Every time I screw up taking a diamond out of my jewelry I bring them here! Somehow I always want to change the diamond in my ring because I’m silly and I mess it up and he always fixes it for me. The man working there was so honest and took the time to fix my ring, and I got to bring it home in an hour, and he charged me only a fraction of what I expected. This is the only place I'll go for jewelry and repairs! And today I picked up my ring it was fixed faster than I thought it would be and I can guarantee you nowhere else has a better price, And the quality of work he does on his jewelry repairs is exceptional and can’t beat it for sure! I called to see if I could have some work done on some sterling silver and rainbow moonstone jewelry and he said come on in and lets look! I brought my pieces in to have the stones swapped - a ring to a necklace and vice versa - and as we were talking, he began to work on the jewels at the bench! In less than 20 minutes he had the stones swapped and I was on my way, much happier with my jewelry!!! GREAT customer service, friendly atmosphere, and excellent fast service. I know not everything I ask to be fixed or swapped will be same day service but this was an outstanding exception and truly delighted me! Thank you so much!

This guy is an awesome jeweler, never had a bad thing happen here always good endings. He is very trustworthy.

Great jeweler, he has fixed several things for us in the past. From changing batteries, to fixing chains, and iridium plating. Most of his jewelry is custom one offs. If you want something unique it's the place to go and certainly worth the drive.

Owner Tony is an amazing person. One of the nicest, most humble and gracious people I've ever met. He has resized 2 different rings for me. He completed the work earlier than expected, with exceptional workmanship. In the future, I will bring my jewelry to him - even if it would happen to cost more. But I doubt it will; his services are very reasonably priced.

Went to Farwell's today to have a battery replaced in my husband's watch. Turned out that he need a new watch. Tony measured it and told him what he needed (it sits in a cuff) so we left and found a replacement and returned so he could install it. I found a ring I liked and bought it too. Great place. I went to Elie Jewelry Design first to have 2 links removed from a watch and a battery put in the same watch. The lady there was rude and wanted to charge me almost $60 dollars! I decided to call Farwells Fine Jewelry and he was so polite on the phone and told me it would be about $20 to $30 depending on the back of the watch. I drove over to him and he had it done in less than 10 minutes. We chatted the whole time and he really is such a pleasant man. The store was clean and his jewelry was so beautiful. I highly recommend going to this establishment for your jewlery needs.

Wow! Walked into the store with my Covid mask on and was told to remove it immediately because I could get shot walking into a jewelry store with a mask on. Does it look like I was going to rob you after removing my mask? All I wanted was a battery put in my watch. I am a legally blind Veteran. No greeting and was judged unfairly. Stay away. I don't recommend this jewelry store. Very rude.

The owner, Tony, is very personable and friendly. I went there today. He listened to my thoughts, and offered a few items that matched. He didn’t pressure me at all and allowed me as much time as i wanted, so that i could come to a decision. He offered fair prices, and did a great job of packaging my selection. I’d recommend other people stop in and give him a chance!
