The
receptionist
tonight
and
nurses
were
very
nice
caring
and
helpful
but
the
nurse
practitioner
needs
to
lose
her
job
and
license!
Never
have
I
ever
brought
myself
or
my
kids
to
an
urgent
care
and
had
any
negative
experience
like
this
before.
This
is
the
SECOND
time
in
3-4
months
my
oldest
has
been
refused
care
from
this
location
but
it
will
be
the
last
unless
actions
meet
promises.
My
son
came
in
for
a
VALID
urgent
care
reason
and
the
nurse
practitioner
completely
disregarded
the
urgency
of
the
matter
AND
refused
to
provide
a
much
needed
doctors
note
for
school
and
work.
When
I
refused
to
accept
her
āI
canāt
provide
a
doctors
note
because
Iām
not
allowedā
statement
I
told
her
that
was
a
lie
and
she
got
on
a
power
trip
telling
the
nurses
to
not
bill
for
the
charges
and
to
put
us
on
the
āNo
Contact/Serviceā
list
and
telling
me
that
if
I
donāt
like
what
she
says
I
can
take
my
son
somewhere
else.
Looking
at
the
reviews,
this
is
clearly
not
the
first
incident
but
it
should
be
the
last.
I
immediately
asked
the
nurses
and
receptionist
for
a
number
to
call
to
file
a
complaint
and
they
took
my
info
to
forward
it
to
someone
APOLOGIZING
for
her
lack
of
professionalism.
I
do
have
a
degree
in
healthcare
and
if
I
worked
at
this
very
same
clinic
as
this
nurse
practitioner,
I
would
be
ashamed
and
embarrassed.
I
have
already
called
the
urgent
care
operator
who
was
shocked
to
hear
of
my
sonās
and
my
experience
and
who
was
eager
to
assist
with
me
to
filing
a
complaint
and
I
am
at
the
ER
now
with
my
son
for
a
non-emergency
visit
that
is
not
only
wasting
emergency
medical
staffās
time
from
treating
more
serious
medical
encounters,
but
causing
our
insurance
to
be
billed
at
a
significantly
higher
rate
than
normal,
just
so
my
son
can
receive
medical
care
that
he
needs
and
deserves.
If
any
medical
professional
doesnāt
care
to
perform
their
duties
within
their
role
then
they
should
not
be
in
the
medical
field.
My
other
son
has
been
treated
at
other
urgent
care
clinics
within
Methodist
for
the
same
things
my
oldest
has
tried
to
be
seen
for
at
this
clinic
and
at
age
16
he
shouldnāt
be
wondering
why
a
medical
professional
has
a
problem
treating
him.
Like
I
said,
this
is
the
SECOND
time
that
this
has
happened
to
him
AT
THIS
facility
and
itās
sad
to
read
other
reviews
from
other
patients
receiving
the
same
level
of
unprofessionalism.
The
ER
staff
were
very
understanding
and
provided
the
care
and
service
my
son
needed
including
the
doctors
note,
thankfully,
but
unless
the
leadership
within
the
Methodist
system
rectifies
this
recurring
problem
with
this
unethical
medical
professional
then
the
whole
network
will
lose
my
and
many
othersā
trust
to
handle
our
medical
care.
Being
a
medical
professional
should
be
a
passion
to
care
for
and
help
others
enhance
or
improve
their
quality
of
life
not
treat
patients
like
theyāre
just
a
number
or
that
theyāre
not
important
enough
to
receive
the
medical
care
they
need
and
deserve.
The
ONLY
reason
this
facility
has
a
1
star
is
because
1)you
canāt
leave
a
no
star
review
and
2)
the
receptionist
and
nurse
assistants
were
the
only
ethical
professionals.
