Wonderful hotel and restaurant service and tasty kitchen, but room was old, worned and not so clean. The bed was big and comfortable. It could be a very nice place, but rooms need to be refreshed.

Hard to fault, to be honest. Booked a superior room facing away from the main road. The mattress and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. Possibly the best I’ve experienced in any hotel. The room and hotel was clean and well presented. Possibly the bathroom needs to be updated. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Bar food is average/good although “today’s special” spans several days! Overall, for a three star hotel, it’s excellent and reasonable value. I had a very relaxing, comfortable stay.

Very disappointing...stopped in for a meal ...the receptionist was lovely and welcoming ...thats where it ended though !!Front of house staff in the bar were clueless how to welcome guests and taking the drinks and food order...think staff training lacked big time and food was average...considering the wait we had

Being a lifelong insomniac I wasn't expecting to sleep.. 7 straight hours!!! in THE most comfortable bed I've ever been in! THANK YOU!!! The room was also clean, spacious and well set out. The staff both on reception and at breakfast were friendly and helpful.. breakfast was great too. Definitely going in my work diary for next time in Omagh.. great Hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a last minute thing, reception staff could not have been more helpful. Room was lovely, nice,clean plenty of storage and bottles of water,tea,coffe all there for you. Had breakfast and tea there all our stay (tonight is 3rd night) food, drinks and service second to none !! What a gem of a place this is, it has made our stay wonderful.

Didn't stay here just called for a meal. Food was ok but there was a very loud party in who were throwing food around which really spoiled the atmosphere, especially at just 9pm.

Had a gender reveal party last night, the party started at 4 and the brought the finger food out at 4:45 and took it away at 6 when i said i wasnt finished. I payed £300 for the food to be there only for short period of time. The waitress asked me 3 times if I was finished in the space of 30min. I had the room booked for 4pm to 2am like stated in the email and my guests left at 7.Because the water and food was taken away. The children was still playing and had no water to drink. I was at my friends engagement party and it was exactly this same. Also the waitress and the staff kept looking throw the glass doors and coming in every 5min to see what we were doing, very uncomfortable.

Such a lovely hotel only downfall was the rooms are super hot but was given a fan on 2nd night, beautiful hotel and food and staff are 10/10

We had a gala ball for nearly 300 people and everything was perfect. Service fast and efficient and food was excellent. How they got out that many steaks, cooked just right, boggles the mind. I can barely manage 2

Really great staff, food was fantastic, bed was really comfortable. Room was slightly dated. General Hotel comment, why on earth are hotels still installing baths? They are awkward and dangerous when you are trying to have a shower. Please just install a good quality shower without the bath.

We were here on Saturday for a wedding. From we went in the door till we left the next day everything and everyone was fantastic. All staff were friendly and lovely . The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean . Hope to return soon.

I stayed here in Oct 23, The hotel & room were clean and nice enough. My room was facing a very noisy road which you could here all night. It took 3 attempts to get a Blackcurrant and soda water correct and when they finally got it right the split it on me and the table. Some of the staff was stood around talking in the middle of the dining room too. The evening meal was very nice however the breakfast was the opposite, well over cooked. When i checked out the receptionist asked me about my stay, when i explained you could clear see there was no interest. The service has put me off staying again so i would look for another hotel next time

Tara couldn't have been more helpful and was a dream to work with. We received effusive praise from our guests about the delicious food and wonderful service and hope you'll pass this on to the function staff and thank them on our behalf.

We booked for afternoon tea on Saturday 7th October. On arrival we waited to be seated a member of staff was making there way to us but quickly passed it on to another team member. No eye contact or welcoming approach. We received our glass of prosecco then our soup arrived. This was very small after that a plate arrived each with finger sandwiches on it. I had asked could we get some tea and had to ask again . Two teapots between 4 . We had to wait for a while and no sign of our scones or sweet treats. So I had to go and get attention again from member of staff to ask for tea and rest of our food. It eventually arrived but at this point the service was having an impact on our afternoon experience. I had to go and ask again for more tea. At no point did a staff member come to ask if we needed anything. We sat for 35 mins at the end looking for staff to get bill and see about getting a box to take rest home not that we had much . As quantity of food was minimal. I had to go looking for staff at cashdesk but no-one was about I went out to reception to try and pay but was told they could not take payment so had to return back in at this point I managed to get a member of staff and managed to sort it after going to check with his manager who again made not contact with us at all . Definitely would not recommend as service was terrible.staff very new and young and when a wedding party arrived they seem to move all staff out to assist with this. Was not worth money and big disappointment for the occasion ☹️👎

Excellent, friendly food is very good, shopping was mostly walking distance, plenty free parking in hotel, highly recommended this for short breaks and meeting, wedding anniversary and party's

Massive comfy bed in the disabled room. Lovely staff and good food. The breakfast was excellent as we're the choices. It was great to see so much fresh fruit. Would definately stay there again

Food was good & beautiful hotel but rooms need a face lift very out dated & cold moving around the hotel could have even warmer in areas I have stayed here 3 times now before covid 19 came along & now after covid & nothing has been updated

We went here for dinner at 6pm on Wed 28.07.21. Had the pizzas. Great food, tasty and filling. They do skinny fries which were lovely too. Restaurant was busy which was a good sign. Would come here again, recommended for a treat. Lovely atmosphere and plenty of space, felt safe. Book ahead as it does fill up, didn't see any walk ins!

First time to visit the restaurant in the hotel. Professional, friendly staff. The covid restrictions were adhered to. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable. I live in Belfast but I have told a number of people how good the experience was. Hope to return in the future.

Great! Here for a wedding and enjoyed immensely, the food was delicious. I had smoked salmon and prawn salad (did only find one prawn though) but very generous portion size. I had turkey and ham and trio of desserts was lovely.

Stayed here a few times in which it is generally good. This time though the bedrooms we stayed in were in desperate need of a refurb. Water leaking from upstairs bedroom and bath panel with large crack through it. The food at the hotel was quite good. Reception staff weren't their usual happy selves. Maybe covid has took its toll on morale.

Stay was good but just to be aware phone signals were completely down and had to come out each to make phone calls. Otherwise very calm and quite environment. Staffs were soo good. Lovely view of full moon.

Had a private party here last Friday nite. Buffet was fantastic June, and Alan and all staff lovely. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at this Hotel, The rooms were spotless and a great size. We booked into the restaurant for food and the food was fabulous. The staff were very attentive and extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. Breakfast the next morning was great and again staff great. We will definitely be back .

We stopped on Saturday evening to get something to eat. So disappointed with our food, we had asked for two South fried chicken burger, when it came out 1 slice of lettuce 🥬 and 1 very small slice of tomato few red onions that was it. Chips was small not very well cooked. Will not be back Will not

Poor service. We were a party of seven for lunch. Restaurant was quiet. Allocated a table for six. We asked if two tables could be placed together but told that they were set for breakfast!! Had to squeeze up. ☹️

Travelled to Silverbirch Hotel for a wedding. We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was served by a very polite Conor. Would travel back to Silverbirch for a break again. Thank you to all Staff.

The Silverbirch is a fabulous,friendly hotel.The food is amazing.Plenty to eat and fab service.This was our third stay at the hotel and we would recommend it to anyone.We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

I love the scenery of the outside and in. Very nice design, super great experience especially for the Ireland. Very affordable to the structure and design and service. Complementary soda and wine! I would recommend this place to everyone coming to enjoy the Irish expireince. Great music to!

I visited this hotel briefly for just a snack but the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unable to comment on other services in the hotel.

I was at my cousins wedding on Friday past. The service was great the food was amazing definitely cannot fault it and big portions. Rooms were very clean and very reasonably priced drinks. Keep it up. Some of the staff could of been a little bit more friendly

Stayed here when meeting friends in Omagh over the Christmas period. The heating in the room was off and wouldn't come on. Reception were helpful and sent someone to fix it promptly. The booking included breakfast. This was the most disappointing part of the stay. The breakfast was woeful. The service and selection of items was very poor. When we expressed our disappointment and dissatisfaction and were informed that the hotel were having trouble hiring a breakfast chef and they were sorry. However the hotel advertise and charge for a service they were singularly unable to provide. Very, very disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Currently would not recommend a stay here.

I stayed overnight over the 4/12/21 after a day of Christmas shopping. We were so hungry but hadn’t booked the restaurant the very kind Edwin managed to fit us! And all the staff were so incredibly polite and courteous they didn’t make us feel like a burden even though we had put them under pressure and they were very busy! The food was outstanding ! And Edwin’s sense Of humor with me and my mum made the whole stay really enjoyable! The bedroom it’s self was very warm and clean and very very comfortable! And the breakfast this morning was too die for ! I will definitely be back ! All the staff are a massive credit to the silver birch they are so nice and kind and accommodating ! I would highly recommend and I’m already looking forward to our next stay 😊😊
