Completely disgusted and disappointed....if I could give a negative rating I would .....previously brought home an order of their Boom Boom shrimp and it was very good ...so good that I ordered it tonight . Ughhh ....$14 wasted. .....the shrimp were small, pre-cooked and 2 of them weren't even breaded (just the tails were). Hardly any sauce except on the two pieces which were breaded . So repulsed by it.....all of it ....I have had this before and this wasn't the same quality dish I had previously... If you don't have the right food to make the dish, then don't sell the dish.

Very cool bar located in the lobby of the Radisson Lackawanna Station. The hotel used to be a working train station and the lobby reflects that heritage, as does Trax. Bartenders are knowledgeable in making most standard drinks and have specials that are very creative. Definitely a quiet bar on most nights, so don't come looking for a party atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to share a few drinks over conversation with friends, it is perfect.

I had the classic cheeseburger not once but twice in one day, we stayed and the Radisson while visiting Scranton for a concert and were once again treated to a great meal. This is our third visit to the restaurant and everything we’ve had so far was great, wings tots and chicken Ceaser wrap.Staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

Great location in the Radisson which was the old train station. Excellent bar with Guinness on tap however food was a mixed bag but I can recommend desert.

I was staying at the Radisson, which is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. I saw that Trax was open until 10 and ran down to grab beer and food. The music was really loud (it was Monday night) and it was impossible to get the attention of the bartender, or any server. There were a few people in the bar but not crowded enough to just ignore anyone. I waited five minutes until the bartender finally came over with a menu. I waited another five minutes, then left. No one working seemed to notice so doesn’t seem like a big deal to them. Would stay at the hotel again but can’t recommend the bar.

Unbelievable place so old and beautiful food and service phenomenal.

I wasn't expecting much as I stayed at the Raddison when traveling to Scranton and have eaten here often. The food was always "ok" but nothing to write home about. We met me daughter and boyfriend here for lunch and were really pleasantly surprised. The food was all really really good. The Starters: The chili was hearty and had great flavor. I gathered that the bang bang shrimp was good, I have shellfish allergies so couldn't try but the fact that they were devoured in seconds it was pretty obvious that they were a hit. (Note, you can see the difference in my pic from the same dish 4 months ago,) The meatballs were sooo good. My only complaint was that I had to share. Our meals were equally as good if not better. Our wraps, salads and burgers were all excellent. My wife was commenting on how fresh her burger was. I saw the fries with blue cheese and wing sauce and since I can't recall ever seeing that on a menu, which is typically how I pick my dinner choices. I was glad I did. It was simple but a combination I wouldn't have thought of that compleimented my wedge salad perfectly (side note, best housemade blue cheese I've had in a long time).

Great bar restaurant located in the radisson. Service was friendly and prompt. Ordered wings and they came out crispy and sauced perfectly.

Amanda brings such vigor and enlightenment to the already lovely establishment. Outstanding service, well advised lunch recommendation, super attentive to the whole bar. I'll certainly be returning to this NEPA gem!!

Stayed in the hotel for two nights with my boyfriend. Wanted something quick and convenient and thought the bar down stairs would work. The bar tender was a little rude to him while he tried to order. Then the food wasn’t great. Not god awful but not worth 50$. Then unfortunately we both spent the entire night puking, food poisoning over truffle fries and chicken fingers. Great birthday. Read other reviews didn’t see one like this, maybe it was a one time thing. Idk. At your own risk.

Got the Calabrese which is supposed to spicy and with cherry peppers. There were only bell peppers judging by the long strips and literal absence of any heat. Cherry peppers don't come that way. They could’ve used hot sausage versus the mild to make up for that but I’m mostly bothered it didn’t come as described in the menu. Portion was quite small, as well. All around disappointment.

The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was rather expensive for what it was. The portobello mushroom sandwich had a very vinegary flavor. The chicken Caesar sandwich was very dry.

Food was excellent but the servers are rude. Went there with 14 of us. They said tables would be together which they were not. We spent alot of money there. I'm giving 5 stars for the food and the bartender. We went for a Birthday dinner on Jan 14, 2023 @ 7pm. I wish I remembered the servers name. Male and female.

There was a wedding tonight so the music kept us entertained but the atmosphere was wonderful and the food was Amazing! We had the shrimp po boy and I'll be back for it. The drinks were on point! Our bartender Alana understood the assignment. It was our first time but definitely won't be our last! Our date night started off right!

Delicious French Onion Soup! Elena makes great cocktails and she's personable and engaging.

Trax is a great restaurant bar with an incredible ambiance. The cookie skillet is amazing. All the appetizers including the wings are great. And the burgers are made with high quality meat and buns making them excellent. The French fries are also cooked perfectly.

I ordered the Margarita pizza to bring to my room. It was really good. Cooked just right and a nice medium soft crust.

Unique atmosphere. Food portions Are generous, the staff are very accommodating and friendly. I personally enjoyed the bang bang shrimp and yummy French onion soup.
