I have only good to say about everyone who has helped me! I have gone in a couple of times “window shopping” and returned to sell some jewelry during a family crisis. They were fair with prices and payout amounts and I could really feel the kindness throughout our transaction. The woman who gives jewelry appraisals I can’t remember her name, “ sorry, I don’t know why it won’t stick” (I believe it is family owned and she is one of the family) was so warm and stayed a few minutes late to help me because I had such a small window of time away from the hospital. Thank you guys again, you helped out more than you can ever know.

I had a great experience while shopping the store today. The help is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and courteous. They are honest and so helpful. The selection of vintage, diamonds, silver, and gold was extravagant! They had a great variety of items to purchase secondhand. Thanks again Buck for all of your help today! We will certainly be back!

Not many places earn my one star rating, but they did. After reading the other rave reviews, and based on those "good" reviews, I decided to try them out. My experience here fell way below my expectations, and was typical of a low ball, unprofessional, pawn shop. I will not go into detail, but if you wish to sell your gold, coins, or jewelry here, I would not recommend it. Unless you are desparate.

Beware of other people in town. I almost got scammed by a very "reputable" jewelery buyer/appraiser out west. Not only was this man who helped me honest...but he was respectful and made the process easy and we even had a few laughs.

I had a situation and needed extra cash. I sold a ring and a watch....I met Duke, the owner of this store. He gave me a fair price, was very professional, had a wonderful conversation with him! Believe me, I did my research before going to Millard Jewelry and Coin, and thought this would be the best place to go. It was....I highly recommend Duke and Millard Jewelry and Coin!

Duke helped us pick out the perfect rings. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products he had. Not only did he let us try on rings, find our correct size, had them sent to a jeweler to be adjusted and cleaned, he also expedited the process to ensure our rings arrived in time for the big day. Over the past few years my wedding ring has been bent, and I snapped off the top diamond setting. And they made it look like it was when I first got it on my wedding day. Thank you! I would give them zero stars, they broke my husband's watch. They agreed to fix it and we leave it at the store. They have had the watch for months. Every time I call they say they will call me back. I have not received one call. Just pay for my watch and let's move on. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

My grandfather and I discovered my grandmothers original wedding ring in an old box. She had passed away 25 years ago from cancer. Long ago my grandpa had the diamond cut out and put into his ring. The ring we found was broken, with no stone or prongs, and extremely aged and dull. So for Mother’s Day we took it in to Duke at Millard coin and jewelry and asked if he could make it right. I couldn’t t believe how beautiful it was when we picked it up. My grandfather said it looked better than the original. We had it sized to my moms ring size so that she could wear her mothers ring. It was the most beautiful moment ever. Everyone was crying. We cannot thank the guys and gals at Millard coin and jewelry enough for helping bring this moment to our family. I will never go anywhere else.

I had two rings that needed some love. They both needed resized and one needed a replacement diamond. Duke was amazing to work with. He told me he would have them done so I could wear one of them to my daughter’s wedding. And he did. And they both looked way better when I picked them up than when I took them in! My experience with Millard Jewelry & Coin was very positive. The owner interaction with customers was much different than other places I have shopped. You certainly don’t feel like just another number. If you need the services they provide, this is a shop you should visit.
