Had an ear infection and got help within minutes! It took longer to fill out the form (at the kiosk screen) than it took for the rest of my "appointment". Got the right diagnosis and prescription and feeling 100% better!

Don’t recommend! They told us we could get covid test results back on the weekend (confirmed with them more than once) but when asked about the results they said they only count weekdays as the 1-2 day wait time to get covid test results back. Such a waste of money and time!!

Worst place ever. MinuteClinic does not hold itself to the standards it sets.

These ladies were great. Quick, easy, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them for quick care for coughs, infections, and minor pains. About the covid testing, it's not that hard to follow directions and schedule an appointment for it. Never had a problem with them and I don't see anything that they can improve. I'm thankful for there efforts!

Would not recommend. Seem to value lunch time more than clients. I showed up 15 mins prior to 130pm lunch time for an ear wax removal. Some lady was sitting in a chair and clearly didn’t want to help because of her impending lunch. Rude with a tude.

I have had other Minute Clinic experiences at other locations that were wonderful. This place was awful. The person that was doing the initial paperwork and vitals was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. They also messed up the input of the insurance information, leaving me to deal with unnecessary follow up.

Very trashy customer service. I was told by 2 different employs that they consider Saturday and Sunday as working day for the voluntary testing for traveling. However, that was not accurate and I did not get a refund and got my results later.

I've taken my kids multiple times to this clinic. I've always had a good experience.

I went into this Clinic on Tuesday the 23rd of June for their drive through covid testing. I still have not recieved any info. I have sent emails, called, no one helps you. Do not get your testing done here if you can help it.

We planned to travel out of country that required COVID test before travel. Called them twice to confirm if they can take sample on weekends and they assure us that they include weekends as business days. Got our test back after 5days. We had to reschedule our tick( that cast more money) because of their worst customer service and giving us wrong information. will never recommended to any one this stupid CVS minute clinic.

This was my first visit at Minute Clinic and was very pleased with my care. My sinus infection was diagnosed and treatment plan was completed within an hour. The APRN, Kristin was wonderful. She provided over the counter information and education to help me with my symptoms.

Jennifer Bryant makes this minute clinic wonderful. Props to whom ever hired her because she is the reason I solely keep coming back to this specific location. She’s so great at her job and truly cares for her patients and not only for just medical care. Never had service like this before. I would recommend her to everyone. I would also follow her to stay under her care if she ever moved locations. She’s that great!
