My fiancé and I went to Elie’s to shop for engagement rings. We were both disappointed in the customer service and how we were spoken to while trying to understand the process of picking the perfect rings. The woman who works there was very condescending to both of us. We were immediately uncomfortable. She kept telling us both to “relax” while attempting to find the right ring size. “None of these will fit you if you don’t relax.” After trying a few sizes, I explained some concerns about my comfort and did not feel reassured that I would get the help I needed. Small selection of rings, not many options on hand as they focus primarily on custom designs. Based on our experience yesterday, we will not be returning. Just not the place for us.

Elie Design was very helpful in the design and creation of a unique and custom engagement ring. They made the whole process enjoyable and listened intently to all my ideas and worked with me on making them a reality. Their attention to detail, as well as talking me through the best options for what I wanted, was incredible. You can tell they just want their customers happy, and I did not feel pressured to go with more expensive options. The whole process was very educational, and I am thrilled with how the ring turned out. Thanks to Elie Design, I am now happily engaged! PS: they also resized the ring for me after the engagement for free! Just a wonderful shop and couldn’t be happier.

Stefan and Elie Jewelry did an amazing job doing a tig weld to repair the arms of my glasses which had broken off. They had the exact metal needed, did the job under an hour (I visited the store in Yelm), and offered a great price for the services. It's been over four months and the weld job is holding up great and looks nice too, very subtle and even part of the glasses themselves!

We brought in my engagement ring that was oversized for my fingers and had a very specific design in mind. We wanted to reuse the diamonds and create two separate rings, an engagement ring and a wedding ring. Elie Jewelry Design helped us create exactly what I had envisioned and so much more. Over the past 50 years, I have dealt with a number of jewelry store folks and Elie's is probably the BEST of them all!!!! The Elie's jewelry has been my go to shop for watch and jewelry repair, plus its been fun brainstorming with them on fun, interesting, and unique pieces. My favorite thing is they have a big window into the workshop where you can see all the tools of the trade of the master crafters. They are the best. I've had some jewelry repair, and design done by them. They did an excellent job and it was reasonable. I've also purchased some items from them. Elie does such a great job and is so helpful. She helps pick the best fit and is very sincere.
