Called crying one morning because I found nits,due to working with children it can happen! Anyways she made me so comfortable the whole time as she went through my hair. She had the best detangling spray she used while going through my hair. She was Super gentle! Professionalism was outstanding with Sandy. The set up itself was just so calm and welcoming . Super clean had no concerns or scares walking through those doors and to the seat ! I first was embarrassed but she made me feel comfortable. lice happens ! Thank you Sandy ! Sandy is fabulous. You don’t need to go anywhere else. She was pleasant to spend a couple hours with and did a great job treating my toddler. Her shop is beautiful. I appreciate that she makes her own treatment and prevention products. She also has a 30-day guarantee on her treatment. Where do I even begin with this amazing review. Sandy did such a great job on my daughters hair. My daughter is 7 and for over a year we have been fighting this nasty lice and tried every over the counter treatment and nothing seemed to work . We found sandy and she was so nice and took the time and effort to make my daughters hair beautiful again and got all the lice. We bought some extra treatment, lice comb, and detangling spray from her too. I had some lice in my hair did a one time treatment and they are gone. Highly recommend her to anyone.

This was the best experience for my 6 year old daughter. She was so sad and kept apologizing and my mother thought to check Google for someone to help and we found PicNit. We called to inquire about a lice exam and she had just left the building, but was MORE THAN willing to go back and complete the exam & start treatment asap on our daughter. I reached around 2:00 am via chat because I was terrified for my roommate. She reached back out around 6:00 am and was able to get us scheduled for an appointment within 5 hours on the same day. I learned a lot of information that I didn’t know! The treatment worked 100% for my roommate, and luckily for me, no treatment was needed. I will go back for one more check up in a week! She deserves a gold platter! The at home remedies don’t compare to her natural products!

Sandy was so awesome! While I was getting treated, she was able to see my daughter at a last minute notice and even gave my newborn a quick look over. I'm currently 1 month post-partum and I couldn't even deal with lice right now, so grateful to have found Sandy 🙏.

Sandy is amazing. I have dreads and my daughter came home with lice from school and I was so scared. She walked me through everything from entrance directions to precautions. She really put my mind at ease while she was checking me and really helped me understand the way of the bugs. She was accurate with her time to check me and let me leave knowing and feeling safe. Is it still scary? Yes. But do I feel better? Absolutely. 10/10 I’d recommend her for checks, products, treatments and advice!

I would give PicNit a 11/10 rating. Sandy has and still continues to answer my questions and help me any way possible. I drove three hours to get my daughters hair and myself treated. We ended up just needing check overs. Sandy answered all my questions, dealt with my girls asking a million questions (lol), very clean place, activities to keep the kids busy, very informative and understanding. I bought the products Sandy makes and will continue to use them for quite a while with head lice being such an issue right now with back to school. I learned how well NEEM OIL is such a blessing for us dealing with lice. I have referred friends dealing with it to Sandy and grateful for everything. I will make a separate review after another week- follow up on treatment and lice situation.

Was overall great experience and well worth the money. We were done in less than three hours (three of us, two with very long hair) and she was super sweet and friendly and easy to hang out with. She had a tablet so the 2yo could watch a movie and books and games for the 7yo. It was completely private and she also gave excellent information. Highly recommend.
