Champs has great customer service and they will offer a lot of help as well as the displays look nice in the places clean they always have the newest update of products but it is so expensive more expensive more expensive than any other store I go in

I would give zero stars if that was possible. I bought my son a pair of Jordans and the glue around the toe box started to peel after only 2 weeks when we brought them back we were told it was a factory defect and there was nothing they could do about it, we would have to call Nike. What type of store doesn't stand behind their merchandise? I was a member of the management team at a Reebok and that's not how you treat customers that paid more than $100 for a pair of shoes.

The employees at this store have consistently been helpful and spent time helping my son find a shoe that was not only comfortable but one that fit his style. I’ve gone into this store 3 separate times and every single employee provided exceptional service.

The shoes are definitely expensive. Some of the staff are not that attentive, but most are good at responding.

Today was the first day in over 33 years that I actually bought a pair of high top Nike shoes from Champs. My 18 year old year old daughter talked me into trying them on and wow I totally forgot just how comfortable they are! Dalton was an awesome help that made our shopping experience a good one!

I really appreciate all of the employees and how respectful they are. I go in, no clue about what's hot for my boys, and they hook me up every time. Great job to their managers and store is Always Clean and inviting!

Bought a pair of Jordans with an air heel. My son two weeks later popped the heel stepping on a nail and the shoes were ruined. When I went to buy another pair and told them what happened they told me to bring the shoes in and they'd replace them for free! I thought I was going to be out $150 but no they replaced them for free.

I was looking for some Track pants come to find out your store in Olympia does not carry any women sports wear.

Place is retarded. For a basketball type shoes store they really need sizes bigger than 10.5. Been there hundreds of times just to be told they dont have my size.

Will L. Is the best shoe salesman ever, he is very knowledgeable when it to athletic shoes, he is honest and will let you know which shoe will work for you if you're not sure which one to choose. He always has your best interest at heart!

Evan was the new hire at this store but I wouldn't have known until he told me himself. He helped us out with trying on shoes and even got me to come back in and get them after deciding not to. I did hear a manager directing him in what to do but he was already busy helping us , so to Evan I say thank you for your amazing help and great compliments he gave me and my brother on our shoe choices. Evan made the difference today in my shopping experience and I thought he should be recognized for his personable attitude and outstanding customer service! We will be back to check for more amazing shoes especially with such a great team player in your store.

It matches the experience of other shopping centers in the area. Mismatched businesses that can be covered by online shopping, over crowded, broken parking lot.

Went in yesterday 9/4/21 and asked about a pair of Nike Air Max 270 that online said they had them in stock. I was told we haven’t had those in months in that color. I showed them how online said they did. I asked if they were sure and if they didn’t want to go check. They were positive and didn’t check. Walked out the store and placed my order online. Went in the next day and they magically found the shoes in the back. The staff wasn’t rude but I felt like if I came in cause your website said you had them in stock I’d like you to at least make an effort to look.

Not a bad store for good sneakers,however, I just found that they don't have that great of a selection.
