Go
somewhere
else!!!
The
doctors
and
nurses
are
great,
but
building
and
reception
is
not.
Go
elsewhere!!
I
will
stick
with
same
dr,
just
other
location.
Parking
is
horrendous,
if
you
follow
signs
it
leads
to
to
parking
garage
1-2
blocks
away.
All
of
handicapped
spots
are
full
and
the
rest
are
for
valet
parking
so
I
had
to
park
2
blocks
away
near
north
tower
and
walk,
which
took
10-15
minutes.
Checked
in
with
reception
for
a
15
min
appt.
After
30
minutes
of
waiting
I
went
and
asked
how
long
the
wait
would
be.
I
was
told
she
would
check
and
they
had
a
medical
emergency
earlier
and
things
were
backed
up.
After
another
15
minutes
I
checked
again
and
she
said
the
dr
was
with
other
patients,
including
patients
who
did
not
have
to
wait
more
than
5
minutes,
as
I
had
sat
for
65
minutes.
Finally
I
got
in
and
was
told
that
the
receptionist
never
told
them
I
was
there
and
they
marked
me
as
a
no
show.
Seeing
as
my
15
min
appt
took
75
minutes
I
didn't
have
time
for
labs,
and
was
told
to
check
out
with
reception
and
they
will
fax
the
orders
to
my
local
hospital
(out
of
town).
I
was
assured
they
would
do
it
right
away.
I
got
my
kids,
made
arrangements
for
them,
then
headed
to
the
lab
just
to
be
told
there
were
no
orders.
After
waiting
on
hold
for
20
minutes
I
had
to
leave
a
message
and
leave
the
hospital.
Receptionist
and
everyone
up
front
is
very
incompetent
and
should
not
be
working
there.
I
know
everyone
is
short
staffed,
but
no
excuse
to
hire
people
like
that
at
a
cancer
center.
So
if
assigned
to
a
doctor
there,
ask
to
see
them
at
a
different
location!!!
