Went in for emergency. Dentist talked me into a root canal that I didn’t think I needed. I was in severe pain. Had same issue year prior and referred to a specialist. It had come back. Did the root canal but pain did not subside. I called the emergency number and left a message, requesting service or pain killer. Call was not returned so I called the office on Monday. They couldn’t squeeze me in until 2 days later but would send prescription. Went to pharmacy, no prescription was sent. Called the emergency number again and left another message. No response. Called the office in the morning and was told that the emergency line was monitored by a dentist that just had a baby. I don’t see how this is my fault? And if she wasn’t available, someone else should have taken over. Finally got in to see a dentist - asked for a different one. The new dentist agreed that I didn’t need a root canal and referred me to a specialist. They know they were wrong, never charged me. Two weeks later, I finally received a call back about the emergency calls.

I had a new dental hygienist this visit and she was fantastic! Theresa was gentle yet thorough. She was very considerate of my needs and made sure to ask how I was doing often during cleaning. She also made sure that she offered the water suction often during cleaning process so there was no water buildup in my mouth, that in the past made me a bit uncomfortable for a minute. Theresa offered suggestions to me to keep my teeth cleaner between visits. This was the most comfortable and best cleaning I have ever had. Kudos to Electric City and Theresa. A great cleaning experience!

I am a very difficult patient due to the fact I have bi-lateral total TMJ replacement. I have to say my treatment was fantastic. I need a lot of work and they gave me comfort in feeling I am going to be taking very good care of. Jess was so gentle and she got to take all x-rays needed, and trust me that is not an easy task when it comes to me being her patient.

Kendra is one of the best dental hygienists in the area! She is kind and knowledgeable and always helps make my teeth sparkle! All of the front desk staff are very helpful and professional as well!

Kendra is the greatest! I have a hard time with X-rays and she always makes me as comfortable as possible. Also, she knew I was there in the middle of the work day and got me in and out quickly!

My tooth broke and I was looking to switch dentists and someone recommended Electric City Dental to me. They were able to get me in very quickly since part of my tooth was missing. I usually get very nervous at the dentist and Dr. Nick explained each part of the process and was able to fix my tooth! He made sure that I was comfortable and that I felt no pain at all. He even asked if I wanted to music turned up so I didn't have to listen to the instruments as much. As someone with anxiety I appreciated that so much! I'm so happy with my experience and Dr. Nick's care. Thank you!

I’m so happy to have found EC dentistry. They are now my new dental caregivers. The modern and beautiful office is paired with the pleasant and professional staff. I will be recommending them to all of my friends. My dental assistant, Julie, explained every thing that she was doing. It made for a much easier dental visit.

The place is so convenient since its in the mall. Adriana in the front desk has been helpful to us in giving schedules and explaining about the coverage of our insurance. Theresa the hygienist was also friendly and approachable.Dr Nicholas has been good in explaining about certain procedures .Overall the experience was great. Everyone is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

Val is an excellent hygienist! She’s very thorough and genuinely cares about your comfort. I also appreciate that Dr Nick is conservative in his approach- he doesn’t recommend anything that isn’t absolutely necessary.

Appointments are punctual. Friendly and welcoming associates. Haley effective and gentle on oral hygiene. Dr. Mary Grace very knowledgeable and efficient, explains procedures in detail and responds to all questions, very informative.

I'm super afraid of the dentist, I lost sleep for the two nights following up to my extraction appointment, but Doctor Laura Spence was so quick and kind. I came in for a molar extraction and I know my teeth are really bad. She and her assistant (I never got her name) were so kind and didn't point out my other bad teeth. I didn't have insurance and they didn't try to upsell me, which I was really greatful for. The extraction was painless, fast. They were super thorough with what I should do as aftercare. The front desk girls were super nice. Can't recomment this office enough. I'll be back for my other teeth when I save enough up.

In 2022 I finally gained the courage to visit a dentist after years of anxiety and fear of dentists. I chose electric city dentistry because of all the positive reviews I've read. As suspected, I had multiple cavities requiring multiple visits, which was no problem. The hygienists were wonderful, and made me feel comfortable. Dr Ryan on the other hand made me feel very uncomfortable as he made comments on the shape my teeth were in, and how "almost irritated" it made him. During my last visit, Dr Ryan made multiple unnecessary comments including "John(myself) has paid my mortgage for the month." And when talking to what I believe to have been either another hygienist or his assistant who was assisting in filling in the holes he drilled in my teeth, they were casually chatting about their children, he said "don't ask John what he was doing at that age, because it was probably some pretty good meth." I am not that kind of person, and that made me feel very uncomfortable. At that point I wanted to get up and leave, but couldn't as my teeth were drilled open but not yet filled. On top of the comments, I feel that he did an insufficient job, as the appointments felt rushed. I had rough patches left on my teeth from some of the first fillings he did, and when I asked to have them filed down, he shaved one on my front tooth too low, causing severe sensitivity to cold and warm foods and beverages. When I mentioned it to him during a later appointment, he said it just needs time to adjust because the work that was done was recent. It's been over a year since my last visit and I still have sensitivity on my front tooth and a few others he worked on. As of today I've had a 3rd filling fall out or break and have a cavity growing underneath one of the fillings he did. I will not be returning, and I highly suggest if youre like me and have a fear or are anxious about visiting a dentist, Dr Ryan is not the Dr for you. I cannot speak on the other Dr's as I had no experience with them. But as stated before the hygienists I had were wonderful and didn't make me feel judged and thats why I give 2 stars instead of 1. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel it's necessary for others like me with a fear of dentists to know that you may have an uncomfortable experience with Dr Ryan.

Dr. Ryan and hygienist Theresa were amazing! Extremely professional, answered all of my questions and did not rush through my appointment at all. The entire office is very clean and organized front desk staff. I highly recommend.

I called in with an emergency and they managed to schedule an appointment within 3.5 hours. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. The price I paid was well below what I expected. I can’t think of a better dental care clinic - highly recommended!
