Avoid
working
with
the
bleach
blond
person
in
the
phone
section!
I
was
really
disappointed
by
the
service.
I
went
in
to
get
a
phone,
an
individual
with
bleach
blond
hair
"helped"
me.
I
picked
out
the
phone
myself,
once
they
got
the
phone,
we
went
straight
to
check
out.
At
check
out
we
got
all
the
way
to
accepting
the
restocking
fee
before
I
had
to
ask
if
we
were
setting
it
up
with
an
upgrade.
We
then
had
to
restart
the
process,
and
still
they
offered
no
information.
I
had
been
to
AT&T
just
before
and
they
had
mentioned
that
the
phone
was
on
a
promotion
if
I
used
an
upgrade
that
would
lower
the
overall
cost
of
the
phone.
When
I
finally
decided
I
would
bug
this
person
again,
because
they
were
silently
setting
up
the
sale,
they
had
NO
information.
"The
AT&T
lady
said
that?
Well
then
that
is
on
their
end"
If
you
are
selling
and
setting
up
phones,
know
the
promotions;
The
Best
Buy
in
Lacey
always
did.
Overall,
I
felt
like
a
bother
to
this
working
just
trying
to
save
myself
some
money.
They
were
unhelpful
and
made
the
interaction
incredibly
awkward.
I
came
to
the
Best
Buy
because
AT&T
did
not
have
the
phone
I
wanted
in
stock,
next
time
I
will
gladly
just
wait
for
AT&T
to
ship
my
phone
and
avoid
this
Best
Buy
all
together.
Instead
I
am
going
back
to
AT&T
to
make
sure
the
person
did
not
mess
anything
up.
I
hope
this
person
has
put
in
their
two
weeks
and
I
just
caught
them
on
the
day
they
do
not
care
because
if
this
is
regular
service,
Best
Buy
has
gone
so
far
downhill.
