I called before going to the store for a pair of Hoka Bodi sneakers that my podiatrist recommend. They said they had them in stock when most places I called didn't have them and online the prices was outrageous, I then went to the store where they greeted and helped me try on several pairs until I found the right fit and style of my choice. The price was right. I will definitely purchase from Scranton Running Co again and tell my family.

Great customer service and friendly. CDanoski was knowledgeable about their products. She was very helpful in my decision on which sneakers to buy. Showed me many different styles and sizes. They have a good selection of Hoka and Cloud sneakers and many others.

I'm a new runner and didn't really know what I needed in terms of footwear. I went to Scranton Running Co. and they asked me specifics about my running/issues/etc and fit me for a new pair of shoes. My old ones weren't doing too much to help me, but the store did a great job making sure I got the right kind of shoe while never making me feel dumb for the things I didn't know. Very generous return policy too. I'm really happy with my experience and will return for any other running needs.

I was in for a new pair of running shoes on Friday Oct. 20th. The young lady who helped me was very, very helpful. She showed me a few different styles and brands and was very knowledgeable. As always I had very good experience at Scranton Running Company.

I never shopped at a store where people knew my name. Not only that, but that those people cared about me and how I was doing. Every time I have a problem they have the solution. Recently I was having problems with my feet because of high mileage. I went to the store and they told me that I was in the wrong shoe and that I needed something wider. I took their advice and got the shoes they recommended. I haven’t had a problem since! The store has a real down to earth environment and they are always there to help you to solve whatever running problem that comes up. Thank you SRC for taking such good care of me!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went in looking to try on some Hoka sneakers for running and they knew everything about all the different shoes and what they are best for. They even have a treadmill if you want to try out the sneakers while running! They ordered the right size and color for me and introduced me to their program for earning points on purchases. Very happy I went local!

Great customer service! Why aren’t all shoe stores like this! Would definitely recommend this business to a friend! This was my first time buying running shoes. They actually had me run on a treadmill to watch the mechanics of my feet in order to recommend the proper shoes for me. After sizing my feet they brought out a few different pairs to try on. They also had me run in all of the shoes that I tried on to make sure I was getting the shoes that I needed. Very happy with my experience here.

Here is a culture of service to people walking and running. These guys know their stuff and the merchandise is of highest quality with good selection. Don't take your kids here for flashy basketball shoes. But track? Serious runners? This is your store.
