Wonderful associates immediately notice you when you walk in. I’ve been there many times now after hip replacement and they definitely know what they are doing!!!!

I am regaining my strength and balance. I have learned to walk again after fracturing my right knee cap. Going to physical therapy every week held me accountable to do the work I needed to do in between appointments. Thanks you Kai and Dr Jordan for your encouragement and teaching me how to strengthen my whole body and knee.

All of the PT and Massage Therapists are wonderful! They can take one look at how you are walking and know exactly where to work on you! It’s quite magical.

They are very informative. This has been 3 knee surgeries and they have taken the best care. This is the best physical therapy place in town. Thank you kai and Jordan for all the support and encouragement.

Great Staff & atmosphere!!

I have been coming weekly for Occupational and Physical therapy services because of my medical conditions. From the front desk staff Jess and Haley both are so kind professional and caring as are my physical therapist's Jordan, Kai and Occupational therapist Cooper and techs Marilyn and Amelia each are so kind ,professional and informative during every session helping me every step of the way helping me to improve my mobility and help me get stronger. I highly recommend South Sound Industrial they truly care about you. Also love the coffee that is offered in the waiting area.

Front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful as well as my physical therapist and his entire team . I would highly recommend this physical therapy place !. Everyone there is super friendly , knowledgeable and seem to care about you and your progress . Always listening and making necessary changes to your care if something isn’t working as well as is should .

The staff, from the front desk and throughout the clinic, are all very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to performing their job responsibilities. The therapists take the time to get to know you and they structure a treatment plan that is personalize to you and your abilities. But the thing that sets this clinic apart from other clinics is that everyone one that works there is incredibly kind and courteous and that goes a long way when you are in pain and looking for relief.
