Having an affordable place to stay during times when it's necessary to receive treatments or be near to others doing so, can be invaluable in many cases. The availability of Sunshine House makes possible the chance to support those we love without creating additional financial burdens that, in some cases, would not be possible to bare. With the greatest respect and courtesy the staff work over and beyond to assist and make your stay the best it can be. I've stayed twice in the last few years and am thankful for all they provide.

This is located at St. Pete's hospital in Olympia I stayed there yesterday the staff was amazing and there rooms are amazingly clean and well taken care of. If you have to stay here just ask a nurse they will help you a two bed room is $50 a night. This house is spacific for the hospital so if you need to stay here chances are you have a loved of in care... Know your not alone and my prayers go out to all who enter that house

This place is a God sent. When I first found out I had to go through chemo and every time my session started over every 4th week was a long day of being there for up to 7 hours and then having to turn around and come back the next day I looked for a hotel and all the hotels I could find were over $100 a night so we checked out the Sunshine House and this is like one of the best places I've ever found I would recommend this to anybody that has to have somebody in the hospital to come stay here while you're visiting them or if you're going through chemo and you have a long day and you just can't drive cuz you're so tired come over here they're awesome people to work with they'll help you out the rooms are always clean and they're very flexible on their scheduling so it's easy to get in.

Excellent place to stay when your loved one is in the hospital, they have ride service to and from hospital, fridge to store your food n more .. these things help so much when you are already stressing. They take some of the weight n worry off your shoulders

This was a wonderful place to stay when a loved one was in the hospital. Very clean & quiet at a lower price than local motels. The employees were super nice & helpful.

Keith was well cared for before surgery. Only complaint, WiFi is really spotty. Especially if you're checking up on someone.

Welcoming atmosphere and very hospitable during normal business hours. Has a great selection of books to read, different board games for some group entertainment. Has kitchens both left side and right with dishes and silverware. If you use be respectful of others and clean behind yourself. Fridge on both sides as well and if someone's name is not on it it's communal. If you are having to stay close to family or friends for whatever reason you can ask staff if you are able to stay at Sunshine House. I could continue to appreciate the hard work and dedication medical staff provide at St. Peter's to and for their patients and loved ones.

Great place to recuperate from my medical procedure. Loved the handicapped accessible room, and the bed was very comfortable.

It's a wonderful place to stay when you have a major procedure at the hospital, they escorts you from the room to the hospital, they have a full kitchen and laundry service on site.

Grateful to have a place to go beings you can't be in the hospital while someone has surgery.

Wife started chemo. Thought we'd have to stay at an expensive hotel While looking for a place to eat the Lord led us to this place. Staff was very helpful. We should all thank God for places like this.

This was a wonderful place to heal before and after my surgery. Very kind and welcoming people, clean, quiet, VERY affordable. Full kitchen with utensils, some free food items, or bring your own and cook. Ride to and from the hospital by security if needed and a later check out time than nearby hotels.

The best place to stay. When you have so many things on your mind with a loved one in the hospital, the Sunshine House takes away a lot of the little things so you can focus on the big ones. Always stay here when we have to be at St. Peter's overnight. Better get your room soon as you know you need it, they book up fast!

My mom and I stayed here when my dad had surgery. They were very accommodating when we told them the walk from the room to the door was too far for my mom. They got her moved to another room. Security will give rides from the Sunshine house to the hospital and vice versa. The facility has several kitchens throughout, which are shared. There is also snacks and coffee provided, which is wonderful when you are busy caring for a loved one.

So far this place is a 5 star. It's very quiet & relaxing and the staff are excellent. It's the best motel I've ever stayed in. I would say this is actually better than a motel, they've got plenty of movies that you can watch in your own room with a VCR/DVD player. They have a shared full kitchen w/plenty of snacks and coffee. A room w/2 single beds for $45 a night or 2 king beds for $50 and no tax. They have a laundry room with extra towels and toiletries. It's a good place to stay if you're from out of town visiting a patient.
