Martin is just awesome! Had him check out two appliances that weren't functioning properly and he was honest that it just wasn't worth fixing my dishwasher and best to upgrade it. He was however able to fix my washing machine and his price was very reasonable. He didn't even charge me for looking at the dishwasher (even though I told he should because he took it all apart). He was on-time, honest, friendly -- and I will DEFINITELY call him again if I run into trouble again.

Martin fixed my washer and he was very professional. Responded to my request for an appointment in good time. Answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future repairs.

My washing machine stopped working, and after trying the recommended fixes online, I felt defeated. With 2 young kids, I needed it fixed ASAP. I reached out to Martin, got a response in 30 minutes and had set an appointment for the following day shortly thereafter. He was able to show up early, troubleshoot and fix my issue in ~30 minutes. His bid was about half of what some of the other companies quoted, their lead time was 4+ business days more, and he was able to fix another minor problem I had at no additional cost. I could not be more pleased with his responsiveness, experience and timeliness. Will certainly reach out again if I have any other issues.

This was my second time employing Martin’s services. We scheduled a day and time for him to come over to repair our dryer. Martin confirmed our appointment, but then promptly stop responding to my messages and then no call/no showed to our appointment. I severely misjudged Martin’s professionalism. I had to make all kinds of schedule changes to accommodate Martin, and then he kept me waiting for hours before I finally decided that Martin was not going to show up to our scheduled appointment. I lost half a day of work waiting for Martin, all for nothing, so I cannot in good conscious recommend Martin for any services. I am very disappointed in this lack of professionalism and courtesy. This was highly inconsiderate.

This guy is good. Called to schedule a service call. Got his voicemail which said to text him. So I texted him my name and my refrigerator's symptoms. Basically I had well formed ice in the dispenser tray, but the auger wasn't moving when I pressed the lever. He texted me right back, but instead of a possible service time, he said, "sounds like the motor is frozen." Try opening the door with the dispenser let it warm up for an hour or so and it will probably start working. We thawed out the motor with a hair dryer, and voila! Dispenser started working. Cheapest fastest service call ever.

Very timely, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it immediately, I cannot recommend Martin enough, and I have yet to meet another repair service that can communicate quickly via text, very convenient!

Martin is friendly and fixed our washer super quick! The price was reasonable as well. I will definitely call him again if I see any issues with our appliances. Highly recommend!

Martin was very prompt in diagnosing the issue with our washer, ordered the replacement parts and scheduled the final repair while at our house. He quickly repaired the unit as promised a few days later after receiving the parts. We will use Martin again whenever we need appliance repairs. He deserves 5 stars!

Martin had a flat rate price for service and diagnosis of our Samsung stove, which was great considering how other companies charge you to diagnose, then charge hourly outrageous rates to come again and fix it. He scheduled us quickly, came on time, and was honest and upfront, actually discussing with me what was wrong, and how he was fixing it. He also offered suggestions on how to fix it ourselves, on more than one appliance. How refreshing! Would highly recommend, I know we'll be calling him for any future appliance repair.

Called them for my neighbor and the guy that came out was really nice and gave her a quote. She's been on a trip so she hasn't had it fixed yet but I imagine she will.

He came right away and fixed the problem with my washer quickly. I would definately call him again

Came out in less then an hour and fixed my dryer for under 200.00 was amazing, did a wonderful job.

Martin quickly diagnosed the issue with our dryer and repaired it for a fair and reasonable price. He also offered his opinion on a few of our other appliance issues, even making suggestions for DIY options. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Martin is amazing! Our fridge stopped working. Other chain/franchise appliance repair companies wouldn't come to take a look for 1-2 weeks. Not only that, most of them wanted $95-$150 plus for just the first 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. For the repair labor and part.....another $200-$600 was quoted by them. Martin came the same day that I called, though I know this can't always be guaranteed, I still appreciated it. He did an honest evaluation. Worked quickly. Fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't try to sell us on fixing other parts that didn't need to be fixed like the other companies would have done. Martin provided us with sound advice for the future and our appliance and we spent under $150. Sears specifically quoted us $250-$300 minimum not including labor and parts. I love supporting private/local business people who are honest and do great work and I have referred Martin to everyone I know. Please use him!!
