Had to call 3x to make an appointment because they hung up on me twice. I got to my appointment, checked in, waited 30 mins after my appointment time to be seen. My doctor didn’t even see me, it was just a nurse, contrary to what I was told when I made the appointment. Nurse told me I made the appointment wrong even though I followed instructions from my previous visit. The nurse assistants and front desk associates are rude and unfocused. The doctors are good, but the support staff are terrible. I’ve been a patient for 3+ years to Creighton Med but will not be returning.

Management need to have a talk with Tony and Sandra, in the lab. He has a potty mouth, and no customer service skills. He stated, "There is a paperwork from the free clinic, they always come when we are real busy." Unbelievable potty mouth, he should not be dealing with people. And for the record, this is not my first time hearing Tony say things like this, it is my third. Do not complain about servicing patients in front of others, as you never know whom you are talking around. Do your job, service patients, do not complain and talk down on patients!!!!!!! Someone need to pay attention to this review. If I witness this again, I will ask for a supervisor about this behaviour!!!!!!

Creighton students - Don’t go here. I literally waited for over TWO hours while people around me swapped three times until i get called. If you will be here, make appointment and that will not guarantee appointment either, it would take at least 20 min for you to get called. There is better clinic nearby, and it is worth extra 5-10 minutes walk. Luckily this happened during fall break (even though I still have 2 of 3 credit online class), but if this happened during school days, you are screwed. People here are nice, but needs to work on management and communication. I’ll update further more if I ever decided to come back, but that is only after I no longer need to wait 120 minutes

Go there if you need to dump your hard earned money. I called to get an appointment at the normal clinic for a small lesion, they sent me to the emergency(i didn't know at that time) where there was no doctor and I had to wait an hour. I was charged 1000$ after discount for an antibiotic prescription. They didn't even care to update my insurance. Their site is hacked and you can't access anything but their bills will come every day to your home. The person in the desk know just how to bill you, no other help. Even cannot update insurance info. Also their phone sucks, their chatbot is disfunctional

If I could give 0 stars I would. They failed to let my type 1 diabetic husband know that his doctor had left. He had reached out to CHI and his endocrinologist several times stating that it was an emergency and needed his insulin refilled, but nothing happened. Finally we were able to get a hold of an actual human who almost decided to hang up and told us to wait 24 hours, even though he was out of insulin. She was the one who also broke the news that his doctor had left. Finally, transfered us over to the front desk and she was unbelievably rude, but decided to refill his prescription. These kind of things CANNOT happen. I would not recommend going to any CHI as every office has given us a headache. Please go somewhere other than here and save yourself.

Went in last night after spending 3 days puking and not eating or drinking. Lady at the front desk was great saw that I was having trouble standing cause I was very weak and dizzy and got me a wheelchair. After sitting there for a couple minutes a nurse came out and called my name she saw I was in the wheelchair and stated “I watched you walk in here you can walk” after I walked to the room they stuck my in there no call lights no blanket nothing and left. After I came out to the hall and asked for a blanket cause I was cold they came in to get labs I had to walk to the bathroom for a urine sample when walking there I soon realized right by the bathroom was a poor deceased male that they left in the hallway for anyone to see which I thought was very disrespectful. This hospital needs to do better

I received medical care which took a very very long time. I had a $125.88 balance after insurance, which I paid. My Ins. Co. ended up paying them the $125.88 but CHI Health won't refund my money. They acknowledge that they owe me the refund but haven't sent it. I've called 5 times over a 4 month period. If I didn't pay my bill for 4 months they would have turn my account over to a bill collector, am I right?

August 28 I could not stand and kept collapsing when trying. I phoned 911 and the EMTs declined to take me in. An hour later, neck and lumbar still seizing, I phoned 911 again, the EMTs came and told me to drive myself. Being in the car with the hazards on hoping an officer would come to check out things, no. So I drove. When I parked here, I made it in and collapsed on the floor while alert. A night officer came and told me to get up and get off the floor and that it makes the hospital look bad. While on the floor I am asked from behind the counter, "why haven't you picked up your paperwork?" "Because I cannot seem to work my muscles". So, whatever it was, I'm a bit better, the office there was happy to hear I'm doing better for having asked to return to work a day early. But as I walked into to pick up my paper, I am told the doctor isn't even here, she'll be back at 10pm. Overall, with the EMTs refusing to take someone collapsed, fine, the nighttime officer with the "get off the floor" speech, fine, and the disbelief that there is a paper at the desk waiting for me? Rude, argumentative, and always in disbelief; 0/10, I sure hope I don't die there. I politely decline. The EMTs refusal twice to take me there and nighttime officer and being corrected repeatedly even though my letter was right there in the desk is the nature of this review. Everyone else was nice. But, again, imagine if I had crashed because my vitals were fine. Why did they twice say no and tell me to "drive myself".

Terrible, the RN nurse was not so friendly and she was doing thing in an angry manner right in front of me. The way she talk is like she doesn’t wanna be at the clinic. Next time please just stay home. The doctor was okay. I feel like these people doesn’t know what they’re doing either. We really need better nurses.

Came here with my husband who had been puking blood all morning. Nurses asked him if he has ever drank alcohol or used drugs recreationally. After answering yes, 2 nurses downplayed all his symptoms and were treating him as a partier. Heard one of them say “yep… it’s definitely the weed” My husband has Crohn’s disease. We were told lab results would be to us in “15-20 minutes” after waiting 1.5 hours I checked in with the front desk and was told “Welcome to the ER where you could be waiting for hours.” We were treated like a number, not humans. This clinic is closest to our house, but we won’t be coming here ever again. Would rather drive further and take the risk.

Ive been here a few times for school and have had a decent experience until my last and final visit. I came because my therapist thought that I might have ADHD and suggested I see a doctor and get a psychiatrist referral if I wanted some medical assistance with my problems. The provider who saw me kept saying that my problem is just normal despite me mentioning my history of symptoms (I even had a letter from my elementary school that recommended that I see a doctor for Adhd). At one point, he straight up asked me, so do you just want adderall. As a dental student, myself, who works in healthcare, i understand concerns like this, but to straight out accuse me of just being a drug seeker felt very unprofessional and non-empathetic of him. Prior to this, I was just describing how my problem affected my life and asking for a referral to a psychiatrist. After he showed he was not interested in hearing me out, i just politely listened, and then left feeling frustrated after receiving no help or directions besides exercise more even though I actively work out three times a week. My main complaint is not the lack of diagnosis or any immediate resolution of my problems, but rather it was my providers flippant attitude. He did not look at any of the documents I mentioned and downplayed all my concerns. Months later, after seeing a psychiatrist after having to wait months due to not having a referral, I was given a diagnosis by the psychiatrist, which confirmed that my suspicions were true and I suffered for months due to one man’s inability to listen. This one rude, un empathetic, and unhelpful experience has soured my opinion on the clinic and healthcare providers. It is only due to the other providers who took care of me and listened to me prior that my rating is not even lower. In short. Imagine if you had a problem your whole life. Then you talked with a professional and had them point out the problem and tell you to go to the doctor to seek help. You literally have documents that state that you have a problem. Then the doctor rudely tells you he thinks you’re faking it for drugs. Would you choose this doctor to take care of you and your loved ones?

I went into the ER complaining about my throat and ear and throwing up. The Doctor in the ER that night made me get an cat scan on my stomach. I do know why. They gave me some nausea medicine sent me on home. Few hours later I felt worse. I went to prority care like 9am ask for a strep test and to look at my ear. And sure enough it was strep and an ear infection. I just felt like they did not care for me. They just wanted to charge me for the highest things and sent me on my way. Cause there is noway I needed a cat scan on my stomach. Thanks prority care for listening to me. They deserve 5 stars.

This clinic + pharmacy’s service is very poor. They’re located on Creighton’s campus and are the primary option for students to pick up prescriptions as well as for students to walk in/make an appt to see a doctor. They advertise the pharmacy as delivering to Creighton’s campus, but they claim to now only deliver to faculty, so for students who are either too sick to walk to their facility, or do not have transportation, there is no way to pick up a prescription. The service at the pharmacy is also very poor, they seem to lack knowledge on their own policies and are very poor at communicating both in person and online with their patients. I’m really really disappointed with my experience at CHI.

As a Creighton student this place is supposed to have walk-in appointments. I went there three times and the doctor was not there twice. The one time I actually got in, I was wrongly diagnosed with a sinus infection when I had influenza. Because of this I had to take all my finals while having influenza. Not a good place to go. I don’t review anything and I came back to give chi a pt 2. I forgot I had wrote the top part but Another visit, another mess up. I have went there for three different reasons and they have done something wrong up every time.

Yeah heard of this guy named Logan Walker. If ur a diebetic in need of fmla related commendation on the job... Well this person recommend you get a different job before he can fill out such a note. WHAT'S Insane is how there are literally ppl right now getting accommodation but guess some ppl have different beliefs. Don't waste ur time/copay/insurance at Chi. It sad... Talk to another other Doc and it's fine. This experience is like pulling teeth. U have been WARNED. Oh and if the appointment says 4pm SUPRISE, they call u by 4:35p. Imagine telling ppl to come an HOUR before the appointment just to not honor the time u set. The only Silver Lining about this place is it serves an example of what hospital should strive to never be. The McDonald's accross the street is nice so u don't starve to death waiting in purgatory. I write more in detail and horror stories but I hate to responsible for robbing you of any decent sleep tonight.

When I arrived there was no one there so I went right in. The nurses and doctor were great! I went in a little after 8 and was out in a few hours. The doctor was doing everything she could to get me in to see a specialist and going over options with me and I was happy with the outcome. Thank you guys 🙏

Thx Anna for finding the serial code for my Dexcom G6 in the trash after Endocrinology office was closed so I can activate it at the comfort of my la casa. Cuz during my appointment the Doc must have forgot how important that was... Appreciate u.

I think this hospital’s main business model is scamming college students and other patients. I have had no problem with the doctors here, but the prices for basic services here are ridiculously high, and to make things worse, CHI Health has failed multiple times to send my bill to my insurance company, despite me giving them my insurance information both in person and on the phone multiple times. I have gone here a few times either for a injury or a required health checkup. I have never received any treatment, medication, surgery, etc… yet I can look forward to receiving hundreds of dollars of medical bills that have not gone through my insurance. They charged me 165 dollars for a basic health checkup that took 15 minutes. I had to call their customer service multiple times and my own insurance company to ensure the bill was sent to my insurance. They said I would be receiving a refund for the amount my insurance was supposed to cover. Months passed and I received no refund, and recently they randomly texted me that I owe them 20 more dollars, despite the fact that I have never returned to their clinic and hopefully never will. Their website now says that I only paid 127 out of the 165 dollars, which is a complete lie because I have receipts from when I paid them. I sincerely hope I will never have the displeasure of going here again. Suffering through any injury or ailment is more appealing than having to deal with CHI Health’s incompetence and overpriced, mediocre services.

I went in for an immigration physical in January. Although the staff and services rendered were fine, I was very displeased with the way the billing was handled. When I has initially called to make an appointment, I was told that the cost for the immigration physical was $280, the nurse at the front desk failed to explain that there was another fee of $750 just for the physician's time and services. I had to find that out when I got my final bill in the mail. For me, its not the cost of the services, it is the omission of the details in an attempt to just book you as a patient. This tells me that they see patients as cash cows. I would not recommend CHI to anyone, or I'd advise to ask a lot of detailed questions (even seemingly annoying ones) upfront about billing so that you're not caught unaware with unplanned costs for services rendered.

If i could give ten stars I would. Ever since my kid was an infant. CHI Pediatrics has gone above and beyond to care my child. He has a congenital heart defect an deletion22q. The staff are very welcoming with good energy eager to help. the Doctors i have worked with here are awesome. Very good at communicating and returning your phone calls. Thank you for caring for my child. I recommend this place 100%
