All I can say is that their hold music is the soundtrack to my nightmares at this point. I even hear that combination of notes anywhere and my teeth set on edge. They just shuffle you in and shuffle you right out. Dont care about patients at all.

When I first walked in the receptionist were on their phone looking at a youtube video. I eventually got checked in. The receptionist that instructed me to come back and speak to her after visiting wiht the doctor was on a call. The other two women were busy on their phones. Eventually one of them said they could help me. She asked me for my insurance card. I told her I have a virtual card and I left my phone at home. Told her I'd provided them with proof of insurance my first visit. She told me they needed me to call my insurance to see what specialist my insurance would cover. I was handed the receiver. The base stayed on her desk. She watched me reach over the desk to dial numbers. Never once moved it closer to me. I had to ask her to help me. They have all of this information. Had to cover the mouth piece on the phone so the automated system didn't think I was responding to it. Ended up telling her this process was getting on my nerves and I would go home to get my cellphone. As I was walking away she asked me "Why is it not working" Discovered they never called my prescriptions in when I went to Walgreens to pick them up. Oh, and they closed at 5:00pm and she didn't bother to tell me that. Sarah told me the doctor said it was an emergency request and she wanted it submitted today. They didn't treat it like it was an emergency. They wanted to go home and didn't care.

Effective and cheap, especially if you're poor like me and don't have insurance. The doctor I have, Dr. Simindla, knows her stuff, and makes sure you leave with every question answered. If there was a negative, it would only be that the front desk gets really backed up sometimes, but that's kinda beyond their control. Clean house, happy workers, definitely have recommended.

I had been going to this clinic for dental work for a few years without missing any appointments. So my last appointment with them I didn’t make it due to an issue with medical transportation. So now they have been giving me the run around with trying to schedule an appointment. I guess being there on time for the years that I received treatment from them didn’t mean anything. What a joke, be honest!!! Tell me that you’re never going to give me a n appointment because I missed an appointment that was not in my control. Just be HONEST!!!

Awful, I’d never go here again. I’m waiting for insurance through my job and had to go to this clinic to be seen. My medical issue hasn’t gotten taken care of after going to this clinic for months. Billing messed up one of my bills and won’t return any of my calls (I’ve been trying to reach them for over a month) and I missed a call from the nurse one day because I had some questions about my medical concern and the girl at the front desk refused to send my call back to the nurse. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a medical clinic. One World is definitely one of those places that eats up peoples money and doesn’t do a thing to help them.

I take my daughter to One World and I am impressed every time. The staff are always so polite, and friendly. And the providers are attentive and kind. I feel like this is a place where all people can come and be treated with dignity.

Great neighborhood medical clinic and dental. The dental hygienist Corey has been there several years & does a meticulous 30 minute cleaning which is the best preventative medicine in dentistry. Every tooth is scraped, categorized numerically & polished. Care like that is a pleasure to find & receive. The medical has many professionals available and wait on the phone may be lengthy. Check out the teen center for teens to 25. So many locations & they accept no insurance with sliding fee.

This was my first time there and i was very impressed. Everyone was very nice and very professional. I needed a tooth pulled very badly, which they did, quickly and efficiently. Most places i had contacted regarding having a tooth pulled quoted Approximately $500. or more. I paid $125. at One World. I will return.

I was referred here because I was without insurance for a small time. I was told it worked on a sliding scale and I was needing a doctors appointment. Well, I have bill for over $100 now and I’m not sure what I paid for when I paid at the office. They’re not really all that helpful for people without insurance. Would not recommend.

They need to take the receptionists cell phones away because we have to wait until they are done texting so they can help us. So unorofessional.

If you want a quick service you can go here but what I hate is you have to wait for a while to be called and there are too many people there as well it’s crowded.

I cannot believe the level of incompetence of this clinic. Every time that I call, I end up playing phone tag because they won't put you through to the nurses station ever. Two times now I've had to call the office because they did not get my prescription refilled, and never called me to tell me that the reason they hadn't refilled it was because they wanted me to come in for an appointment. The last appointment I had there I felt like the doctor was trying to rush through it and wasn't really listening to my concerns and just wanted to move on to the next person.

I just want to say I love my Doctor. I don't have anything bad to say except that every time I go for thyroid testing it's supposed to be once a year and I have to go every 6 months. I also have to call repeatedly to get my prescriptions filled. If it were to save my life I'd be dead.
