We so love Spencer's anything you need they always have it and their staff is very friendly and helpful it's my granddaughter's favorite store

Loud music, dim lighting, obnoxious people....it was like walking to into Scranton's latest trendy bar that'll be closed within 2 years, sans people doing coke in the bathroom. I dunno, maybe people do coke in the bathroom here, too. They look like they would, honestly.

Love it here, great selection of just about anything cool, highly recommend.

They don't allow you to ship to store so you have to pay more if something in online instead of in store. Also, they failed to mention body jewelry returns only get you store credit so you're forced to buy something even if there's no selection.

I called to see if the store hours were going to be different due to it being veterans day tomorrow and the girl who answered the phone didnt have the fondest clue. She was of no help. But I love this store so not one dippy associate is gonna change that..lol

accidentally pulled a lot of stuff off the wall, i felt bad so i told an employee and he waz just like "okay no problem, dont worry about it" and put everything back. everyone was friendly :)

It is a good store this one worker was nice and gave me a shirt coupon and I’ve been using it I just need a few more to get free shirts and the stuff there is amazing. I don’t have a problem with anything in there but I do ask if the workers can show me stuff and see what I should get. I am for sure going back🥰

Just called and asked a question about returning UNOPENED still sealed toy. A very immature worker at 8:00 on 4/14 answered the phone. Repeated my question about returning my item and made sure to repeat twice it was a toy. Trying to make me look like a fool. Now I know for a fact she doesn't like the way she is treated in society so why try to embarrass a total stranger, who is a paying customer. Never wrote a review in my life but I do not like the way this employee treated me. Treat people how you want to be treated and grow up. Never shopping there again.
