My group and I ate out almost every meal during our stay in Portland and this may have been my favorite spot of the trip. The owners are awesome, genuine people and we got to try quite a few dishes. My favorite was probably the jack fruit sandwich, but after having a sample of the vegan cheese I'm going to try the nachos when I come back. Thanks for the real food!

What more could one ask for? Two of the finest humans on the planet slinging incredible food and drinks. Flavors are exquisite, portions are large, and it’s all vegan. Come on, 2 pounds of heaping nachos and the best Mac around! It’s easily in the top 5 of vegan joints in Portland. Come. Come again. You will not be disappointed.

Must must visit if you are looking for fresh range of Vegan Menu. We have visited last night and really enjoyed the ambience and the food was just amazing. Georgia and her team was so helpful in selecting the food items. 1. Tacos - we have tried all the 3 types - jack fruit, smoked jackfruit and mushroom. Jackfruit ones are crazy and very new flavor for us. 2. Grilled Jalapeño poppers: The stuffing is very rich as it has cashews and I really loved them. 3. The Dude burger- it is okay- okay, patty is a bit thick. 4. Shake of the day- Their shakes are sugar free and very healthy. The place is very welcoming and so the owner - Georgia & her husband. Food is very fresh in terms of quality and flavors.

Hands down the best nachos of my life! Absolutely incredible portions, flavor, texture, fresh and high quality ingredients. Even harder to believe, it's not absurdly expensive! Super friendly owners. Huge variety on the menu, great drink selection.

Really really delicious! I don't like to eat out often, because a lot of food is too sweet, too heavy, and too little, but the portions were big, the food was filling without feeling heavy, and wasn't overly sweet. I had the Classic Daily Fuel burger, the Piña Colada Shake, the 6 Bean Chili w/ Sweet potatoes, topped with Cheese and Chives, and a Miss Georgette's Witchcraft Cookie(Cranberries & white chocolate chips). All very recommended, but the shake and cookie really stood out to me. I avoid desserts because excess sugar gives me headaches, but I was able to enjoy a tasty shake and a cookie without a headache, and I am definitely coming back for them. The food was nutrient dense, which is something I am always looking for when eating out, and the prices were great, especially for the quality and portion sizes. The atmosphere and service were both magnificent, and made it feel like a safe place to relax and enjoy a good meal. Absolutely my new favorite place to eat out, and I will be returning many times.

Truly amazing. We went right before viewing Christmas lights and this added to the magic of the experience. We ordered a few light sides- notably the kale- and every bite was perfect. We ordered heavier winter meals of chilli bread bowls and my 8-year-old loved every bite. I have been on “vegan food vacations” in NY and eaten vegan food all over the US in dedicated vegan restaurants and nice restaurants that offer a few special vegan meals. I can honestly say this was at the top of all my experiences. I can't wait to go back and order one of the healthy veggie bowls!

Our first try for vegan restaurant. I am hooked! We ordered daily fuel burger, power bowl, dirty Chai shake, blue raspberry drink( name?). Everything was superb. Customer service was top notched. Their temphe had good texture and thicker than most of vegetarian burger I had before. The owners are environmentally conscious. Yes, they don't have to kill animals to show the world how strong they are. We loved our experience. Thank you.

We've been wanting to try @dailyfuelpdx for awhile and oh wow, it did not disappoint. All vegan with a wide variety of fresh, healthy, pronounable ingredients that span the color spectrum. We enjoyed The Beastly Nachos, Buffalo Mac with Jackfruit, Tempeh Burger and Thin Mint Shake.

Wow. I ordered the Comfort Bowl and the Mushroom Bruchetta. Honestly not sure which was better. The jack fruit especially, in the comfort bowl was so tasty and perfect! The bruchetta was something I've never had- made with mushrooms! Very very tasty. Earthy yet somehow light. My order was ready when I arrived, no issues. I asked for a cup of ice and my server got me one- no problem. When I am back in Belmont area Saturday I will be ordering again. Amaaaazing!!! Well done!

First time I will definitely be returning! A pleasure meeting & talking with the owner while I was picking up food, he is passionate about bringing real good vegan food unlike all the processed stuff at a lot of places here. And it is delicious & healthy which I love the whole foods, very affordable especially for what you are getting and great people. True gem in Portland for actual healthy vegan food with whole foods ingredients, not a lot of restaurants are doing it like this, this is how food should be, the real deal! I ate half of the buffalo Mac b4 I took a pic, i coudlnt wait it smelled so good. Could be two portions. the house made cheese is so good not heavy! With chickpea pasta and jackfruit fresh veggies feels so nourishing but also tastes like a dirty treat lol best of both worlds, you've hacked the system Daily Fuel! I'm a fan. Can't wait to come back and try everything. Thank you for feeding my soul(: Also the cookie and winter spice orange milkshake is soo divine! Im not sure if they are refined sugar free that would be awesome I think they might be. Because he said the milkshake had date in it so I'm assuming that's sweetened with that.

Absolutely delightful experience. Had the ultimate veggie sandwich which has been the best sandwich I've ever had to date. The focaccia was wonderfully baked. Stuffed jalapeños poppers really make you contemplate if fried is better than grilled but coupled with the cheeze filling they take the crown. Partner had the 3 tacos which came filled to the max and every option was flavorful and well thought out. Absolutly recommend this 10/10 hidden gem. Also get the shakes they rock.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon with my three sisters. It was the first time for all of us and we all loved it. Very friendly owner and the vibes were great. The food and drinks were definitely delicious and the wait wasn’t long. We also got the electrolyte slushies which were so freaking good. Been vegetarian at least 10 years and this is one of the first spots I’ve been to that doesn’t just have typical options. Definitely want to go back and try the nachos after I saw how beautiful and delicious they looked!

This is one of my daughters favorite spots and she insisted I try it when I visited. I'm so glad she did! I ordered the Sweet Heat Bowl with a side of Jalapeno poppers, she got the Birria tacos. Each dish was bursting with perfectly balanced flavor and wonderful texture,; the portions were huge. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome the second we walked in. This will definitely be my go to every time I'm in town.

When you walk through the door at Daily Fuel, be ready to have your senses blasted by sweet sweet aromas, delicious flavors, and a friendly staff. The sweet heat bowl was everything I expected and more, the perfect winter meal. The owner was extremely helpful and fun to have a conversation with, even sharing some free samples of other menu items. Recommend this place for both vegans and non-vegans!

Truly the BEST plant based options in PDX. Incredible flavor palette- each dish is truly delicious! Daily Fuel is perfect combination of nutrition & elevated presentation. You feel energized, satiated from the food & the ambiance is lovely. I so appreciate the ingredients are truly healthy, fresh & balanced nutrition. Dax & Georgette make you feel like family, their passion for delivering excellent food is so incredibly inspiring!

This is THE BEST VEGAN food I have ever had!! I was so lucky when visiting town to eat here per suggestion from multiple locals and am so glad I did. I wish they could sustain one in Wyoming! The nachos were unreal!!! Each Mac n Cheese is incredible. The shakes are exactly what you're looking for in one, and all I think about is having more of this food. I would eat here every day if I lived in Portland.

We went back to Hawthorne Asylum to try the Beastly Nachos and they were delicious. And a lot of food! Like I just had them for breakfast and they're still delicious and there's still more. There is a problem with them, tho... I'm a serious introvert and EVERYONE wanted to talk about these nachos: the people to the right of us, the people to the left, people who were thinking about ordering as we went to thank then for the great food... Everyone. My first time with jackfruit (my friend is vegan, I am not) and these are great nachos: great spice, great preparation, great flavor and texture.

Holy healthy food yeah! This place is fanfuckingtastic. Fresh, fast, tasty, filling. What more do you want from a food truck? The owners are cute as a puppy that has seen grass for the first time. Ask about the truck. Check out the front bumper too. The loaded Buddha bowl. Nuff said.

Just a big hug for your belly and soul!! I ordered the Sweet Heat (chef’s favorite) and roasted potatoes and garlic. Just incredible whole food that truly leaves you feeling satisfied and fueled!!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Definitely don’t miss it if you’re at this food truck food court. The food is absolutely fantastic, we ordered the ‘comfort bowl’ and I think we chose one of the best items. We also saw someone take the nachos, and if you have 4 people this is a great option.

Do not sleep on Daily Fuel!!! I wish I knew about this place sooner- it is already my favorite spot to eat in Portland. I was lucky enough to dine there last night and I legit felt like Kim Kardashian (or insert your choice of celebrity here) - that’s how catered to and special I felt at this place! The prices are beyond affordable for what felt like a fine dining experience. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know! So, SO DELICIOUS!!

This GIANT salad was everything I needed on my third day of traveling and eating out. So delicious! So fresh! It’s staffed by the owners, and they were super cool! I’m not a review person, but here I am, writing a review… that should tell you something. Check them out!

I was visiting from LA and this place was recommended to me and had great reviews. The food did not disappoint. It was delicious (tried the Mac and cheese) and loaded with protein too. The owners are kind and go above and beyond. Plus, their food truck is loaded with LGBTQ+ stickers and a flag, represent! Definitely check this place out and take soup to go!!!

Daily Fuel is the place to come when you want delicious and nutritious food. Dax & Georgette have been making amazing food since their food cart days. Eating at the brick & mortar was a treat. Hurry up and get yourselves there!

I loved eating here, as soon as you walk in you feel welcomed from the cozy atmosphere and kind people that work there. It was really easy to order, you just bring the menus up to the cashier and they have your food to you in no time! Everyone working there was so kind and not to mention the food! The food was absolutely delicious and more. I got a sandwich and the bread tasted so fresh!! My mom and I were blown away it was all so tasty. We also got the chocolate dipped berries shake which literally tasted like chocolate dipped berries!?!? Idk how they did it lol. anyways i highly recommend this place, you should definitely check it out if your ever in portland!!♥️
