Finally got the long awaited Sky Dweller by Rolex. Nick from Gunderson's inquired about my wait list, that apparently I was not on. He wrote to Rolex and weeks later, the Sky Dweller was available for me to purchase. I realize this does not normally happen.... but for me.... it did. Nick is a consummate professional... and very respectful. I wish nothing but the best for him and the success of the company. Also.... I'm looking forward to "Whiskey and Watches" whenever it happens. Please keep me in mind when you guys decide to host.

Had a great experience here. I had 4-5 criteria to meet for an engagement ring and found the perfect one here. When picking out the diamond, assistant recommended a lower karat diamond vs the bigger one and more expensive one (when kicking between the two) due to its clarity. It took about half a second to realize how right he was and it instantly became a part of me and our future family. There was a flurry of after-care items provided one the custom ring was received. Great experience. I’d say ask for Nick F. Who was helping me, but they all seem like great people.

Sean and his support staff were very attentive, yet patient, as they took the time at the end of their work day to allow me the opportunity to select the right gift for my wife even though things were closing down for the day. I appreciate their professionalism and no pressure salesmanship. Although I have yet to present my wife her gift for her upcoming birthday, I am confident she’ll love what I selected. I will certainly give my business to Gunderson’s in the future, with their large selection of high end gifts and helpful staff.

My experience with Gundersons was simply amazing. Up to this point, I had never really shopped for an engagement ring. Since this was going to be my second marriage, I was particular in what I was looking for. When I arrived at the store, Sean greeted me warmly and paid close attention to what I shared in terms of what I was looking for, which was fairly non-traditional. He showed me a few options that he thought might work well and was patient over a couple days while I asked those closest to me for their opinion. Once I decided on the ring, he made the computer recreation which looked stunning and then sent that to the designer. There was a small issue with the designer and the timing I needed and Sean completely handled that for me and delivered an absolutely stunning ring that my Fiancé loved. I highly recommend this jeweler for anyone looking for a great experience leading up to that great moment in your life.

My stone on my ring was loose & I can say that after carefully searching for a jeweler they did an outstanding job. My wedding ring looks better than the day my husband placed it on my finger. I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff. Everyone we came in contact with was welcoming and helpful. I was able to bring in all my jewelry, have it assessed and they offered several different options. I was looking at purchasing a new wedding set, but they suggested dipping my existing set in white gold and soddering the 3 rings together. It initially took some time to get waited on but also must say that it was near the holidays and shops are expected to be busy! Every time I go into Gunderson’s, not only are the staff super friendly but they are so incredibly helpful - whether you have questions or are looking for a new piece of jewelry. They have quite a selection in the store as well! This trip to Gunderson’s was to pick up my wedding ring set after it had an anniversary band soldered. I picked it back up the same week I dropped it off, which was even quicker than I had expected. And in their usual fashion, they cleaned it for free as well! Great service and highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about Gunderson's Jewelers. My husband and I reached out about a diamond upgrade as an anniversary gift and we were immediately able to text with Jodi about an appraisal and options for a new diamond. The appraisal was more competitive than anywhere else for my previous diamond. Everything was so streamlined and the customer service was top notch. When we came in to view diamonds, it was our anniversary and they brought us some wine and already had the diamonds picked out to review. I was having a hard time picturing the new diamond on my current set, so the manager Cody was able to mock a digital view up for me so I could see the full picture. We selected a diamond that day and the ring was even done early. Jodi was so excited to show me the new ring when I got there, and I was in AWE of how it all came together. I came to them with some custom requests to reset stones from old jewelry, and to make a ring for my husband! Gunderson’s Jewelers is a phenomenal store! Very inviting, right when you step through the door. They are just ultimate professionals. The staff is extremely friendly. Beautiful merchandise. But I have been MOSTLY impressed with their appraisal services. Quick, professional presentation of the final reports. I was initially nervous about leaving my prized items, but they quickly allayed my fears. Fabulous establishment.
