I called in to ask about a watch I had purchased somewhere else. It was a cheap watch barely worth the horologist's time (pun intended). He treated me with respect and answered my questions in the end didn't even charge me. Obviously money is not the only important thing. A fine establishment!

I had two rings I needed to resize . . . .(actually make larger so I could wear them!) -- both small 80's wedding ring sets. . ..I went to two different places, and I am so disappointed with one place! HOWEVER, Keepsakes was fantastic!!! They took time to resize this ring and let ME decide how I wanted it to fit on my finger! Their price was reasonable. Although both places were about a week, the 2nd place strongly encouraged me on a size (I can't even hardly get it on in the mornings), charged me more, and when I picked it up, told me "by the way - no guarantees on this, because the band is thin and it may break!" -- and I didn't receive a receipt for the cash I gave them!!! Keepsakes - YOU were FANTASTIC!!! I have other jewelry to resize and fix!!! although it's not MY WEDDING SET which I received 41 years ago, I'm totally enjoying wearing the ring you resized for me!! GO TO KEEPSAKES!!!!

I needed a few links taken out of a new watch that was gifted to me by my gf and Tyler assisted me towards the end of the day quickly and professionally. Easy place to do business with in an easy location.

I needed a mechanical watch repaired and adjusted. I expected it to be an ordeal, but the guy in the front took it from me and fixed it up while I watched. 15 bucks, 5 minutes in and out. He's got a little workshop area so you can watch him work which is really interesting. I didn't think they were rude at all. Maybe a little crotchety and overworked, but the guy was happy to answer a bunch of my questions while he worked. I'm looking for a competent watchmaker, not a big smile and bubbly personality here. And it's a GOOD thing he's in a hurry -- do you really want to leave your expensive timepieces with a watchmaker who doesn't have any other customers?

I had to replace an heirloom watch given to me from my father. I needed engraving and addition of links to the band. A trusted local jeweler and Rolex retailer recommended me to Keepsakes to perform these repairs. The professional watch repairman dropped what he was doing and assisted me immediately. The charges were very reasonable. I was very pleased with their work.

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago with an old pair of earrings and they were extremely helpful in identifying what materials they were made of, quickly tightened up the studs for me, and gave me some options to restore them.

After my favorite watch was damaged in a fall, I brought it in to see if it could be salvaged. To my delight, they were able to fix it within minutes and it’s good as new. Friendly staff, great service, and will definitely visit again.

Recently brought 2 watches in for battery replacement. I asked how much it would cost and the guy said oh not that much. I just came and picked them up he charged me a $140 he said the batteries were half that I looked him up there $8. I'll never return to this place

We had engraving done on a special gift intended for my daughter. The engraving is completely off center and font is horrible. This is absolutely unacceptable and unable to fix it. Please take your service else-where, we wouldn't want anyone to go through this like we did.

I had a broken watch that the original dealer told me would cost significant dollars to fix. Keepsakes fixed the watch for a minimal fee and took care to make sure that I was happy. This is the way that a business should be run: with focus on the customer delivering value for a fair price. They've earned my business

Walked in to inquire the options for repairing my wife's wedding ring and the jeweler repaired it quickly on the spot at a very fair price. Very friendly, quick service, and will be back for any future purchases. Highly recommend.

Their website says they are open until 6 pm on weekdays and until 2pm on Saturday. We checked website today to pick up our jewelry. We left work right at 5pm and drove 40 minutes to get there by 6pm only to find a piece of paper taped to the glass saying that they are closed at 5pm until further notice. I guess they can't accommodate for customers with 8 to 5 weekday jobs - nor update their website to alert their customers. I would not recommend Keepsakes if you have a day job. They do good work but they are barely open. Two thumbs down.

This is a very cool jewelry store, nice vibe. I had two watch batteries replaced today and it took 10 mins and was 21$. Very nice staff and call me silly but not only did they have lots of cool stuff for guys but it smelled amazing! I’ll be back, thanks Keepsakes.

I brought in a new to me mechanical watch that I was concerned about and wanted fixed/checked out. They looked it over, and quoted me prices and times for any work I wanted done. But they then took a minute to educate me a little about my watch and told me they would be happy to do any work I wanted done but that the watch didn't actually need it. I probably took up a quarter of an hour of their time and they didn't charge me a dime. Good staff and a very nice store.
