Best taco truck in the greater Olympia area

I don’t know how I lived in this neighborhood for 5 years and never knew about this place. Incredible food, friendly staff. I love California burrito but this place is my new go to.

Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. I often try new taco trucks and food trucks. The chicken tacos come loaded with so many delicious veggies.

Two Carne asada tacos $5.67 total, good price for value, but there's no pricing at all on the truck menu Why? When I got my order, asked for utensil and napkins, man said they were in the bag, found out too late they weren't. I would eat here again anyway.

The only thing that was authentic of Mexico I experienced was the label on the Coca-Cola! I usually eat in Lacey at different trucks, but hands down the WORST I have had was here in Olympia ! 4 Tacos (And and pollo) and a cola and was a little under $20, no prices listed at all. Chicken had not a bit of flavor and tasted, textured, and even smelled like it hadd been microwaved. Tacos sat in a bed of water, had the smallest 2 chunks of each. Nice people though!

The guy trying to take my order didn't understand english well enough, and still got my order wrong after continually asking how I wanted my order. I asked for some lime slices, was handed a single small piece of lime straight to my hand, didn't even bother to wrap it in anything. The food that I DID receive was thankfully spicy, but lacked much flavor whatsoever. Would not recommend, i should have gone to the California Taco truck downtown instead.

Best food truck food I’ve had in a while. Fast, affordable and incredibly tasty. Great portion for the price and their sauce is spicy but the tastiest sauce I’ve ever had. 10/10 will come back. We even ran errands after picking up and came home and the food was still the perfect temperature.

I am a I literally a connoisseur of taco trucks. This place makes a regular taco plate become a whole meal in its self. Literally came with 1/4 of a onion, whole and cooked to perfection, with a whole radish cut up with a monster helping of pickled carrots. 1/2 long ways slice of jalapeño, multiple lime 1/4s and the tacos themselves were incredible (coming from a spoiled taco guy). Definitely check this place out!

Kind of a small carnita taco, but it might of been the best I've ever had.

Best taco truck in Oly, hands down. Burritos are the perfect size to finish in a sitting, and are packed solid, not greasy or runny. Plenty of garlic flavor in the adobo they use. Price is less than others as well.

The food taste more authentic than most american mexican restaurants. Portions are very generous and the service was great. The establishment is a mobile business and therefore has no dine in and really is in a different category of business. Excellent experience overall.

Just had lunch there..had the regular carnitas tacos and my husband the fried beef.. Both excellent!! Great taste, generous serving and quality meat.

Out of all the food trucks and even brick and mortar restaurants in this town, Fiesta is one of our favorite food places in Olympia. They are consistently high quality and delicious. We love the carnitas in the burritos and tacos which are hearty and flavorful. I love the green salsa as well. Excellent customer service.

Everything I've had here has been good. I had the birria taco today and was really happy with it. It was a slightly different take on birria than I've had elsewhere but extremely tasty. It wasn't as wet so it made a better taco.

Very good burritos and tacos! They are friendly, and prices are better than most of the other taco trucks around. This is becoming my new favorite place for burritos.

I swear to you: I got a chorizo torta at a place in Lacey that I will not mention here, and when I was over-the-top disappointed with what they gave me I left that blown out mess in a parking lot for the gulls and drove directly to this place to order the exact same thing only 100% better. This place is mad good.

$28 for two burritos, n then want to change extra for more then two little cups of salsa...

This place is a disgrace. I always get tripa tacos and the first time the meat was barely cooked. Your supposed to make it crispy, which I asked twice. The last time I order 6 tacos to go. Of course I unwrap the tacos and there is barely any meat on the tacos. I guess if order them to eat there they will not screw you but check your food if it’s to go. Absolutely pathetic taco truck.

Amazing, why are you guys complaining about the price like it's real meat and real food unlike taco bell.
