in ethnically, medically and morally unforgivable. I would steer clear of this business, if only to keep your health in better order. Been talking to some pretty good attorneys

Retired military with 15 surgeries to date, titanium in spine and knee. I race and ride Enduro and XC motorcycles. I used ProActive Sportsmed because they are serious about helping me so my physical ability is capable of super human powers needed to ride hard. Not only do they provide me with the directions to improve my movements and coordination, they have significantly helped me with acute injury recovery after participating in physically challenging events. True sports medicine oriented Physical Therapy with a GREAT staff.

Love going here for my care. They actively take part in your care, always watching my form and making corrections as I go. They allow me to push hard (which I like) but hold me back when they see functional problems. Best care I've had after 15 surgeries.

Very happy with the level of care by the PT and the facility is clean & seems well equipped. Scheduling is flexible and easy.

🫤 Loved the coaches and the classes. However, their communication stinks when you have to cancel your membership. I needed to and had seven classes remaining that I had paid for. The app said I had until the end of April to use them and apparently that was incorrect. Front desk never let me know d...

👍👍 I’m so excited to have found Whetstone!! After learning that my gym was closing last week, I was on the hunt for a new gym. I tried one work out at a “big box” gym that I will not name, and I wasn’t happy there. At all. Whetstone had crossed my mind many times over my 9 years in Olympia, yet I had n...

😠 EDIT: I can assure you my eyes are glued at my child at all times! And I can assure you not a single staff member had eyes on him at that moment! And I am pretty sure each parent is watching their own child. So the fact that you have claims from staff and parents are highly doubtful! Also the conven...

👍👍 I’ve known Eddy and Lisa for 10+ years now, they’ve worked hard and have put in countless hours to make this gym what it is now. Starting out of their garage, then into a warehouse and now in this beautiful establishment! This is a result of their passion for the sport and for the people in their co...
