Really disappointed how we were handled during a stressful time. Made an appointment for 2:30pm on Monday, lady on the phone seemed nice. Got to the clinic, and all the lights are off and the door is padlocked shut. Called the number again, and then you realize it’s a national service, and the person making appointments isn’t even in Nebraska. They tried texting the person who was suppose to meet us and they came up with some excuse, I honestly can’t remember what. Got frustrated and saw another 1-star review on here recommending PicNit down the street. So glad I saw that! PicNit is amazing! Go there instead, you’ll thank yourself!

Had an excelled experience here. I’ve never dealt with lice before but Kristina told me everything I needed to know. She made us feel comfortable and knew what she was doing. I didn’t even try getting rid of it myself, I decided to leave it to the professionals and this is the best place to go! Highly recommend!!

Staff was very helpful when I called and talked me through treatment options. I have never dealt with head lice before and I had a lot of questions. Staff was courteous and flexible with our schedule. They got my family of 5 in for checks immediately. Kristina was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and very detailed! I feel like a thousand pounds have been lifted off my shoulders! She also had a girl there that was in training and she was so willing to learn and help get the job done! I’m here to tell you if you are dealing with lice then let these professionals handle the problem. Madeline was awesome to work with! We were very lucky with her patience and flexibility. We only had one family member who we noticed had some issues but we all decided to get checked. The process went as quickly as it could for the amount of hair my daughter has. Was very impressed with the office being welcoming and so so flexible. Madeline made us feel super comfortable and we are home with the instructions for the house and LICE FREE! So well worth the time spent.
