My dog is not easy to deal with. The techs there take charge and I have no worries when she is with them. They are great, but she is not happy with any vet. She had ACL surgery and hit all milestones to recovery. I will take my Xena there for the restof her life.

Everyone there was very helpful and very kind. I have a, well let's say, odd little dog and some people just don't take to her. But they did. And they treated her like a little princess. The doctor and the tech were very knowledgeable and considerate.

WORST CLINIC IN OMAHA! I would give this place 0 stars if I could for how rude the staff is. The technician was upset that I wanted to wait in the waiting room with my dog for the ultra sound technician to arrive and she complained to her boss about it and made me have a private meeting with him, which was awkward. I wanted to be with my dog during the ultrasound because she's blind and has really bad anxiety but the technician refused to let me back there. I would have left but they already charged me hundreds of dollars for the appointment and the ultrasound was supposed to be an emergency but they made me wait 3 weeks before I could get her seen for one. They also gave my dog a sedative even after I told that same technician that my dog was on low blood pressure medication and it made my dog breathe so heavy it looked like she she was really suffering. She was also drooling way more than usual and her tounge was hanging out. She was very hot and stressed out from the panting. I had to point out that she looked dehydrated in order to get her an injection to rehydrate her. I also had to call the front desk twice to get my dogs records so I could take her to a different clinic because they sent me the wrong information. I never once got an apology from the staff and I'll never take my dog back to this clinic.

Took my dog in for pain, pacing, crying when picked up. The main vet there put him on high blood pressure medication ONLY. less then 2 days later he has to be put to sleep. The vet should have ran more tests, put him on pain meds, whatever!!! Something-anything. MY dog is gone now!

I have 2 dogs and my younger has gone to Omaha Animal Hospital since I've had him. I've been in the process of transferring my older dogs records over as well so both dogs have the same primary vet. My younger dog was due for his bordetella vaccine and my older was due for distemper/parvo, so I made them an appointment and asked for those 2 vaccines specifically, which the receptionist verbally confirmed. We got there today, went into an exam room, and the technician asked me "Just here for vaccines?". I said yes, they took my younger pup back to get his weight and gave him his vaccine, all was well. Then they took my older dog and he was gone for several minutes longer which was odd considering they were getting the same thing, a weight and one vaccine. They brought him back into the exam room and told me he did well for his blood draw. When I asked why his blood was drawn without my knowledge or consent, they said it was part of their vaccine package that he needed. I told them that he only needed one vaccine, they one I asked for and the one that was confirmed. I showed his current rabies certificate I had with me, and they confirmed he just needed the one vaccine, and gave him the correct one. If they felt he needed more than I asked for, that should have been a conversation to have before they took him back and did procedures without my knowledge. Very unprofessional and potentially dangerous, I will not be back, as I don't trust them to communicate with me about my pets before doing tests and procedures without consent.

Just got a puppy and took him in for his first vet appointment. I was so impressed on how clean the place was. The staff greeted me with a smile and the doctor was fantastic and took great care of my puppy. Definitely will be returning for future appointments.

Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and reasonably priced. They take great care of my furry ones.

This clinic was able to get our kitten in for a spay fairly quickly and did all of her vaccinations as well for less than $300 total. That included testing for feline leukemia and the rabies shot. We also received pain medication for our kitty so she wasn't miserable. The staff is really nice and friendly, highly recommend. Just be aware they do have the worst parking lot I've seen in a while 😅

I really felt uncomfortable here. The Vet had absolutely no compassion for my senior dog. Called my dog "ancient" and said she's probably not going to live long. I would maybe expect that response if she was ill but, she wasn't! Definitely search elsewhere for a Vet that understands that your pet is family and not some animal off the street.

Dr. Luke and his staff are great. I have been going there with my dogs for five years and they have treated them in good times and bad. I know I can trust their care for my pets.

Dr. Berglund and Lindsay are the absolute best! Each time I visit, which is a lot when you have multiple dogs, everything is always explained in detail. They let me ask any and all questions I have which I really appreciate and do truly care about my pups. Maria at the front is also so helpful and makes sure you are taken care of at check in and check out.

The staff there showed genuine care and take the time to explain things and answer your questions in a patient and caring manner. I definitely recommend them.

Worst animal hospital I went to. They only want you money. They were not friendly and I felt they were unconcerned about my dog.

I get my dogs nails trimmed and they are always so nice and quick!! Love it

They have taken care of our dogs for years. My dog is 16 and acts like he's a puppy even with COPD meds. Excellent staff!

I’m a first time puppy mom and have EXTREME anxiety over him. Dr. Becki was so kind and immediately put me at ease! The whole staff was very warm and welcoming and I feel confident that they will take good care of my Labradoodle moving forward!
