Hands down the BEST breakfast bagel sandwich I have ever had! After I ordered she offered to put jalapeno cream cheese on it and it was amazing. Coffee was great too. Served hot! Some places just serve it warm now.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The worst experience I have ever had at an establishment. I am a paragon of patience and they turned a slight error into such a monstrous and uncomfortable situation that it would be criminal of me not to try and warn others of the unpleasant experience you will likely encounter if you go here. Everyone has bad days and hard times, but when I visited this place today as I used to often do, there was no line, it wasn't busy in the slightest. Lucky me I thought. Oh how naive. I ordered several drinks and meal items, tipped generously and made my way home. However, upon getting home and taking a sip of my drink, I found it to taste like nothing but carbonated soda. Looking at the drink in a clear container, it was pale and practically colorless. A sad sight for a 32 oz. I called them right away and informed them that the drink had been improperly prepared and had no taste. They said to come in right away and they could fix it. However, it is not easy for me to leave the house. It was a rarity I was able to get out for my initial trip. Plus I had hot food to enjoy. I asked them if I could please come and claim my drink at another time. To which they told me very flatly "No, it would have to be the same barista and yeah, sorry." Right away, this lost me all points for them. I told them that was pretty frustrating but that I would come in then. Upon arriving and telling them mine was the drink to remake, I asked to speak with a manager. They told me "One moment, ill get the managers number." Already pretty weird that there is no management on the floor apparently. After waiting an awful long time for again somewhere with no line, the woman finally came back, incredibly rude and dismissive. She said "I am not going to give you my managers personal number" (No one ever asked for it?) and then gave me a number she said belonged to corporates. When trying to ask clarifying questions the woman kept cutting me off, insisting she had given me all of the answers ((hard to tell when the story kept changing)) and just in general treated me like a problem. Needless to say I have placed a call into corporate, where their voicemail encouraged "if you want to speak to someone right away, call our cafe". I'm sorry, you mean the cafe I was just dismissed at and treated like an issue because I had the audacity to point out an erroneous error? Its not like I asked for ice and they put ice in there, I asked for a certain drink and got water. Like, that is an actual issue. But no, if you dare to try and speak to someone, you will be almost combatively brushed aside. Save yourself the grief, pass up this place. Was boycotting Starbucks for how gross they are and thought this would be a good alternative. Have been going here for years without issue. The one time I say something I get this ridiculous display. So sad. So pathetic.

Chuck has been roasting coffee since before it was popular to do so, and you can tell he knows what's up. The coffee is always roasted evenly and tastes great. It's also freshly roasted when you buy it. The staff make great drinks with that coffee, and customer service is the real deal. Always smiling and friendly all while making the best drinks in town. Give it a try if you haven't. The white coffee is excellent and tastes great in the Jack Frost. Inside is really laid back and comfortable. We've had business meetings there and other times just a place to relax and visit while Lacey buzzes all around you. Comfy chairs, outside seating room. It's been nearly 25 years now we've been getting coffee from Chuck. We won't stop unless he does. It's always great. The best. Try the warm apple fritter next time you're there. The bagels are always fresh and prepared just right. Simply the best.

A fun cafe we came across by chance during a road trip. The lattes were great, croissant sandwich tasty and the sausage breakfast burrito was mouth watering! I would recommend giving it a try if you find yourself in the area!

Was out in Lacy for babyshower and needed a coffee fix. This was the only local shop that was open on Father's day. The line was long via drive thru so my partner and i went inside. The staff were friendly and made every one of our complex orders. I personally had the iced white-chocolate pistachio latte. It was amazing 😍. All the other drinks were great including the house steeped iced coffee. It's definitely a cafe id be visiting again if I'm ever in the area Thanks, 💕

The coffee is always good, service is fast and efficient.. bonus.. this place has vegan substitutes like vegan cream cheese... I'm allergic to a protein in cow milk so finding a breakfast/snack on the go can be tricky.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Stopped in and was immediately greeted with a smile. Espresso is phenomenal, and the baristas were even better! I’ll definitely be coming back 😄

Food is on point. The biscuits and gravy are no joke, probably best I’ve had in a while. They were super busy when I got there with only 2 people in the morning and they provided good service in a timely manner. Coffee was good too of course. Will be coming back.

Tried to stop in for the first time via drive-through and spent 15 minutes total, 10 just waiting to get to a window (was 3rd in line), 5 sitting next to an open window and no one greeted me, no one took my order, nothing. I was super excited to try it out but now I'm just disappointed and coffee-less.

$14 for a 12 oz latte and 16oz latte?! Apparently prices have increased as their coffee used to be affordable. This used to be our go-to coffee stand but unfortunately not anymore. Went to Avenue today, great coffee, but $7 for our drinks. 1/2 the price.

This is by far my favorite place to get coffee. Excellent customer service. Delicious coffee and the vibe is real. I recently read a bad and long review and laughed at that poor obviously very unhappy human. In my book best coffee house in town!

Thanks for the wonderful service and the great coffee. This was our first time in here and we love it! The place is clean, hometown-ish, and it’s very comfortable. The coffee was just how I like it.

I enjoy this place. Being new to the area I have been looking for more local coffee shops and this one doesn't disappoint! The staff is helpful, patient and friendly. They have a lovely selection of hot and cold drinks and a quaint seating areas to relax in.

I not only get coffee drinks here, I also buy their roasted coffee beans for making coffee at home. The drinks are good and on point. The service their is always friendly. They roast their coffee on site. Chick does a great job at that. It is exceptional coffee made at home as well. I recommend this to anyone.

I'm obsessed with this place. Their coffee is great, their employees are delightful, and the food is top notch! I'm particularly obsessed with their bagel situation. Though i am sad that they switched bagels because their previous jalapeno cheese bagels used to have whole jalapeños(always a jalapeno and a real good glob of cheese in the bagel hole!). They toast the bagel and put a hefty helping of cream cheese on there making it the perfect grab and go on my way to work. Not every shop puts the cream cheese on for you! I also love their $10 lunch meal where you get a freshly made sandwich and a drip cup for that bangin price! And for an extra buck you can get whatever kind of drink ya want. I love this shop! *UPDATE: they have switched back to the old bagels! All is right in the world.

Who doesn't like fresh coffee, friendly knowledgeable staff and great tasting food. This is my place for a local option for the caffeine and quick bite.

Nice little place, does get really busy knowing the 3 staff had to really juggle their tasks, between food orders and drinks. They do have quite the breakfast menu like breakfast sandwiches to biscuits and gravy and donuts 😋 great seating area for dining in, and the drive thru does get quite the line. The staff are friendly and they do their best, but do get distracted by their regular customers and they tend to be a little behind. But that goes with the territory having great clientele. Will be going back!

They have some of the best coffee/lattes AND breakfast sandwiches in town! My only regret is that I have lived here for years, and I have just now had the pleasure of experiencing this place over the past year. The batistas are absolute gems! I definitely plan on coming here more.

This is a great place to get actual drip coffee, as opposed to the espresso only coffee huts that are everywhere. Sometimes you just want drip! Very convenient with the drive-thru, but it can get busy in the morning. They also have many sweets and breakfast options that seems to rotate occasionally. My go-to for coffee in the morning.

Nice local shop with better coffee than that big 1974 Seattle based coffee coffee company that sits on every block. Staff here is super friendly. Comfortable sitting area that doesn't seem to ever get overcrowded. Only started going here because a friend gave me a couple of gift cards, but regardless of how I found it, I'm glad I did.

The staff is nice and welcoming. However, the coffee and tomato soup was luke warm. Return both to microwave or something to make it hotter but both came back luke warm. The bowl they served soup was warm but soup was luke warm. I am not sure what the process of warming soup and coffee. Suggest use of thermometer to check temperature of food and drink. We have been there multiple times and was great before.

Best coffee & Bagels in town no joke see for yourself! They do it right everytime! And it's still cheaper then most places around. They have a pretty good selection of hot food for being a coffee house plus they roast their own bean right there. Like I said see for yourself; you be the judge!

Small shops have never been my favorite just because my drinks would always just taste off.. during the snow while all of the big coffee chains were closed, this shop continued to stay open so I decided why not try it out... BEST DECISION EVER. This is now my go to place over starbucks and they have the best bacon breakfast burritos. Highly recommend!
