Great toy shop, well organised and presented. Nice and clean. Prices aren't too ridiculous.

Massive toy store with lots of fun and games. Bikes, computer games and baby section with some good deals throughout departments.

This is a fab toy store and it is one that is always tidy and you can actually find the product. The one drawback is it can get busy at the click and collect desk so you can be waiting for a while. This feels like what a toy store should be like and if you have a query there is usually a member of staff around who can answer your question. Parking is good and plenty of it.

I wish I had gotten his name because I was so impressed by this member of your staff. I arrived at your store around lunchtime today with a sleeping baby in my arms dreading the task in hand of picking a new car seat. Straightaway this staff member approached me and asked if I needed help. Nothing was too much hassle, felt so reassured by the information he gave with regard to the seat, he checked my car to be certain the chair was compatible and also to show me how to install the seat. Quickest sale ever and I was helped to my car with my purchase. Customer service was fantastic (especially for a sleep deprived mum)!!!

Store was meant to be opened to 10. Called at 6 to collect my wee daughter's bike for her birthday tomorrow and they were closing up. Already paid for and paid the extra to build it. Waited until now so i didn't have to bring her out with me. So disappointed that it won't be waiting for her in the morning.

This is a very good smyths, always very well stocked and always have good bargains on. At Christmas time however it is gridlock with parents and their 50 trolleys shopping for their children causing havock and long queues. Mainly however a very good store for all things toy related.

With having 5 grandchildren this is a must go to store.. It really is an Aladdin's Cave for all things toys, Computer Gaming and Bikes. The isles are stacked high with stock and always seems to be a some items from most ranges at discount pricing. The lego section is fantastic with boxes to suit all ages, even Papa. Free parking outside.

Always love going in here, makes me feel like a little kid all over again! 🙈 Been here plenty of times, and the feeling never changes! There's always plenty of stock on the shelves when we visit, and any queries we've had, have always been welcomed by members of staff! The store is spacious, so really handy if you're using a pram for littl'uns, or for any mobility vehicles!

It's a good shop with everything a kid would want but is kinda expensive in my opinion

I pre-ordered an Xbox Series X and got it on day 1, I was very happy with the organization of the store. Unfortunately, less than 24hs later my console died. I went back to the store and all the staff came to my aid. They followed protocol, which is normal on those situations with a such high price product, even contacted Microsoft to understand the problem and give me a position. Wayne, who was in charge was very nice, got my details and manage to find another console to replace mine. I can't stress enough how good and efficient they were. I'll definitely go back for future purchases because I can trust they respect their customers.
