Watch out for the manager David, he will ghost charge you for random things like embroidery and you won't receive any service!

The new "Assistant Manager" here, looks and sounds like he has a whole two brain cells left. When did businesses start hiring incompetent people? Are they getting that desperate?

I went to the store yesterday and bought a backpack as a birthday gift and wanted it embroidered. Their machine was down so I called this afternoon and the machine was up and running. I took the backpack in and there was a gentleman in front of me with several hats....I had an appointment I had to be at in the afternoon so they could squeeze me in after the first hat, I came back after about 30 min. The store manager came up to me and told me they still hadn't been able to get it started yet, and she offered to drive it to me later since I live all the way across town, I told her that wasn't necessary but I really appreciated her willingness to do that! I was completely blown away by the amazing customer service at this store! By far the best customer service I have ever received.
