Edited: used to love this place, but ended up having to find somewhere else to go because the wait time every single time I came in there became ridiculous. No reason to always be waiting an hour to see a doctor for 5 minutes. Dr. Penny was always great, so I didn’t decide this lightly. But my time is important too. I switched to Boystown about a year ago and I am so happy that I did. Dr. Greg Penny is absolutely amazing with my 3 kids and very knowledgeable, he also makes a point to always explain everything to me about the visit so that I know I am making the best decisions for my kids health. I have also seen Dr. Asher once and he was great! I never have an issue getting appointments that fit my schedule. I wish I would have made the switch to boystown sooner! They make doctors appointments easier for this mom of 3.

I took my one and a half year old in and saw Dr Vikki Herrman. She was extremely rude to us and our son. She continued to glare at us the whole visit call him a wild child and continued to tell us he needed to have an inside voice. He is one and a half and nobody else was in the office..it was 9 PM. She barely touched my child and didn't take any time to even look at his leg which was bright red and had dots and was spreading fast.. now I guess I will wait and see what happens. I will NEVER go back to that dr. I have never had a more rude doctor.

The nurses and the doctor were joking about my son's studder. How unprofessional is that. I'm extremely shocked and embarrassed. FYI you can hear outside the door.

How can this place claim same day appointments and convenient appointments? We are clients of Boystown (for now) and called at 9:50 am. The next appointment they have is 9pm??? My kids are in bed before that, he is 3. This is not convenient and they advertise feeling better before bedtime ... which isn’t accurate if your appointments are after bedtime. They either need to staff up or change their advertising.

I would never recommend dr. VIKKI Herman to anybody she makes false accusations on young moms to child protective services without even trying to help or get you help she just puts you down ! -ps I love my babies to death & I try my very hardest & this is my only 2nd time meeting her & she’s VERY JUDGE MENTAL . She even told me that because there no cure for rsv I shouldn’t care about getting my babies tested for it like huh ? Who can I contact about HOW she treats us young black moms like we’re the ground she walks on !!!!

My daughter has been going to boys town pediatrics ever since she was born in 2010 at midlands hospital. They use to have one there but now they dont. I just love boys town. She has had surgery at the boys town hospital 2 times. And she has to go there again in feb for a MRI.

Well since you guys want to leave me on hold and not transfer me to right department, here we go. I am complaining about how I called you guys before end of day yesterday to tell you how my son's asthma is flaring up. After waiting awhile a nurse called. We talk. Says she will call me back. Later on another nurse called. Told her again about my son. Was told she corresponding with doctor but really don't have answers and stated she doesn't really know how to help. Even refered son to primary doctor. Let's be clear you are his asthma doctor!!! You guys never offered an appointment or follow up. You are in specialized care. What's your problem?

I have been coming to boys town for 15 years and the best receptionist here is Ceci she is always with a cheerful attitude and willing to help even in difficult situations. Also the nurse Jasmin is very nice and patient.

Best place for ENT!! Dr. TEMPERO Was amazing with my son 💙 Thank you DOCTOR 😊 🙏! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! TAKING CARE OF HIS PATIENTS,HE IS VERY THOUGHTFUL,AND CARING!! HE'S AMAZING!! HE'S OUR NEW DR. WHEN WE NEED ENT 💯 THANK YOU FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY SON!!

I can't give enough praise to Amanda Smith. She is the PA we saw and I sought her out. She saw my daughter some time back in same day peds and she was AMAZING and the MOST helpful person after having had 8 appointments in 15 days with my daughter. Because she was so incredibly helpful I made a point to take my son to a clinic that is NOT our normal clinic specifically to see her. She is wonderful and I will attempt to take my children to her any time they need a visit outside of well checks

Dr. Asher and Wendy are always so great to my son when we have appointments. Dr. Asher is very straightforward and realistic. Wendy is such a great nurse, and you can really tell she's passionate about the care she provide.

We have been with Boys Town Pediatrics for the past 16 years. The doctors are excellent and staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Katherine Penny is the best in town!
