The room amenities were nice, in fact it was probably my favorite part. We enjoyed that you could experience the park for two days with one over night stay. However, it was very crowded and could do with some maintenance/updating. All the staff was friendly, the kids had a blast. We ended up buying the pup pass which turned out to be a great deal. We also did the breakfast package and that was a good value too. My only issue really was that nothing opened until 8:30/9:00. We just hadn’t planned on that and really felt like for our earlier rising family it out a damper on our fun. After looking at further reviews it seems the week day is a better value and more fun.

The rooms were good, not great. It served its purpose. The kids enjoyed having a den of their own to sleep in. Was very pleased to see that they had a lot of outlets for chargers and the likes. The customer service was severely lacking. There were a couple times where employees were gathered around chatting and laughing as I waited patiently to ask a question or ask for help. There was always a long line for ice cream and we only ever saw one person to do it all himself. The front desk staff, while some were cheery, some looked absolutely miserable and as though they did not want to be there. The food was terrible and for the price it was 100% NOT worth it. Would definitely stop on the way and grab snacks and breakfast/lunch ideas for the rooms. The water park was fun, the kids had a blast. The life guards all seemed to take their jobs very seriously and it made us feel comfortable. They actually do drills throughout the day to keep them on their toes and it shows. Over all we had an OK time. The kids enjoyed it as a one off treat get away but we will definitely never be going back.

Awesome time with the family, we were able to upgrade when we arrived to a wolf den for a pretty fair price. I love the new setup and the way the magi game is set up. Not going to lie I miss the way it was but the improvements are not so bad once you get use to them. One complaint would be the new kids section in the water park was really down grade and not even close to as fun. Other then that we really enjoyed our selves. They offered free large pizza and locker for free upon early check out we took advantage and liked the outcome there. Thank you

My Family traveled 3 hours to get here and I can definitely guarantee a return visit. The service is amazing Loree at the front desk needs a raise or promotion she was wonderful during check in and saved me money on my trip. Having such an amazing time. 5 stars for the experience and 5 Stars for the service again, Loree was professional and helpful. I would like for her to get praise for the outstanding service she provided to my Family 👌👍🤩

Wow, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Yes, it was expensive. But it was way cheaper than Disneyland. Honestly a great value. My kids (4 & 5) had an amazing time. We also saw plenty of older kids (even teenagers) that seemed to be enjoying themselves. The food prices are fair, maybe a little more than a regular restaurant. We ended up bringing breakfast items from home and eating breakfast in our hotel room which had a fridge and microwave, and other meals in the hotel or nearby restaurants. My kids were able to do everything in two areas of the water park all on their own, without adult help. With an adult, they were able to enjoy a couple other areas. MagiQuest wands and games were included in our pass. I wasn't sure it was going to be worth it, but it was a big part of the enjoyment for us. It offered us something to do when we were taking a break from the water park. With all the walking involved it also helped tire the kids out! I would recommend waiting to book until there's a good discount offered. The run promotions often, usually when better rates the further out you book.

Went with family for 1 night and 2 days, the water park was amazing! So many things to do for any age, young or old. The slide rides were a lot of fun. The hotel rooms were spacious and we had 8 people with us and it didn't feel crowded in the hotel. Although the breakfast was expensive, the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this place, it was really outstanding! The staff are kind as well. And the kids had a blast and I did also. I will be coming back in the future!

Only 2/3 elevators operating for 7 floors of families!!!! So many strollers and carts it was stairs or a ten minute plus wait. Rooms are small and lack basic amenities such as microwave. We went for one night with two kids and cheapest passes spending over 600 while our floor had open holes in the wall leading to exposed electrical circuits I saw more than one parent pull a child away from. The service on behalf of staff was great they were all the sweetest. The con is there are so few. Even for the ice cream bar there was one worker and he was clearly exhausted with a line of twenty plus impatient families. The lack of customer service makes some waits too long. They serve with a smile and always please so don't forget to be kind to the few workers. Life guards. Also amazing. Checking water thoroughly non stop alternating visual. I applaud the workers. Just sad they were so few doing so much. This place is making a massive profit in comparison to money they make per night vs what they are deducting for labor and basic amenities. No hot tub for parents which would be amazing. Stay was cute water was fun and stay was worth including passes. But very busy and highly priced for the speed and staff. Every shop I saw had one worker only two had two workers and they were operating separate lines. Sincerely for the quantity of family's housed per night in such a small space unacceptable. Oh Jesus. And the arcade? Bring your 401k ☠️😭

This was my first time to Great Wolf Lodge. Let me just say it was amazing! I came by myself with my 3 year old. The resort was fantastic. The check-in process was easy. The room was ready early and looked great. We walked the grounds prior to hitting the fun stuff just to see what was there. The layout was easy to navigate. The front entryway was phenomenal. The kid activities that were set up in the front area were fun and my son had a blast. The employees putting on the meet-and-greet, yoga, and all the other activities were fantastic and engaging. They seemed interested in having the kids there. I would come here every year and plan too it was so much fun. So this is all the good stuff, on to the lesser. I am a little disappointed with some of the staff. I had never been here before. But not a single staff member asked me if I had, every person I met worked with me under the assumption I knew what I was doing, even though I did not. I did not know I used my band to check out towels. I did not know my son needed a separate wrist band based on height. I did not know the towel was tied to my room and if not returned would end in a $15 charge, which I unfortunately got. I did stand at the entrance for the wood fired pizza restaurant for about 4 or 5 minutes and no one came to seat me, I eventually left and got food off the grounds. I will say that we spent the majority of our time in the waterpark area. In the little kid section my child could do everything with no issues at all. My child really wanted to do the slides that were under the big bucket. I got up there only to find I could not ride with him, which makes total sense. What I didn’t know was that the people running the slides would “catch” him at the bottom. As one parent, I cannot be at the bottom waiting for him and at the top getting him on the ride. When the lifeguard said they could catch him that opened up the slides to him, he would go first and I would follow up. If this is a normal policy, great. If this is not a normal policy, it should be. UPDATE - their aquatics director reached out to me and let me know that this "catch" is not a policy that they have in place and the reasons for such, which make sense. My recommendation would be try to come with two adults if possible.

Fun for all ages! Clean and well maintained, fresh and warm towels at the water park and plenty of chairs and tables for everyone. The water slides were pretty exciting. We bought a Pup Pass for our 5 year old and he enjoyed all the benefits it brought. Our hotel room was clean and neat. We had a pleasant stay and we will definitely visit again another time!

We love love Great Wolf Lodge! They let you check in early if the room is ready, great food with decent price, rooms are expensive but the water park and kids program are just amazing. My kids have a hard time leaving this place. Check in took a while and I wouldn't say all the staff were above and beyond but hey... I feel this everywhere i go since covid changed our lives. Room was spotless. I wish they have filtered water station everywhere so I can just fill up my bottle. Bottled water at the lodge is not only expensive but hurting our environment. Main restaurant and Starbucks had really really long line up in the morning. Other than that, I think our 3 and 6 yo kiddos had fantastic time!

I take my kids here about once a year for a collective birthday trip. I'm local so staying in a lodge so close to home isn't really necessary but nice nonetheless. I only give four stars because the prices are outrageous, other than that I've never had a bad experience here. Also, I worked at this location when they first opened and I loved it. A lot has changed since then but the employees seem just as happy as we were back then, and that's always nice to see. 😁

We stayed at your hotel in Grand Mound, WA last week and it was incredible. What amazed me the most was the staff. I don't know how you got 100% (every staff member I met) of your staff to be so great. Every time my kids and I got off the ride they greeted us with a smile and asked if we had fun (or some other polite phrase). One of the staff members my kids and I thought was extra great was a kid name Reece. Again, everyone was outstanding, but he seemed to be enjoying his job just a little bit extra. Thank you so much for the service you provided and the joy you bring to individuals, and families. Thank you,

My family and I stayed for 2 nights in one of their basics suites. The room was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 5. The water park had activities for all ages and was well maintained. When you arrive you get an itinerary for kids activities throughout the day. Anything from yoga in the morning to a dance party at night. The Starbucks in the lobby was a great idea. The kids loved Magi Quest. The hotel itself was nice and staff was friendly. Food options inside the hotel and outside made it easy for meal time. There were a few drawbacks but they were minimal. Those were: the pizza didn't taste the best, maybe it was the marinara used, the coal mine was cool but you had to pay to see it and, the arcade was pretty pricey. I spent $60 on 2 cards to play and got around 110-120 game tokens on each card. It goes fast when the average games cost 15 tokens to play. Overall though, the kids didn't notice. We had fun, I'd bring my family back for sure.

I dug it. This water park made me feel like a kid again. Something wet & fun for every age kid, from the really young, to the white-haired kids, who are still spry at heart. The food here was pretty good, as well. Their Fish & Chips, featuring 4 nice-sized Cod fillets, was super tasty. The fries were a bit thicker than most, so they stay warm longer. The Loaded Fries were tasty, as were the Family Nachos, for $19.99, a bit pricey, but they had everything under the sun topping them & were so good.

The only issue I had I guess was caused by me not reading details about the lodge. I didn't know that although check in was 4pm u can arrive early and enter the water park. We got there by 4 and had less than 3 hrs in the water park it closes at 8 and I didn't know u could stay until 8 pm check out day. So I didn't plan for that either, had to work Bummer. Overall the children enjoyed the experience. We got the wolf pass half the things we couldn't redeem because store closed. The beds where comfortable. I feel I didn't plan well enough for the amount of money I spent.

So I went here in April of this year (2023) forgot to add my INPUT! I drove 3 1/2 hours to this place! It was barely any parking & the first night we stayed people next to me got their catalytic converter stolen! I was spooked after hearing this! It’s a cashless establishments that they should tell someone ahead of time! Luckily I had my cards with me. The lockers are way more expensive than needed only fitting about one or two items in them. I did have to report a staff member who was young and running one of the slides. I already felt uncomfortable as an African American when me and my children arrived I was told we smelled like coconut oil and hair spray which none of us used. Then to have the staff send my children to the back of the line for being @ the wrong slide but sent 2 other families to the front was not fair. I was just told they’re sorry then to go on about my day. I will say my children were not effected by the poor service however I was . Probably not going to return but if you have never been you should try it out for yourself ! The wrist bands are the room door keys that’s cool. The little ears are free which are cute! But updating people about story time & little events they are doing while your not at the pools are not announced loud enough or something because I wasn’t informed on anything . We missed dancing exercising story time and another event. The game room is cool as well.

Almost didn’t go because of the bad reviews. I’m glad I went. It was very fun. Fun slides with my 4 year old. And shallow pools with my 1 year old. 10/10 good day. A little pricey at $90 for my family. The wave pool was no joke. It’s everything you hoped the wild waves wave pool would be.

My family had so much fun! It's the perfect place for kids of all ages. The room was nice, the water was fun, the food was good, and the kids daily events activities was a lot of fun. Especially the pajama dance party! The only thing I didn't like was the high prices. But I think you can expect that anywhere. Definitely a place I recommend! My family and I will be back next year!

We returned to Great Wolf Lodge after not being there for a couple of years. The rooms are nice and the staff is super friendly. The water park is nice, though some of the sprayers in the toddler pool area were broken and could use maintenance. Also, the dragon quest in the magi experience was broken yesterday. My boy, as well as several other kids couldn’t complete the quest. The experience just got stuck and wouldn’t reset and nobody could cast any spells. Most of the other quests worked fine, though the equipment is showing its age. The staff was really helpful when we needed an extra bed. There are decent food options on site. Overall, my kids had a great time and my older son is already asking for a return visit.

Great place to take the family for a local vacation. They have suites engineered for large families to stay comfortably. There were 6 of use but the room easy slept 8. The meal choices are available all day. The buffet is just okay to be honest. The consistantly overcook the meat. I guess i completely overlooked the huge indoor water park. Wave pool, tube slides about 3 stories high and indoor and outdoor hot tubs are awesome. The lines are the best part cause they move so quickly which makes you want to get on the slides multiple times. There is a lot to love and do. My only gripe is that it is expensive.

It's clean albeit under construction/remodel but not a big issue or obstacle to deal with. The water park food is honestly where you get truly hosed(chicken sandwich that had a credit card sized piece of chicken with 1 pickle and a pinch of mayo for $16?), get the pizza or nachos as those are the actual deals there, everything else is below meh. This place is truly for kids or those who love slides and wave pools. My daughter had a blast and that's all that I really went for. If possible get the cabana, it's so much nicer to have at least SOME semblance of privacy. We will go again but will plan eating times better to avoid inside the park markup.

Great place to visit with your kid or kids. Plenty of fun for the kids (and adults) at the waterpark, water slides, arcade, candy store and shops. Kids also get to do a "Magi Quest" (which lasts for days or about 7 hours) around the resort. Be prepared to get your steps in parents ;-) We spent 3 nights here and it was more than enough. Would definitely recommend for a visit, but wish they had more adult facilities like a sauna, steam room and cold plunge. Prices at the restaurants and shops were quite high for what you got, but can't complain too much about the food. Breakfast buffet however, was way over priced. In general, good place for a visit while kids are still young. Our 7 yr son had a blast!

This is definitely a family vacation destination. All the rooms are designed for family's staying together, suites with multiple bedrooms and living spaces. But sleeping is hardly the most important thing that happens here. The water park is the main attraction and it is HUGE! Many different areas, many water slides, too many features to list them all. When you are not in the mood to be wet, there is still a vast number of activities to occupy your time like an arcade, day glow mini golf, and more. The facility itself is huge so you will need to be careful not to get lost. I recommend giving this family style playground a try, and recommend spending at least 3 days and 2 nights so you can take it all in.

We love this place 💯 Come early and enjoy the water park and stay late the check out day. I would recommend to bypass the arcade park since it’s a money pit. There’s so much more to do there for free. Kids can enjoy the wizard games after age 5 at least otherwise you have to help them. They change themes with calendar events and always have friendly staff. Starbucks is inside the lobby thank Goodness 😅 the only thing that I would improve is the air quality in the water park- it’s a bit heavy when you’re there all day.

Too pricey, like all amusement parks are. But you can find discounts and deals on your visit pretty easily- depending on what day(s) you plan on staying and if you are a first responder (nurse, doctor, fireman, police etc) It's convenient to have the all inclusive facilities in one building ( dining, sleeping, water park access, family style activities and even a few free attractions like yoga or bedtime storytelling). It's worth it to spend a few extra bucks on a themed room like the kid cabin or the wolf den which have semi-seperate rooms with cool bunk beds. It's very clean and I appreciate the numerous employees in the water park who ate monitoring the rides/pool/whatever. It's heated water thank God. We have been several times and the kids always enjoy it. By the way, they let 2 and under in fir free and they count a " kid" as anyone up to age 20. :) You can go frugally by packing a cooler with food, and avoiding the add-on passes, arcade and gift shops. If you're just there to enjoy the water park, and nothing else- you could essentially spend under 85 bucks per person. Not bad. Plus you get complimentary fuzzy wolf ears headband and souvenirs. Pretty courteous staff too. If you hate crowds, don't go on holidays or weekends.

So so so much fun!! Great place for all ages. The pools and water park was a blast and the water was a great temperature. The arcade was lots of fun and the glow in the dark mini golf was a great adventure and made for a fun experience. Rooms are expensive but everything else was great. You don’t always know what to expect for food when you go to a big place like this, but the food was so delicious. Thank you Great Wolf Lodge

This water park is perhaps the best waterpark that my kids have ever been at. Especially this year they have done major renovation and rooms are super clean and pretty much everything is new . My kids are much happier to go to this place, rather than going to an expensive vacation such as a trip to Mexico. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the environment is positive and cheerful.. Thank you for your excellent service

This is a great place to stay for a vacation. The rooms are nice and have a lot of space, and the events are all really fun. The water park is awesome and it's pretty huge, as the whole building is as well. There are lots of rooms to choose from, and a golf course, lots of restaurants, a gift shop with quality merchandise, an arcade and more stuff to even name. The pool is a good temperature with just enough people to still be enjoyable with a lot of people there. The water slides are really fun as well. Worth the money for sure.

Super easy family fun experience. Staff is super nice. Biggest thing I would change are the hours, everything closed at 8pm. Pushing that to 10pm would have given us a much better experience. After the final dance party ended at 8:30pm there were a bunch of other families just sitting in the lobby looking bored. We went with a big group and wanted more to do. Be prepared to spent a ton of money. Buying the passes helps lessen the blow though.

The kids always enjoy a trip to Great Wolf Lodge! I think that the prices are on the high side for what you get. To me all of the activities should be included in your tickets, instead if you want your children to be able to participate in extra activities you have to buy an extra pass. If I'm paying over 400$ for a one night stay then the extra stuff should be included. Either way it's a lot of fun for the whole family to enjoy!

Had a fantastic first time visit at the Great Wolf Lodge. The staff were great with the kids, and are well trained. Our room was clean and spacious, but soundproofing could be better. The indoor water park was fun and the many lifeguards on duty were attentive. Would definitely come back!

The place was amazing. Lots of activities for the kids. Super family-friendly. They have schedule for the activities so you won’t miss whatever you would like to attend to. Arcade was expensive though but it was fun and the kids had a great time there too. There was a part of the waterpark that was under renovation and we were not informed until later. There was an option to rebook for later dates but I think we were informed the day we were supposed to go. Overall, it was fun. Special mention to Wisdom at the ice cream shop and Aaron from the Howler’s rope course for being extra helpful and accommodating!

It is a magical adventure for the kids. Definitely worth buying the activity pack. We "did it all" in a three night stay. About a day and a half of daytime activity and adventure. We could have spent an extra day at a more leisurely rate, but I'm glad we erred on the side of action-packed and compact. I would have liked, and been willing to pay for, electric car charging on site. Wasn't a barrier, with other options not too far away, but it would have been convenient for our road trip.

Such a great place for kids! We went during a holiday weekend so the prices for rooms were a tad higher than usual but I have seen coupons on Groupon. Anyway, water park was amazing with something for everyone! The lines for slides can be kind of long, but they are worth the wait. My kiddos spent hours at the water park. Food is nothing special. I would recommend bringing your own or traveling to near by restaurants. To be fair, we only tried the pizza and the fast food offered at the pool. We did not eat at the sit down restaurant. Activities for kids are wonderful. The staff is so engaging and enthusiastic about the work. They bring out so much excitement from the kids. Check in could be a little better or maybe it was just the person who helped us. They didn't explain any of the add on passes and we had to figure all that out on our own. A good break down of the passes and what's included in each would have been beneficial. With that, a map of the resort would have also been helpful. We had no idea where things were. Had to figure all that stuff out on our own and that takes time. We had a double queen room with pull out sofa and it was perfect. Spacious and clean. Overall i would highly recommend it for families. Again, the staff that interacts with the children is phenomenal.

We has fun. It was expensive. The staff was nice. They don't have microwaves in the rooms. They have one at the end of the hall. Breakfast is 20 dollars a person. They have all these extra items but they cost extra.. I think this place would benefit from a playground. The water park is cute.

We had a great time. So glad we opted out of the "adventure packages" the value was not advantageous at all. We purchased a la carte, and regret purchasing the MagiQuest adventure. Many of the stations were not working which meant in order to bypass the inoperable stations we had to wait in line for around 30 minutes. Our 14 year old teenager who loves all things magic rated this a 3 out of 10. Our twelve year old rates this a 6/10. My suggestion is to just purchase one wand ($19) and one game ($16) and let the kids share it. The mirror maze was fun, but easy to complete in 2-3 minutes so take your time!! They won't let you re-enter. Wake up early, go to the pool and reserve your chairs, there are more people than chairs. Bring your own towels to use after you leave the pool, on site towels are not allowed out of the pool area so it might be a chilly, wet walk back to the hotel. Have fun!

This the highlight of my year. My parents took me and my best friend in October of 2023. The people were super nice with everything. It is amazing that you get free wolf ears with your reservation. The dance party was super loud but wasn't a problem since we couldn't hear it from our 2nd floor room. Super nice water park staff. This place is worth the money.

Water slides are awesome! Tons of activities to do with the arcade and magi quest on different levels. Both my kids had issues with their wands but the support was fantastic for getting them fixed! Everything was really clean for the amount of people at the great wolf lodge and bingo was a blast! Both kids and I won our first time playing. Will definitely be back in the future to finish the magi quest.

It's an okay place. Check in was fairly fast, but they try to upsell often, on emails, on person during check in etc. We only came for the water park which was okay since wild waves was closed for the season. My kids are 3&5 so not too many exciting water adventures here for us . Hotel room was good, nothing great. Room is very tall, making it colder than a typical hotel especially when it's only 30 outside. They key system sometimes works and sometimes don't. I don't like it since it's part of the hand thing (whatever it's called). Also, makes it very awkward to try to badge in and unlock the doors. This place will make you bleed money, it's how they make money and stay in business. I guess it cost less than Disney land or Disney world. But Be ready to pay up.

Construction made the experience less enjoyable. We couldn't really play arcade games and most of the food we like was gone. The park website had the wrong opening time. We had fun. But it was SO busy. Lines for the water slides were super long.

Rooms were relatively clean. We couldn't get our heat/air conditioning to work until I realized the filter was plugged solid. Overnight someone emptied their entire balcony onto the parking lot so we kept getting woken up with the sound of glass breaking. Water Park was fun the first night but on Saturday was PACKED and every seat covered with towels but noone sitting. Incredibly LOUD would recommend earplugs. We left after the line to the waterslides reached the ground floor. Get a cabana if possible but they were $400 and definitely not worth it. Overall, kids enjoyed it but we will never be going back.

I just want to say I'm a Huge Disney fan I've taken my kids to Disneyland and Disneyworld several times, at times just myself and the 5 kiddos alone and let me tell you Great Wolf Lodge has been by far the best family time experience! There is absolutely fun for all ages! My husband and I felt like kids again our 5 kiddos had so much fun I wasn't stressed out. We stayed only one night I took healthy snacks. We had a pizza for dinner we also had ice cream the kids enjoyed some time in the room. I showered them took them to the arcade. We celebrated one of our daughters birthday with a cake. We got cozy in fun PJs after a day of water and fun. I absolutely recommend it! We are lucky to live only 20 minutes away we recently moved to WA and this place will be our go to for the kids Birthday! I already reserved for the next birthday kid in January! I hope you all have a great experience like us! Don't forget to have fun and enjoy time with your family and be a kid again!

Overall experience was not bad. My kid had a lot of fun and the place was nicely decorated for Christmas. The only concern I have is the lack of sound insulation in the room. I was bothered with kids running down the halls, screaming kids, loud banging of heavy feet on the floor above us, doors slamming and possibly jackhammering. This all happened between the hours of 10pm to 11pm. I understand that this is a hotel filled with kids but I would think this was put into consideration during construction and made the place more sound insulating.

Went for a birthday. Room was good and comfortable. Lots of kid centered activities. Price’s DEFINITELY add up if you aren’t careful. Was happy to have food options close by. Starbucks in the lobby was great to have and they were very quick! I’ve been to other indoor waterparks (Kalahari) so feel like they could have a better selection of rides and really need a bigger hot tub! Need more showers. Overall a great trip

Family of 6 were very comfortable in one room. I couldn't rate the room more than a 4 because any basic hotel at a bare minimum should have and ironing board and iron. Last time we stayed here the rooms had a microwave, now....no microwave. Otherwise the water park was a lot of fun. Surprisingly it wasn't that busy, and the kids had fun with the magic quest.

We've been going to Great Wolf Lodge in Grand mound for many years. We really love going here but over time we've run into issues here and there. It's been 2 years since we've been there this year the general manager Nick Hovde really helped make our experience wonderful. He was able to help secure a specific room that I needed and also most of the construction that had been going on this year was completed and we appreciate the updates. The staff is always very friendly and we always feel comfortable and safe having my children at the lodge. Thank you for all you do for our community and our state. Once again Great Wolf Lodge made a wonderful experience my daughter and her friend will remember for the rest of their lives.

👍👍 It was good from the start. Ample parking, clean facility. Greeted right away with friendly service. Did I mention they serve breakfast all day. Prime rib on Fridays after 5pm and garlic fries. :) The food came out nice and hot. Hand breaded Alaskan wild caught cod and hand breaded local oysters. So...
