Walked into this place randomly on a Saturday evening. This place takes pride in their craft. Our drinks were delicious. My fave was called Death in the Afternoon. Plenty of comfortable seating. Great date bar. We tried the jalapeño poppers and almost ordered more as they were fresh made and delicious.

In a lovely historical space where Dillinger's used to be. Not as busy or crowded as Dillingers, so you might actually have a chance of scoring the tables in the old bank vault or in the nook in the back. The Grapefruit Drop was a nice departure from ye olde Lemon Drop. My partner had the NA Coconut Cucumber Splash. I always appreciate when places go to the trouble of delighting the non-drinkers among us with creative inventions. The staff were engaged in cheerful conversation with the people at the bar, but we enjoyed the dimly lit booth seating by the door.

This is the old Dillingers place and I am not disappointed! Great drinks and food and service. Such an amazing experience on a Friday night.

Fantastic artisan cocktails in a welcoming, relaxing chill space and vibe. With 10 spots at the bar-top and two tops seating on the floor there's room to just relax. Our craft cocktail engineer was Sam and he did not disappoint, great conversation and master crafted cocktails. The cocktails were prepared perfectly and the cocktail menu has creative twists on familiar historical cocktails that will surprise you. The setting and décor is authentic old school prohibition style décor and lighting, just a great space to bring you back to era gone by! Almost forgot! Their happy hour drink specials are surprisingly affordable and reasonably priced, don't miss out because the variety will surprise you!

Very old town, original little place, great location, fun staff to talk to. They have a few food items on their menu. The poppers were a good little appetizer, and the grapefruit drop oh my goodness, delicious and refreshing, not very tart, and the sugar rim gave it just the right amount of sweetness!

The flatliner and grapefruit drop were 10/10 delicious, we will definitely be coming back. Great music selection tonight, too.

I remember this place when it was dillengers. It still has that sweet speak easy feel to it. We ordered wine. It was a short list that covered one of 5 or 6 types (red and white) and they were all great tasting. They made us meatballs even though it wasn't a specific option on the menu. I really appreciated the bartender and his kindness. Tuesday night is the night to be here.

Stopped in with my husband for a drink. Love the atmosphere and the two bartenders were lots of fun and friendly and created such a great vibe for the place. It's a quaint place. The small food menu had lots of great options although we didn't eat anything. We will definitely go back for good and more cocktails again.

I really love this cute little spot. Fun staff, good food, and some lovely quirky seasonal drink specials. Absolutely worth a visit for some delicious high-end cocktails and great food too.

A walk through downtown led me right to the entrance of Filibuster. Through the set of wooden double doors and adjacent to a martini bar; Filibuster offered an ideal atmosphere for my first night on a trip to Olympia. Inside I found a not too dimly lit bar with a small collection of people at the couple tables by the door; and a large party in the back at semi private circular booth. I browsed the drink menu and was quickly drawn to the buffet of options they had for old fashions. I ended up with the superflat and it was divine. Beautifully balanced and just the right kick tro match my Flatbread (they were out of stuffed mushrooms). Overall the experience was exactly what I was looking for in a cocktail bar. An expanded liquer selection and more protein rich options for vegans and vegetarians would put this place above and beyond but for Olympia, this is great. It felt like the kind of bar that desperately needs a patina, so stop on in and contribute yourself to this great environment.

Great little cocktail lounge. Even better that they specialize in my favorite drink.

Had so much fun at drag Queen trivia and loved my mezcal cocktail. Service was prompt and friendly and for the first time inside an Oly establishment, I was cozy and not freezing!

Always great drinks and food. 3rd time here, every time perfect. Reminiscent of when this spot was Dillingers, which also had great cocktails and food.

Great people. My drinks are always spot on. One of my favorite stop in beverage and snack places.

We totally missed the main entrance but I'm glad we found the side entrance. Fantastic happy hour specials. I'm in love with a Superflat Fashion. Chill vibes and music. Great service.

I’m hesitant to leave a great review for this place because it is just so good, I don’t wanna have trouble getting in there next time! Try the wings, jalapeño poppers and shrimp mango tacos, oh and the old fashioned selection is plentiful and tasty. Bartenders are friendly and 80s music mix provides a comfy vibe

Delicious cocktails. We had the Naked and Famous as well as Death in the Afternoon. They were both excellent and well proportioned. The Korean wings are also super yummy. Hope they can expand the menu to include entrees in the future, but what they are already doing is on point.

This place is an absolute gem. Atmosphere is fun for small groups/dates, and the drinks were masterfully crafted. Their seasonal drinks were such a surprise - will be back whenever they rotate.
