👍👍 Had the chicken teriyaki and beef Bulgogi. Both were delicious and well-made. Chicken teriyaki comes with broccoli, cabbage, carrots, rice and plenty of chicken for about $10. Got a Philadelphia roll for $9 that was 10 pieces on a tray that was 14 inches long. Great value! Sushi flavor was good and... Love Miso!! My favorite place for lunch. Used to work close to the one in Lacey but since Covid have been working from home but my husband still picks lunch up for me a couple times a month. The Seahawk Bowl is amazing!! Love their online ordering and their commitment to community. Please build one in Tumwater!

Absolutely love MiSo and usually go to the Lacey location. We stopped here a couple days ago and while the shop was clean and the food delicious as always, the person at the counter did not verbally acknowledge us. They were putting liners in the trash can and made eye contact, even stared directly at me for 30 seconds or so but never spoke until they gave us our total. That was a put off.

Simple, fresh, and high-quality ingredients with very generous portion sizes. I'm stunned by how much food I got for the price I paid! Never disappoints. The flavor is top-notch, too. Truly a gem.

A healthy choice at Capital Mall. I got the dragon bowl with curry sauce, chicken, carrots, brown rice and edamame. It was good. I would have it again. They also have miso soup.

My fave spot in Thurston County. Consistent. Delicious. Affordable! And the little nod to Mitch Hedburg at the end of the email receipt?! Love this place. Support local!

Foods great, workers are great but the management treats their employees TERRIBLY. They film them and harass the workers if they are even a minute too long on breaks. Management treats employees like robots and illegally cuts their pay. I did NOT work here or hear from a disgruntled employee. Just regular employees talking about their shifts working at different miso locations. It's violating and gross to learn miso treats their workers badly. People over profit!!

I usually make a trip to miso everytime I go down towards Olympia and lacey and used to go to this location when I worked near the mall. Always ordered the steak and had nice thinly sliced steak with an actual measurable amount. This time I was surprised to see that the steak is now cubed. It is also incredibly bland and grainy. I got 6 little cubes of steak in total which are horribly overcooked very dry and stiff for lack of a better work. I included a picture showing that even gravity didn't bend this piece of steak and it honestly seemed like it was old. I'll try the lacey location from now on.

Love that they opened a Miso in the mall! That's been my go-to spot for my lunch break ever since they moved in. Food is fresh, staff is great! My favorite item is the Ahi Tuna Bowl with all the fixings.

I happen to frequent Capital Mall, and the theater inside it fairly often. After the loss of half of the food court, the closing of Johnny Rockets and Pints & Quarts I had a rather dismal view of dining options in the mall. Then Miso opened, and I wasn't sure what they were about, but I like to try new things, so I went in... I heard their story, chose the Tunami bowl on brown rice, and loved the mixture of the fresh vegetables and the tuna. I have been back, getting another Tunami bowl to go, which took a few moments to make from their stock on hand. I highly recommend this delightful location for fast, fresh, and delicious food.

How is it possible to mess up taste, texture, spices, and ingredients of a food at the same time? I would not call this an infusion food, or food at all. You should through out your menu, fire your creative chef, and start over.

With so many options in the mall, it only makes sense to support a locally owned business. This one has the added benefit of delicious, healthy food, friendly employees, and a comfortable atmosphere. The menu is easy to follow, and the options are broad enough to suit nearly any palate. I have been to all the Miso locations multiple times, and this one (in my experience) seems to run most efficiently and smoothly. I recommend Miso in general, but the mall location in particular. They're doing a spectacular job!

Miso is the bomb. If you like fresh fish, the Seahawk Bowl is the best seafood meal you can have under $20 bucks bar none. Do yourself and your health a favor and go. Keep going, cause you're worth it.

Meh, flavor, meh ingredients, meh experience. Got 2 two of their classic bowls. Cost me $25. It's about the quality you'd expect from a school cafeteria. Glad I tried it, now I don't need to come back.

Food is quite good. The miso soup is good, but they need to HEAT it! Went on two separate occasions and the soup was lukewarm at best.

It’s gross. Got a poke bowl. The first time I tried them, my food was drenched in sauce. Second time, thought I would ask for sauce on the side so I could taste my food. Didn’t happen. Tuna Poke is 8 trillion times better.

This place used to be amazing. Last night, stopped to get a steak bowl. I commented that it didn’t seem like much steak. I was told, it was a standard amount. Brought it home and weighed it. 2 ounces of steak was what I was given. Yes, two ounces.

This place rocks, the service is always really fast and helpful when I want suggestions to change up my regular orders. I've been probably 15 times, and will stop at the mall just to get Miso. Weird that I rarely see the same people working more than once or twice, also I've heard rumors that they're not super considerate of their employees personal needs.. I hope that's taken seriously. Guess that's what you get from the Goldman sachs and GE breed. Also I'm sad that they got rid of the reusable dishwasher/microwave safe to-go containers. Honestly things like that make a not-cheap meal feel more worth it's cost. I love the tuna protein option, and the bibimbap sauce. Plus the toppings choices are a terrific variety of textures and flavors. Pass on the miso soup though, it's cheap but not very good.

The only restaurant in Olympia worth going to. Lightning fast, healthy and delicious. I absolutely love being able to get a healthy lunch. Truly one of the best restaurants I've ever been to in my life. They also retain very friendly and efficient employees, which means they treat their people right and that's one thing besides the food that keeps me coming back. Congratulations on your success!

Cute little place! Food was just ok and the kimchi was sour? Would be nice if they would let customer’s use the restroom….
