    Avoid working with the bleach blond person in the phone section! I was really disappointed by the service. I went in to get a phone, an individual with bleach blond hair "helped" me. I picked out the phone myself, once they got the phone, we went straight to check out. At check out we got all the way to accepting the restocking fee before I had to ask if we were setting it up with an upgrade. We then had to restart the process, and still they offered no information. I had been to AT&T just before and they had mentioned that the phone was on a promotion if I used an upgrade that would lower the overall cost of the phone. When I finally decided I would bug this person again, because they were silently setting up the sale, they had NO information. "The AT&T lady said that? Well then that is on their end" If you are selling and setting up phones, know the promotions; The Best Buy in Lacey always did. Overall, I felt like a bother to this working just trying to save myself some money. They were unhelpful and made the interaction incredibly awkward. I came to the Best Buy because AT&T did not have the phone I wanted in stock, next time I will gladly just wait for AT&T to ship my phone and avoid this Best Buy all together. Instead I am going back to AT&T to make sure the person did not mess anything up. I hope this person has put in their two weeks and I just caught them on the day they do not care because if this is regular service, Best Buy has gone so far downhill.

    We had a great experience with Waylon at Best Buy at the Capital Mall in Olympia. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and even had a sense of humor. We were looking for a good exterior camera that was very "user friendly" considering I am essentially terrible with tech of any kind. We plan to be back for my samsung watch and some other gadgets like a new TV for the living room. Thanks again best buy and Waylon!

    Well ... pre-ordered a new big screen to pickup the next morning. After waiting about 20 mins wandering around, because I was also wanting to buy an entertainment center, I was finally helped. I was told I could get the TV but would have to come back later because the entertainment center was behind all bunch of stuff, to which I was ok with. Well 3 hours later with no notification or contact I decided to go back into the store to see what was up. Upon arrival they told me the order didn't exist (although I had a receipt and order number) I then had to track down the employee who sold it to me to have them verify it and go grab it from the back. I would have given 3 stars in the employee didn't immediately go and grab it and apologize for the mix up, but they did so all is good. That being said the TV and the entertainment center are amazing and I couldn't be happier with the quality!

    When I came in, there were two staff at the door who welcomed me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I tothemheI needed help to find a fridge. They told me that they would send someone to help me. A few minutes later, an associate came and helped me find the dimension that would fit in my door. They couldn't find one in the store and tried to find it online. Even though I couldn't find one, I am happy with the service level that they provided me. The store is small but it has most of the electrical devices you could think of.

    Just went to Best buy and had a wonderful experience with a knowledgeable store assistant. His name is Ashton, and he looked up info on the Quest 3 for us. We are planning on coming back and shop after looking into the specks a bit more. Best Buy seems to have the best price we've seen for the Quest.

    The store is clean, displays of video consoles however could use a wipedown or a setup that allows users to wipe them down. The appliances seemed to have a nice selection of manufacturers, and the layout of the store was easy to navigate. Prices also seemed to match most other stores.

    Stood around for 15 minutes waiting for assistance to purchase a specific unit; to no avail. Shopped at Best Buy for years; never had this experience. No mystery as to why Amazon and other online companies are thriving.

    My brother and I went there to get his computer worked on. They were wonderful and efficient. Got it done in the same day. And taught him how to work on it himself in the future. Would highly recommend the geek squad protection and service plans

    Always have a good experience when I come here. Sometimes service is slow but once i find someone to help they always go the extra mile. Thank God for insurance on my ear buds. Saved me some money for sure

    We had Luke and Grant come to our home and instal smart lighting, locks and security equipment. They were very knowledgeable and we are completely happy with how smooth it went. Their experience was valuable, their contribution made it more than worth it rather what I would have done alone. They are an asset to Best Buy.

    My friends took me there for lunch and it was awesome. Food was great, decent portions and reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful in deciding what to have. Place is spacious, great layout and clean. Great view from inside, tables by the windows were occupied so looking forward to the next time. Great place for families, nite out with friends or just having a time to yourself. Very impressive place. Thanks

    Went in about an hour before close on a Sunday. Several people greeted us and helped out. I needed to find the right item and get my screen protector replaced. So many friendly helpful folx and they got it done fast. Thanks!

    Another sucky experience… an improperly ordered placed by their employee and delivery with install screwed up and a customer service that wasn’t able to help me get it resolved. I went to the store last week to order tvs and mounts to be delivered and installed. I had two complications with my order because of their system. 1) they had to break my order into two orders because so many items ordered 2) that I needed to bring home one tv mount that day because they could not deliver that many items to my house. So one of the orders got setup for the wrong address which I caught before I left the store and the guy said he fixed it but 2 tv mounts were delivered to the wrong place today and when I called them today to find out what is going on they didn’t have the all of the tvs I ordered in their system to be installed this Friday as planned. I was on the phone for over an hour, spoke with three different people. However, they could not fix it and at the end told me because I was total tech member, that the the delivery and install should be free but it wanted to charge me but they could not over ride the computer wanting to charge me so I should go to the store to get the override. I’m not able to get to my store because I’m out of town. None of them could contact my store either. So who knows what will be delivered and installed this Friday. Somebody needs to fix the way this place operates. Very annoying and dysfunctional and time consuming.

    They did not have any large flat screens on display and when I asked to see a smaller one that was the same brand that employee took me to completely different model brand everything. I asked him if it was the same one. He said no but it's similar. I looked at the TV on the other side of him I said. Is that the same brand and same model? He looked very confused and replied with. Yes. Yes it is. I said so when I want to be looking at that one not the one you're showing me confused again. He said yeah I guess and when I asked how much the larger TVs were, two employees looked it up. One gave me a price when we went to go look at the TVs in the back on the wall. The other employee gave me a way bigger number. Almost $200 difference. Not very happy with this place. Oh and they didn't even open up on time. They were late to opening up the doors. So sad

    Just moved to the area. My 5 year old computer was giving me fits. Took it in to the very helpful, knowledgeable staff here at BestBuy. Not only were they friendly and courteous but they are very very awesome at they’re job. They found what 2 other places could not and done it very timely! My computer is back to running smoothly again and I am one happy customer!

    Surprisingly I was able to get assistance in unlocking the item I wanted to purchase quickly. I knew what I wanted when I entered the store. I wasn't greeted by the employee inside the door but I'd way rather have efficient service over a greeting. The entire entry, purchase, exit was well under 10 minutes. YES!

    I have always enjoyed Best Buy. They have a lot of electronics and honestly aren't much more expensive than going online for most products. They don't always have the best selection of certain products but you can only carry so much at a physical store.

    I was waiting to get a email about doing a survey and never got one so I’ll leave what I have to say here. I went into Best Buy in the mall knowing I wanted one of the types of MacBooks…knowing it would be a large purchase I was kind of nervous but as soon as I walked over to them I was asked if I needed help and the lady showed me some and told me the prices and differences she also showed me the cases and even explained what apple care was literally 10/10 experience could not ask for a better one the girl gave me her card her name is Jessica

    I love the Geek Squad! I was sad when the Lacey store closed, but this store isn't a bad store. They have kitchen appliances and toys at this store.

    Went there to get a new fold phone. The clerk explained all about it and then went to a great deal of extra effort to get me set up with the provider I wanted and cancel my old account. (It took some effort! They don't want to let you go.)

    I like Best Buy, but it seems their inventory is a bit low. Helpful employees, but I think a charge of $8 to put on a newly purchased Zagg screen protector and OtterBox cell phone case is kind of ridiculous, considering I purchased both there, and they already pay their employees to, apparently, stand around.

    Took a somewhat awkwardly long time before being approached by a sales person to discuss purchase options. But after trying to find the perfect balance of fiddling around with enough display devices to look like a potential customer instead of a potential thief who might be casing the place, a sales rep finally did help me out and the help was fantastic. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

    Once in a while they'll have good deals but they used to be a lot better about getting new computer hardware for big launches. I waited outside in line for the 7900 xtx launch and they didn't even have any to sell in-store. Prices on other stuff is hit-or-miss.

    The only star I'm giving is for the guy at the desk helping. Store policies overall are a racket. I go to exchange an unopened Apple watch for the same exact Apple watch and the "manager" says they can't honor the sale price because the colors changed. Then she tried a very lazy excuse of "oh well maybe not all colors were on sale". Ma'am the whole line of watches was on sale, get educated if you're going to run things. Never again. Best Buy will be a last resort option for any purchases from now on.

    It can be hard to find employees sometimes at this location, but the last time I was there, the guy that helped me was super helpful. Best buy is great at keeping items in stock, and they don't seem to have a huge markup. They always have a great selection of anything electronic. And with Geek squad, and their optional warranties, you can buy with confidence and peace.

    Good stock, friendly staff. Pretty attentive. Was able to get a pretty quick install scheduled on all my purchases and that went smooth too. Over all better than average home depot location.

    Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. I want to point out the young man who gave me advice when selecting headphones. Would have rated five stars but for the heavyset thiryish woman at the check out. Not one word. No hello or thank you. Just mumbling. Could tell she didn't want to be there. I had the same experience with her back in July.

    Everything was going great until the attendant at the Geek Squad desk did not put put my email in their system correctly after asking for it several times. So now I am stuck without any updates. I can't verify the expensive purchase I made with the Geek Squad. And I won't get any updates when my desktop is ready for pick up because Jessica didn't put my email address in their system. Smh

    Very friendly and professional with great detail given about the appliances that we chose. Extremely accommodating with our shopping needs that day and assisted Us in making our Mall visit a good one! The prices were spot on in comparison with other companies and I will definitely make this my first stop when shopping again.
