    AAAtowed my vehicle, but refused to release my towing records as evidence requested in support of an insurance matter. Seems like AAA is in cahoots to take advantage of the consumer. Anyways, I ended getting my AAA records and pictures through a backdoor source.

    I paid for the premier level for the 200 miles towing because my car was broke down and was told that there was a 5 day delay in my premier service and that they would only tow us 5 miles out of my 200 mile package even after I informed them that I am disabled and on oxygen. And my oxygen is running low. They said they couldn't make an exception even with me being disabled and on oxygen. They left me stranded with my dog and friend. And was told they don't make any exceptions even for disabled people. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR SAFETY. I'M SITTING AND SLEEPING IN OUR CAR AND AM MORE THAN LIKELY GOING TO LOSE MY CAR DUE TO THEIR NO EXCEPTION POLICY. LEAVING ME STRANDED WITH MY OXYGEN RUNNING LOW AND ABOUT 150 MILES FROM HOME. WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR AAA IT WAS NEVER STATED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR 5 DAYS TO USE THE BENIFITS OF THE PACKAGE I PURCHASED. I'M NOT IN A POSITION THAT I'M ABLE TO WAIT 5 DAYS TO BE ABLE TO USE MY TOWING BENIFITS. ALL THEY DID WAS ARGUE WITH ME AND LEFT ME STRANDED EVEN KNOWING THAT I WAS DISABLED AND ON OXYGEN. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS JOKE OF A ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!!!!

    Travel Agent Ms. Sam what is it that you can say wrong about her. NOT A THING!!! Excellent customer service skills. Outstanding professional performance. Very easy to work with. To ever loose her would be a terrible crime. We are always thanking Military, Police, Firefighters, & Medical. Hardly ever thank people in customer service for their work service. Thank You Ms.Sam Service and Help. You are truly appreciated!!!

    Chris Blaser, the travel agent, is excellent. She took care of my trip to the Great Barrier Reef. It was short notice but she still managed to come up with a very good package that met our specifications. She is very friendly, helpful and attentive to our family needs. She was very patient with answering all my questions and with providing a lot of useful tips and information. It was the best customer service experience I had with a travel agent. The staff at AAA are also very friendly and helpful.

    Been with AAA for 15 years and well worth the money. Camping last week at a remote state park, locked out keys in the truck. The wrecker service made it out exactly when they said. Great service and extremely friendly.

    A "Better" Towing took more than 5 hours to arrive to my friend's location when they called AAA. Josiah, the driver was belligerent and unprofessional. He yelled at my friend. I have been a AAA member for 7 years and today I cancelled my membership. I encourage everyone to do the same.

    I have been with Triple A for years and I pay for RV plus because that's what they said I needed to tow plumbing van if it ever needed it and it did a couple times over the years. I had one die on me this evening and called Triple A and they say "we are phasing out towing any vehicle with a company logo" I'm like well you haven't let your customers know that I'm stranded on the side of the road at 6pm on Labor Day weekend I've been with you paying for RV plus for years they didn't care and would not help me obviously I'll be canceling my membership and letting everyone know not to pay for Triple A they will leave you stranded when you need them even though you have PREPAID for the RV plus HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Called for help. All I needed was someone to jump my battery. They told me there was no one to help me and that I should try again tomorrow. What am I paying AAA for? There’s no one available to do the most basic, the simplest form of auto repair? I have used their service 3 times in the entire 3 years that I have been a customer. They got real petty with me on the phone, talking about this is the last time that I can call them for help. They told me that if I needed someone to jump my battery tonight, that I needed to find the person myself and then jump through all kinds of hoops, online and over the phone, to submit the invoice to AAA for them to reimburse me. What a scam. They should change their name from AAA to C-. I don’t even understand how there is no one available to jump a battery. How is it possible to get a tow somewhere, but not a simple jump? The math isn’t adding up

    Very helpful with getting our permits to drive overseas and fast. Also, lots of cool traveling products like rdif backpacks and flat fanny, document packs for traveling, for sale in the office. Plus travel health insurance. Very convenient and very friendly staff.

    I’ve been member for over 30 years, since I moved to Olympia I’ve been at the Olympia’s aaa office two times and their customer service staff was rude. They made me feel discriminated, I just don’t feel welcome in there anymore.

    What can you say about how great AAA is? Cheap insurance. Do you know how much a tow is now during Bidenflation? I very much recommend AAA.

    So I have been having problems using the website to get service to jump my car and they are saying I used up all my tows when I have only used one because they told me that my box truck can't be towed by them when I payed for RV AAA and I payed $820 out of pocket to get my box truck to my mother in laws house

    I first contacted AAA Washington requesting a quote for insurance on my vehicles, boat, and home. Although it took me three months to gather my information and make a decision, Jason at AAA Washington kept me informed and continued keeping me in the loop and I successfully transferred all my policies and am saving over $200 a year with this change.

    I am rather disappointed in the service. Stranded with a broken down Mercedes, I was blown away to be told first by the first tow truck driver dispatched after waiting over an hour that they would have to send another truck to tow my car as he couldn't find anything to hook onto under my vehicle. Second: to then be told by a member services rep that they couldn't tow my vehicle because the destination I requested wasn't a shop. Huh??? What if the customer (me) is the mechanic and I was asking to have it taken to the place that I repair cars at?? No? Alright then, I will remember that when asked for a recommendation or opinion on a roadside assistance referral/insurance company. Unacceptable if you ask me!! I have never once been told that. Ever!! I am cancelling my membership after being let down when I needed the assistance most in an emergency situation. Just lucky It was just me and that I didn't have my 8yo daughter with me.
