After 6 years in our new home, my husband got on a ladder to inspect the gutters. The grit and leaves filled the gutters about 1/4 to 1/3 full. After I said, "you are too old to be up there". I called around for quotes. Adam came out and gave us a good quote. He cleaned the gutters by hand, removed moss from comp shingles, washed out the gutters, and treated the roof with powder at the ridge, middle and edge of the roof. He even treated the shed roof. He emailed me the invoice WITH PICTURES of the clean gutters and moss treatments. I have to say EXCELLENT service! I would recommend Olympia Moss Removal service to anyone. Our HOA recently notified us that we had moss growing on the roof and needed to take care of it to avoid a fine. We have a pretty steep roof and it is beyond what I feel safe doing. I am very, very happy with Olympia Moss Removal! They cleaned and treated my house and garage roofs 18 months ago after many years of neglect--a tough job, but it was well done. Adam came back a year ago to clean the gutters, and again last week to clean the gutters, sweep leaves off an outbuilding, and to apply another moss treatment. Elijah removed a light growth of moss from the north slope of my roof and then applied treatment to the entire roof. Nicely done! And the existing pattern of white treatment powder on the roof gives it an elegant appearance!

We have hired Olympia Moss Removal for the past two years to remove the moss, limbs, and debris from our tile roof and gutters. They are fantastic! Although our yard has only two Japanese Maple trees, neighbors on both sides have enormous ones that rain needles, branches, etc. down upon our roof year-round, plus the wetland behind our property has trees that do the same. Three different Olympia Moss Removal employees have come to our home and all were courteous, timely and did a great job. Highly recommend them and plan to schedule next year's visit right now!

These guys are great. Detailed what they would do, showed up at the time they said they would, cleaned up the site before leaving and did a great job. One roof was moderately in need of cleaning the second roof I had them do at my rental unit was heavy with moss and they did a fantastic job of removing the moss. Other than the clean roof and material left on the roof to deter future moss growth you wouldn't know they had been there!

If you want to support local businesses and need your roof cleaned, these are the guys for you. They did an excellent job for me, scrubbing the moss off my roof, then treating the roof to prevent buildup. They are a small operation of 2-3 super hard working guys - I really appreciated their friendly communication style and thoughtfulness. I will definitely be calling them back in a few months to maintain my roof as needed.

I can’t praise Adam’s integrity and professionalism enough. I contacted 3 companies for gutter cleaning and roof moss treatment, and Adam was the only one who offered to come out and take a look before giving a quote. He took photos before and after and did great work. When I had a leak inside the house a few weeks later, and there was a question as to what was causing it, Adam came out the same day to assess if the issue was a clogged drain or a needed roof repair. After determining it to be a roofing issue, he still sent me photos so I could see the problem for myself. I hope anytime I need work on my house I can find a business owner like Adam and a company like his. Then I could rest assured, knowing I was receiving competent and trustworthy help.
