I walk into the store, as my girlfriend is shopping for some jewelry, I noticed a large man behind the counter eating potato chips and looking at his phone. My girlfriend asks a question about jewelry and he mumbled that he didn’t think the size would work for her and went back to his phone. Instead of getting his butt up and assisting, he went back to inhaling his patato chips. She specifically asked him to help her get a crystal onto a piece of jewelry. I looked at my girlfriend and said “I wouldn’t buy anything from this store. The customer service is horrible. He cares more about his chips and his phone than you purchasing anything.” He then told me to leave. I gladly left. With customer service like that, I’m sure there will be a space for rent there in the near future.

I was looking for a store to purchase crystals for my wire wrapping that I do. The store has a small variety of stones to chose from, none of which have been cleaned or have been made presentable. I started this unpleasent experience by trying to purchase some crystals from the only man in the store (whom I assume is the owner). Not only was it hard to get any answers out of him about the prices, it seemed he had little to no knowledge of anything in his store. While in the store several other customers entered, were not greeted, they wandered around for a minute before feeling to uncomfortable and leaving. Reluctantly I purchased several dollars worth of crystals, only to be short changed 2 dollars, the man said nothing. Astonished we left the store. I will NEVER go back to this store, after the 3rd bad experience, this last one was embarrising. It seems as if the owner has given up on his store, possibly even life itself. I suggjest ordering your crystals online, or possible walking several blocks over to Radiance. (They have a small but nice polished crystal section)

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but I felt very unwelcome. The male shopkeeper was short and a bit rude. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but definitely negatively impacted my shopping experience. Products look good and are priced fairly well, but I'd rather drive to Tacoma than feel this way.

Extremely rude service. I got asked by the woman there if I was looking for anything in specific and when I replied "just looking around", she said " I don't have a cabinet for that" The man there watched over my husband and I like a hawk and made us extremely uncomfortable. Worst experience ever twice , I thought I'd go back but it was a terrible mistake.

A lot of petrified wood.The guy working there is not friendly at all. The lady was better to deal with but Some of the stones just look fake for what is labeled as. Most the products look cheaply made and over priced in my opinion. They did have a little bit of cool stuff but Probably wont go back though because It was very uncomfortable to be there.

The Guy was very rude. Watched over my shoulder like I was going to steal. When i tried to have a decent conversation with him he rolled his eyes and ignored me. Never going back and I recommend you go else wear. Nothing about it stands out and the customer service was awful.

Cantankerous old man behind the counter was rude, uninviting, and got angry anytime you asked a question. It took him 8 minutes to ring to people in front of me up. Every thing is over priced too

Went here to get some rose quartz and was told by the man working here that there was no rose quartz. After browsing for some other stones, I came across rose quartz! I was shocked to hear that friends have had similar experiences with this shop. I would not suggest coming here, the people who work here don't know the inventory of their own store.

The woman working there was very friendly and helpful!! Got some really cool stuff yesterday and would def pop back in to get more!! A lot of local handmade stuff. That is what Olympia is all about!

Well there website says open till 5pm. I got there 430pm I drove 40 miles and they were closed... THANK YOU

Old man behind the counter gave us some very pouty toddler esque attitude, while ironically blasting a video about compassion and judging not thy neighbor. Strange atmosphere, the man probably wards off most of their business so I guess buy their sad energy loaded garbage before the stores gone!

Wonderful little mom and pop store. A little gem to be sure. Quality herbs, knowledgeable owners and great friendly vibes
