My
husband
and
I
had
been
on
the
road
for
over
30
hours,
and
I
wanted
to
get
a
room,
and
just
relax
after
a
super
long
drive!!
I
was
beyond
ready
for
that
jacuzzi!!
We
arrived
at
the
hotel,
i
myself
go
in
and
the
guy
at
the
front
desk
was
just
totally
disrespectful
out
of
nowhere.
I
was
not
aware
of
the
$100
security
deposit
either.
I
put
it
aside
bc
I
was
running
low
on
sleep,
and
just
wanted
to
get
to
the
room.
My
husband
and
I
booked
the
premium
king
room
with
jetted
tub.
We
get
in
the
room,
and
notice
that
the
jacuzzi
wasn’t
wanting
to
work,
there
was
trash,
and
bottles
of
soda
behind
the
tables,
the
bathroom
sink
stopper
was
broke,
so
my
husband
goes
to
grab
it
out
of
the
sink
and
here
is
a
CHUNK
of
hair
just
plugging
up
the
sink.
I
paid
a
lot
of
money
for
that
room
just
to
have
that
jacuzzi.
And
doesn’t
even
work.
My
husband
goes
to
the
front
and
they
can’t
put
us
anywhere
else
bc
there
were
no
rooms
available,
which
I
understand.
We
go
to
check
out
next
morning
and
the
lady
and
the
front
desk,
puts
in
her
notes
that
we
receive
for
a
partial
refund.
I
was
okay
with
that,
sense
we
did
end
up
staying
the
night.
It’s
been
almost
a
week
sense
and
I’ve
tried
calling
and
talking
with
someone
but
they
are
not
wanting
to
work
out
a
resolution
what
so
ever.
Not
to
mention
the
hotel
posted
in
the
picture
is
not
it.
There
is
no
pool,
no
hot
tub,
no
breakfast,
and
a
ton
of
homeless
people
surrounding
the
building!!!!!
