Very disappointed after coming here with my daughter. We arrived at 7:20 and i immediately said as we pulled into the parking lot "thank goodness no one is here we should get right in" there were literally 3 cars in the far back end of the parking lot near where a couple nurses or janitors were smoking cigarettes and taking out trash, I would assume those cars belonged to employees. The lady at the desk seemed happy to let us know as we walked in that they had already taken their last patient and we would have to go elsewhere. I said you are open until 8 correct? She replied as snotty as I believe humanly possible that they quit taking patients 15 minutes prior to 8 and had "quite a few patients waiting to be seen"... the wait time would then exceed their close time. Not a very kind person for the face of your business. If you close at 8 then I would assume you take patients until 8 and let your un empathetic employees know that is not the end of their shift.

‼️‼️BE AWARE ‼️‼️‼️ Went here for an appointment. The receptionist took my credit card and went behind a wall for an extended amount of time. Lastnight my card was used to purchase a giftcard for a salon in Omaha!!! Salon owner said this is not the first time hearing this story.

I am so happy to say that this place provided excellent care at a time where I really needed it. Upon entry, I noticed it was a clean spacious environment for the waiting area. The Receptionist was kind and helpful and I was seen very quickly. Vanessa, the PA was caring and thorough and prescribed me drugs that made an enormous positive impact on my recovery. While no one ever wants to go to Urgent Care, if I found the need again, I'd definitely choose this facility.

Waited an hour at the rockbrook location, they said no waiting at 180th, you can go there and get right in. Got here, they said 15 min wait. 55 minutes later I finally got called in the back. See how long I have to sit back here before I actually see someone that knows anything

I go in sick. Tell them I have a headache, congestion, sore throat, fatigue etc.. of course I want to get tested for Covid, the flu, and strep when they offered. They said those tests came back negative.. that was it, “have a nice day, it will clear up in 3 weeks”. Christmas is 5 days away. I had to call and ask why I was never offered a zpak or based on my symptoms why no one said it could be a sinus infection.. and I got hung up on and now they won’t answer the phone. Pretty strange behavior. I wasn’t aware of there being a certain amount of sinus infection diagnosis per year 🤣🤣🤣. Never going back. Do us all a favor and do your job. You have already been paid. Convinced me to do more testing which cost more money and I can’t even get a simple zpak days before Christmas.

I took my daughter there because she was having an asthma attack & they asked for her insurance and I didn’t have her card but she does have Medicaid..instead of looking up her information they told us it was going to be 100$ because we didn’t have her insurance card. We had to leave & go somewhere else because I didn’t want my daughter to die of an asthma attack!! We went to the next doctor & she told us that she was not supposed to deny medical care!!!

Terrible service won't be back went there got tested for covid and flu told them my throat hurts they didn't test me for strep was running a high fever went to urgent care Methodist better help got tested positive for strep.

I took my mom to this urgent care on New Year’s Day. We waited for 2 hours the clinic is so small. When she finally got back she was seen pretty quickly but couldn’t get the prescription until the next day so we were told. The NP put in the RX at a different pharmacy and did not communicate the change. So the next day we were going back and forth with the pharmacy and this urgent care. Eventually they blocked our phone numbers calling them. I wouldn’t go back to the urgent care if it was the last one available.

Not thrilled with how our visit when today Dr. Hanh skipped over us-went back to another patient after dong X-rays and we sat in the waiting room 40 mins and then an 1.5 hours in the room. I understand urgent care can take a while but you shouldn’t have To wait 1.5 hrs in a room to be seen-the nurse was outstanding doing everything she could help the situation and try to get us to wait but ultimately took too long and wasn’t even trying to get us seen quicker

All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Loved the doctor, she was amazing. I was lucky and there wasn’t a wait as well so I was in and out pretty quickly.

Staff responded quickly and appropriately to my urgent matter. ECG showed an event happening that required an ER. Nurse gave me life-saving triage before the paramedics arrived

Everyone was very professional. Health care provides listened to me and very patience with helping find a pharmacy that was open on New Year's Day. Would definitely recommend.

my visit and time spent at rockbrook urgent was exceptional. the staff was attentive and caring. they were very friendly and helped explain things in detail in a way a patient would understand. if i had more problems i would definitely visit again. Today Hanh helped me and she gave such great care and attention to my needs! she even printed off more information for me when i asked to help with my symptoms. i appreciate the work the staff puts into your visit they are well educated and amazing people. thank you guys you rock!

The PA that I saw was vary matter of fact and didn’t sugar coat anything, which I truly appreciate. She was vary personable, and so nice. The front desk staff was equally helpful. The double checked to make sure I could be seen for what I was there for, before filling out paper work or paying for a visit.

They won't take my 5 year old daughter who's sick with high fever in because they are closing in 20 minutes, pretty selfish of them not to take few minutes to check out my daughter. As soon we walked in they said we're closing in 20 minutes without looking at my daughter. Pretty pathetic

We LOVE this urgent care facility. While we do not frequent it often, whenever we have a urgent care need, I head to Rockbrook. The PA-C who attends there is extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The front office staff are no different. I’ve taken my special needs family member there and they were very empathetic even when MY patience was wearing thin. I have never had an extreme wait time there and their follow through is top notch.

I'd give them zero stars if possible. I've been there 3 times for various issues, and have yet to be seen by a provider. They always have some reason/excuse not to see me. The latest incident, I popped a couple new sutures and wanted it looked at and hopefully re-sututed to avoid any problems with healing (infection, etc). They told me they wouldn't see me because if they touched it to try to re-suture, it could be exposed to infection. That's the whole reason I wanted it looked at!!! To avoid it getting infected since it's only 2 days old!! "Just monitor it." Thanks for absolutely nothing. This place is absolutely worthless. Don't ever consider this place. Apparently, you just monitor it yourself.

I cut a sliver of my index finger off today and when I arrived here they were very quick and polite. When treating the wound they explained my options clearly and answered all questions. Overall they made my stressful situation a lot better and even helped ease some of my anxiety

ive had to come here twice, and while visiting urgent care is never ideal, they make the experience as pleasant as possible. between friendly receptionists, empathetic nurses, and patient PAs, everyone i interacted with helped me feel comfortable despite being absolutely miserable in health. the first time they ended up being closest- the second time i chose to return, and i recommend them to friends whenever theyre in need of urgent care!

They do get you in quickly and the providers are nice but compared to other urgent care centers I've been to they wayyyy overcharge. I went to another center (the same tier on my insurance) for strep and they charged $134. I went here for the same thing and they charged me $350... Not worth it.

My wife and I have been here several times, during the pandemic for COVID testing, and for ear infections with our youngest son, and today to get tested for flu with myself and my oldest son. We both tested positive for influenza A, and have all had our shots. Always courteous, kind, and efficient. Will (and have) highly recommend them to anyone who can't get in to their regular GP! Thank you all so much for your kindness and expediency!!

I was in town for the holiday weekend and this was one of the places my insurance company recommended. I had to wait a little to be pulled back into a room but I didn’t mind. Once roomed, I had a swab completed pretty quickly and the provider came in to see me soon after. Overall, a great visit! All staff was friendly, kind and helpful. I will use this urgent care in the future, if I am needing to be seen on a last minute basis.

Professional, efficient , from check in to doctor visit to check out. Very caring about taking care of patients. We had Vanessa as our nurse and cannot say enough about the care and treatment she gave.

Staff was amazing. There was an error on the pharmacy end and the nurse working called me back after they were closed on a Sunday and fixed it for us. I thought that was above and beyond their scope of work! Had she not called me back, my daughter would not have been able to go out on Halloween night. Thanks again to the staff working on Sunday 10/30/22! You are amazing!

So grateful that I was seen almost immediately and they took my issues/symptoms with the utmost concern. They provided me with the necessary paperwork as well as medications needed to pick up at my preferred location. It's a little bit of a drive for me, but it's very much worth it since this was an emergency! Thank you so much for taking care of me and everywhere else was already booked!

This is THE BEST urgent care I have ever went to. Earlier this week I had to leave work because I had the stomach flu, they were on top of my symptoms and were very professional and extremely nice throughout the whole experience. If you ever need to go to an urgent care, this is the one to go to! Also, the front desk woman was so sweet, which made the experience even better!

I went to urgent care the day before Thanksgiving in 2022. From the receptionist, to the nurse that checked me in to the nurse practitioner, each and every person was kind, courteous, and so caring about my situation of being sick. They were wonderful! The Clinic is super duper clean very relaxing and if you have to be sick and need something urgently, Rockbrook is the place to go. What the nurse practitioner prescribe for me worked immediately. I am on an anabiotic and a steroid and waited for the pharmacy to fill my script and this morning I already feel better!

I am so impressed with the service I received here. I’m from out of town and had a mini emergency and was directed to Rockbrook. The receptionist was smiling and polite (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name!), the nurse (Courtney M) was phenomenal, and Vanessa made me feel at ease. This team went above and beyond! They were eager to get me on the mend. If you need an urgent care, this is the place to go.

Find another place. People working the desk were completely unprofessional! If your not going to take patients until the time you say your closing (8 o’clock) then change your closing time. My husband walked in at 7:40. Closing times are there for a reason, that is the time that you will allow for people come. Had he known you weren't going to honor your own hours of operation, he could have got elsewhere. They turned him away saying they weren't taking anymore patients and to come back tomorrow! No other places in the area are opened past 8 o’clock and they were aware of this. We will not be using them again and as a hospitality property manager we will no longer be sending our guest here or promoting this office.

Just went to this urgent care clinic for the first time last week. It was very calm and the staff were all very kind and helpful. There was little to no wait time when I went. I saw a nurse practitioner on staff there who was amazing and really listened to what was going on and our visit did not feel rushed. My family just recently had to change insurances and I am so glad that this urgent care is in network with ours. We will definitely be back!
