If you look at my account I almost never leave reviews but decided I had to for this place. I drove by this food truck and had never seen it so decided to give it a shot. I got 2 pastor and 2 asada tacos. Everything about these tacos were perfect. The quality of the meat, the marinade, the salsas/sauces. They tasted so absolutely fresh and the pastor was flawless. I've tried street tacos from California Tacos, Taco Brothers, Mi Pueblo, etc. and the competition isn't even close. I really hope this truck sticks around. It's kind of in a weird spot (at least in my opinion) and I hope that doesn't hinder it from it's full potential. I can't wait to go back and try other things as the whole menu sounds great and I have no doubts it will be. Please don't sleep on this food truck as I need it to stick around!! :)

The street tacos were so good. I almost didn't want to give the wife her half.

Unbelievably good. We come to Olympia once a week from Raymond to grocery shop at the CoOp. This little taco shop is now on our weekly rotation. The quesobirria and the lengua tacos are choice

Easy to order, service was polite and professional. The cashier was knowledgable of the menu and very co-operative when asked questions.

Kudos for the quality of ingredients (especially the chicken!) And the sauce on the wet burrito is delicious! Stopped in based on a recommendation from my hotel staff and I'm glad I did. I wanted something good but fast and they exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff too.

Great tasting food. Was stopping by after an appointment I had down there and happened to see this food truck. Stopped by and was glad I did. The Cali Burrito is amazing and so are the tacos.

Stopped here while visiting from out of town and already wanting to drive the 2 hours for more! We got the asada fries, street tacos, and burritos, all of it was sooooo delicious! These are the asada AFTER I was full and done eating… so much food for the price. It was wonderful and scrumptious!

The tacos here are absolutely hands down the best I’ve ever had!!!! You have to try this place. Sooooo good!!! I had the Al pastor tacos & carne asada tacos. The best carne asada I’ve ever experienced.

Very good fresh fish tacos! Quick and easy place for lunch. The cook/owner is super nice and hospitable! If I lived i the area I would totally stop there all the time!

Food was fresh and good: we had a fajita salad and a chicken burrito. Location isn’t the best at the shell station but good takeout. Please be patient: since the pandemic he’s had a hard time finding workers so must limit the menu. Next time I would add guacamole instead of cheese.

This location just opened a week ago and they’re already popular! Valente answered any questions I had about the menu and provided top tier service: fast, great quality, great vibes, GREAT FOOD.

Heard about it from my coworker. Got horchata drink, flan, and tortilla soup. My favorite was the soup which was well seasoned but not spicy. A small cup was well worth it and full of flavor. Plus they grilled the chicken right there then added it to the soup and it smelled amazing. Defs gonna order again 😗

Fantastic food truck. Great staff, tasty food. Some of the food options were off the menu, due to missing ingredients, but the cook got us sorted.

Watched the owner of the truck throw fresh chicken on the grill to cook my delicious quesadilla. Service was great, food was better. Would definitely make it a regular stop if I weren’t just passing through

This has become me and my bfs comfort spot. Whenever we get lazy we have the same order and are never let down. I absolutely love the Carne asada torta and totally recommend it!!! Being from Los Angeles it was tough finding the same type of cooking and this Torta is my comfort food.

Absolutely, amazing food. The owners were very helpful and helped me decide on what to order and they blew it out of the park. Haven't finished yet and feel like I had to leave a review. Will be coming back.
