customer
for
3-4
years
now,
I
love
shopping
in
oldnavy
bc
of
the
discount
and
selections
they
have
but
this
store
made
our
experience
so
bad
that
we
are
no
longer
coming
back!
WORST
CUSTOMER
SERVICE/MANAGER
CAPITAL
MALL
OLYMPIA!
THIS
STORE
ROBBED
US
INFRONT
OF
OUR
YOUNG
CHILDREN!
Offered
us
the
old
navy
credit
card
bc
we'll
be
getting
a
good
discount!
True!
Sign
up
now
and
get
20%
discount,
which
we
did
because
it's
more
than
$100
that
we'd
be
able
to
save
and
who
doesn't
love
that
especially
if
you
have
multiple
kids!
We
paid
what
we
owe
in
cash
because
there’s
really
no
need
to
use
the
card.
After
couple
weeks
got
a
notification
that
we
are
charged
of
the
same
amount
as
what
we
had
paid
for.
Didn't
really
think
of
it
as
a
big
deal
because
it
could
have
been
an
error.
Contacted
old
navy
Customercare,
we
were
transferred
not
once,
not
twice
but
5x
and
our
issue
wasn't
even
resolved
bc
we
have
to
contact
the
physical
store.
Called
the
store
immediately
because
we
were
hopeful
that
it'll
be
an
easy
fix,
because
hey
nowadays,
there
are
CCTV
Cameras
everywhere!!
The
general
Manager-
Heidi,
ask
for
just
1
item
on
the
receipt,
gave
all
the
information,
send
them
the
receipts
and
WE
EVEN
TOLD
THEM
TO
CHECK
THE
CAMERAS
MULTIPLE
TIMES.
They
refused
to
because
they'll
check
and
will
contact
us
back.
She
called
after
a
day
or
two,
which
I
know,
I
have
a
gut
feeling
that
when
she
said
that
they
didn't
have
an
over/under
cash
tendered
but
I
insisted
that
they
double
check
and
again
to
check
the
cameras.
She
said
their
AP(Not
sure
who/what
that
is)
will
check
and
will
call
me
back
for
an
update.
No
update/call
back,
called
them
on
Friday,
but
no
update,
called
them
today
only
to
be
told
that,
"
On
your
transaction,
the
cashier
didn't
open
her
registry",
"
How
much
cash
did
you
give
her?",
"
Did
you
have
a
change,
how
much
was
it?".
Uhmm
I'm
sure
I
have
a
change
Heidi
bc
I
wouldn't
give
an
exact
amount
of
$271.66!
I
asked
again,
how
about
check
the
CCTV
Cameras?
"
And
this
is
the
response
that
we
dreaded
the
most
"
We
can't
pull
it
up
bc
it
has
been
a
month
and
Heidi
even
said
that
there
cameras
wouldn't
detect
if
their
cashiers
are
opening
their
registries
and
if
they're
handing
out
change!
Heidi
said
there
is
nothing
they
can
do
but
to
say
sorry,
they
understand
how
I
Feel
and
that
the
registry
wasn't
opened
at
all.
Did
it
not
occur
to
them
that
"
We
might
have
given
the
cash
first
before
the
cashier
offered
the
credit
card?"
and
Just
told
me
to
call
1-800
because
there's
nothing
they
can
do!
I
hung
up
on
her
because
I
was
furious,
I
was
mad
&
left
speechless,
I
was
made
to
feel
that
we
are
lying,
I
can’t
blame
them,
maybe
there
were
instances
that
they
believe
the
lies.
I
told
her
that
my
husband
will
contact
them.
She
told
my
husband
the
same
thing.
That
is
why
we
are
left
with
ONLY
a
choice
to,
file
a
complaint
to
BBB.
The
emotional
stress
and
time
wasted
dealing
with
them
was
too
much.
Not
worth
the
discounts
and
selections.
