Can never get ahold of anyone here. They either hang up on you after waiting several minutes or have a excuse their the only one there helping people. I waited 25 mins to just confirm my doctors appointment. Hire a receptionist or two to handle incoming call.

Terrible service .the reception desk ladies always have an attitude and don't know what they are doing. They treat my mom terrible and act as if she was stupid

Rothlisberger is nice but seems very ditzy, she acts like she is interested in you but she is not personable. She just wants you in and out. The receptionist are not the nicest either and they take forever to answer the phone. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it is always the same thing.

Been a patient there since they opened. Very short wait times waiting room seating spaced for social distancing. Rarely crowded. Pharmacy in the building. Internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and an after hours clinic for urgent care in the building. Reception staff could be a bit more friendly and smile a little (they always seem annoyed). Still good service from the doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. Would recommend.

Dr. Herman and her staff have been professional, personable, and caring during our 45 plus years in as patients in the South Omaha clinics.

We take our kids to this location because it's our closest and we LOVE their doctor! Only bummer is she's always booked. Meaning she must be doing something right,just sucks for us lol.

Have been going to this location for years, and lately can never get an appointment. Today was told that nothing was available, try another location (instead of scheduling something for later). Horrible customer service.

Today, I receive 3 phone calls, 2 calls at 11:03 and another call at 11:05. No message was left for any of the 3 calls I received. When I called back to see what was going on, first the receptionist couldn’t find me in the computer and then couldn’t tell me why they were calling. She said according to my chart no one was trying to reach me and maybe another patient had the same phone number. I had an appointment with Dr. Hermen in 2016 and only saw her once because she was rude and threatened to charge me for two appointments when I tried to talk to her about what I made the appointment for. The receptionist had booked me for a “well woman” appointment which is not what I asked for. I suffered through the appointment on the verge of tears and never went back. DON’T GET YOUR HEALTH CARE HERE!!
