Very unhappy with the doctor, I didn't care for her bedside manner at all. She was rude and didn't pay attention to what I was saying. The front desk was very rude to my husband. When they ask for insurance, he said we didn't have any. One of the women made a snarky comment, saying they were not a free clinic. After the appointment the only thing that I really got accomplished was the doctor passed the buck and sent me on to another doctor. This clinic was a total waste of time and money. I was very disappointed because I expected to be treated like I am at University Hospital. The hospital is always very gracious and nicer than this Clinic was, not to mention one hell of a better place to go for medical help.

The facility is clean. Staff is friendly and warm. I move often and have difficult finding quality primary care, but this office was different-they are great! Excellent patient care and good bedside manner. The only downfall is long wait times for a scheduled appointment. Nurse Tiffany, Dr. Ferris, and attending Dr. Nathan showed great attentiveness and compassion. Improve the wait times or at least communication of wait time and I'd have given five stars.

For the immediate care clinic, my husband and I ended up waiting an hour and a half for him to be seen, we were the 6th person in line when the clinic opened. I do not blame, the provider for this because there was only one working the clinic, I realize everywhere is short but for an immediate care clinic it seems there should be more onsite to help with wait times. It was also frustrating how the provider talked down to us during our quick visit, she acted like we were incompetent for not thinking my husband had COVID, and dismissed our concerns over what we were worried it might be. Honestly, if we were thinking he had COVID we would have gone to a pharmacy to get a quick test and saved the time, money, and less potential exposures. We both felt like we were being shamed for even coming. Update: COVID and flu both negative, we will go to another clinic where hopefully are concerns will be heard.

The receptionist Nia is excellent!!! She has great customer service and very hospitable. This clinic got the receptionist right! However I don’t like switching doctors. I have switched doctors so many times. Some good, few horrible. I want to stay with internal medicine but looking to stay with same doctor.

As much as I like Dr. Blowers, this location is nothing but a headache. I updated my address with them three times before it actually stuck. I updated my pharmacy info twice and my scripts still got called into the wrong one. Even if you call first thing in the morning, you're likely not to hear back the same day. I have one medication that I simply cannot do without, and even with what I have been told are high priority messages, it can take days to get them renewed. And if I had been given a year's worth of refills at my annual visit, I wouldn't be having this problem.

The hours are very flexible, if you cannot make it to a regular appointment they offer urgent clinic every weeknight and weekend including holidays. The staff is pretty friendly and they will test for many things before diagnosing you, however the waiting time is usually long, even when you arrive to your appointment on time, they seem to take a while before bringing you back and leaving you in the patient room for long periods of time.

I love this clinic. Conveniently located, clean. I just wish there were more staff, specifically more than 1 front desk person. It would also be nice if it was 24/7. I feel like UNMC has plenty of general physician clinics and they don't need another in this building taking up the 8am-5pm slot when this ICC could run longer hours

Dr. Fagerland is my Doctor. Professional. Caring. Compassionate. Even sweet. Can you say that about your Doc. Probably not. He treats me like I am his only patient. He listens to me. Excellent care. The staff is great too. If i named them all this would be a novel. His nurse is wonderful. Always returns calls. I only talk to her by phone. She saw i was in the office and came out to meet me. Above and Beyond Nursing. The receptionist. So pleasent so kind. Very professional. So happy i found y'all. 🙏 P.S. i use the day office not the Urgent Care.

I’ve been having cough and breathing problems for a month. I’ve had 2 recent covid tests that both came back negative. This urgent care wanted me to pay for someone to call me in my car when I need someone to physically assess me. What is the point of being an urgent care clinic when you won’t even assess patients? Unfortunately have to pay out of pocket at another clinic that’s not in network since nebraska medicine’s only covers their own facilities.

I have been to the urgent care clinic on numerous occasions for my teenage sons whether it was for a covid test or a sick visit they are always attentive, friendly, professional no matter if it’s medical staff or non clinical staff they are all kind and listen attentively to my concerns from parents perspective and not just ignore it because I’m not a medical professional. Thank you for all you do not just for my family but for the community

Whoever answered the phone was difficult to deal with. I asked for male provider because that is what I am comfortable with and she seemed angry and offended. If I was a woman and asked for a female provider Im sure that would not have elicitated the same reaction. I am looking for other facilities.

I visited when I was in a vulnerable state about my condition, and was treated horribly from the time i checked in, and throughout my time in the doctor's office. The receptionist was especially awful, gave me awful attitude, and made me very uncomfortable. I felt like a nuisance, and that I was not being taken seriously. Additionally, as a student, I was not told that one of my services would be an additional charge; I think this is something that should have been noted considering how young I am. People often go to urgent care to refrain from paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars, so maybe that should have been addressed. Why promote yourselves as an urgent care just to charge hospital prices? All in all, there was no transparency, honesty, or kindness at this location and I certainly will not be coming back.

I like my doctor here, although she is finishing up her residency, and it is clean and a nice space. However, I have been here three times in 2018 (sinus infection, sprained ankle, and now a well check that they schedule without asking and I went along with.) For my sprained ankle visit, I waited for almost two hours and changed rooms and doctor assignments between the nurse and actually seeing the doctor. Today, I had an 8:40 appointment. It’s now 9:30 and while I have seen a nurse and had blood pressure taken, I’ve been sitting in this office foe about 40 minutes now without any follow up. Sinus infection visit wasn’t as bad. It’s a nice facility, but don’t plan on a quick visit.

😠 The building was in a rundown questionably unsafe neighborhood. The interior of the facility was not very clean at all. Not sanitary looking and very dated. Seating area didn’t allow for any kind of distance from other patients. One patient was sick and my partner got sick 3 days later. No face mask...

😠 This was the most horrible medical provider I have ever been to. And I have been to many.
