Good doctor, horrible billing. I have been trying to get my bill corrected for 4 months. It is "still under review". My experience has been that they care a lot more about money than fairness in billing and care for the patient. A billing system that everyone gets a different price depending on insurance, etc is not right. Actions speak loader than words. I finally gave up today and paid the full amount. They won.

I love Methodist Hospital. I hated being in the hospital, but if you have to be there they do make it tolerable. All of nurses and nurse techs were awesome. Dr. Omar is truly the most amazing physician I have ever had.

Little known fact: they do a wonderful job of composting behind the scenes. Great to know that their efforts are adding nutrients back to our community's soil.

Increasingly worsening customer service for bill pay experience I've ever dealt with. Phones that never pick up, voice-mails that never get returned, CS agents who redirect you to the wrong place. They need to sort it the - out.

I love my doctors at Methodist! A warning to those who use Methodist Health Systems. I was told by Anethesia West that Methodust uses them as their primary. Anethesia West has the worst and extremely rude staff. They told me to not go to Methodist if I would prefer a different anthesiologist. Ask Methodist if you have other options as I now I may need to find another option for the future.

I would give zero stars if I could. Sarah the supervisor in the customer service department was extremely unhelpful and interrupted me repeatedly after Methodist made a horrible billing mistake and sent my account to collections as I was actively making monthly payments. Methodist will send you to collections even as you’re making the minimum monthly payments and also take payments from your account even after they send you to collections. Don’t call for help, their only supervisor Sarah will be rude & wont help at all & will make things worse for Methodist and yourself. Save yourself the trouble and learn from my mistakes-avoid Methodist and go to CHI health instead.

Apparently the entire Methodist Health system has 3 dermatologists in the Omaha area. Three falls far short of the number they need to service the metropolitan area. One is on extended leave which is fine, but when you cannot get an appointment when you have a serious issue and are basically told to call somewhere else, that is unbelievable. I have been a patient within the Methodist system for 24 years, low maintenance person, but I need help now and was told, sorry, can't help you! Actually told me to call a different practice....so I guess I'm switching doctors and Health Systems!

My words will not ever be enough to say Thank you to all the staff that helped me in ER, to getting my blood drawn, back to the cat scan area, and Doctors and Nurses with getting my diagnosis (appendicitis) and then getting admitted right away and up to the 5th floor nurses and surgery and then up to 6th floor - you are all amazing and I appreciate you at the highest level - you are the absolute best.

It never fails to surprise us; Methodist billing is ultimately the worst billing service we've had to deal with. It is so constant you can bet they will send out the wrong billing and make things so upsetting, mostly because we have to spend time getting this resolved. Recently we received a bill for our son's Chemotherapy treatment for his Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma that was over $28,000.00. Midway through his treatment we met our deductible so we knew this was not correct. We called the billing department and the representative told us that this bill was mistakenly sent. The charges were actually sent to our insurance company for review and payment. The bottom line is Methodist billing is terrible when it comes to getting things sent properly.

I've been a patient at Methodist for over 40 years, but their billing system and care has proceeded to get worse and worse. I've spent the last 6 months trying to get my bill corrected from my last annual physical. You think it'd be a simple matter. But after Methodist confirmed they incorrectly coded 2 different items related to my visit, you think I could get the bill corrected? 8 phone calls and 6 months, and it's still not resolved. #tiredofdealingwithMethodist

Every receptionist I have ever encountered are extremely rude. Had one receptionist question me on why I’m making a follow up appointment after my physical. She told me I should have figured everything out on my last appointment with Dr. Stephenson. Had to call after waiting two weeks to get set up for a stress test on my heart. Receptionist there didn’t nothing but groan and make comments under her breath when I tried making the appointment. Doctors show great care and their services are above standard but the front desk shows nothing but disrespectful and are very unprofessional.

I really like my Methodist physician and I value his opinion. But if symptoms of what ails you are also symptoms of COVID-19, you can’t be seen in the office. (I managed to find an antibiotic online for my sinus infection, thank you.) Today I was referred to your respiratory facility(?). Normally, I would be totally fine with this. Except I was told that being short of breath is a COVID-19 symptom—so I couldn’t be seen at Methodist Women’s in Elkhorn. Two for two! At least I got this referral, because I don’t know what to try to find online to help my breathing. 👎👎

😠 The building was in a rundown questionably unsafe neighborhood. The interior of the facility was not very clean at all. Not sanitary looking and very dated. Seating area didn’t allow for any kind of distance from other patients. One patient was sick and my partner got sick 3 days later. No face mask...

😠 This was the most horrible medical provider I have ever been to. And I have been to many.
