I had taken my mother's ring in due to a loose center stone as well as my own personal ring to have it checked over for loose settings. I have never seen these rings sparkle they way they did when I picked them up! They did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier with the results. Very reasonable prices and super friendly! Had an issue with a metal watchband that failed on my favorite watch. The jeweler took it back to his bench, got to work on it right away and was done fixing it in about 10 minutes while I waited. When I asked how much the response was "No charge." Hard to beat that kind of service - for free no less. Thank you.

I have come to this place on 3 separate occasions. My 7 year old needed a cheap Walmart ring resized and they ended up giving her a nice one that was just a few bucks and her eyes lit up. My 11 year old had some cheap earrings that needed fixed and Mark didn’t charge me anything for it and I got an engagement ring from here and they made sure it was the right size even after I came back a few times to refit. I've had a septum piercing for many years and have spent a small fortune on costume pieces for it. I had my favorite one casted and created from gold by the team at Motttet Jewelry. I couldn't be happier with the piece. Pepper & Mark are open, down-to-earth, and very welcoming. I highly recommend them! They have a great selection of ready to ware pieces or purchase as gifts for special occasions as well as the ability to create custom designs.

I was very happy with the repairs done to my mother's/grandmother's rings. The repairs were back sooner than I expected and I was presented with 2 very shiny, sparkly rings! They looked brand new. I was amazed when I got my ring back. I had originally took my ring in for repair. The diamond flower..base of ring had fallen out. I picked up the ring a week later..wore it once and stone fell out again and got lost. I took it back to show the jeweler what had happened. They offered to custom build the flower and I was a bit leary but decided to let them try. We picked it up Wednesday and they had done an amazing job. I like it more than original which i loved originally. I had paid for the 1st repair but they didn't charge for the custom one. Thank you so much. I recommend you highly.
