This place is so terrible I had to share my family's experience. My daughter was pregnant with her first child and was showing signs of having a miscarriage. They had her come in due to her insistence, not theirs, with no urgency whatsoever. Gave her a urine test only, said it was negative, and sent her home. During this process you can imagine how panicked and saddened she was but they showed know empathy for her situation and treated her as if she was a burden coming there. We ended up taking her to pregnancy crisis clinic to get the help she needed. My wife went in to the clinic to have her cholesterol checked with Dr. Nasr's nurse, Darcie, after she changed her diet and lost weight to lower her cholesterol in hopes of avoiding medication. Dr. Nasr's nurse, Darcie, checked her in and asked her several times what she was there for to which my wife responded each time that she was there for a cholesterol and heart rate check. Her blood was drawn and after almost two weeks she still had not heard back, which is VERY typical of this office, so decided to call herself and find out. After speaking with a nurse she was told her blood work was fine. She asked how her cholesterol looked and was told that the cholesterol test result wasn't back yet which confused her because that was the only thing that was supposed to be checked. She was told her cholesterol results would be back in couple days. She called back a few days later and was told they never did test her cholesterol. Dr. Nasr's nursing staff lies, they are rude, and really don't listen. Which leads me to Dr. Nasr who although has a very kind bedside manner is more interested in how she will appear instead of prescribing you the only medication that has proven to work you. These are just a few of the many issues that my family and I have faced while being patients of Dr. Nasr's which has caused us to leave this clinic. This has had such a tremendous affect on my family that we are very nervous to go to another physician in fear that this will end up happening. The only good thing about this clinic is their front end staff who have always been kind and pleasant. That one star goes to them. Sent from my iPhone

The old lady nurse that took my girlfriends covid test was just nasty and disrespectful. Rolled her eyes at us twice within a 5 minute interaction. I would not recommend this clinic

One star is even too high for this garbage clinic. They don't care about their patients at all, $$$ is their number one priority. Everyone is rude, they mess up your prescriptions and never correct them despite multiple phone calls from patient and pharmacy. They give you no refills on basic long-term prescriptions so you have to call repeatedly to get them filled and they blow you off for days. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

I have been a patient at this clinic for over a decade because everyone is kind and compassionate: doctors, nurses, support staff. I love how easy it is to schedule appointments; the Patient Portal messages get a fast response. Because this clinic is part of the larger Methodist network, my entire family is able to get comprehensive care.

Given the run around between the phone operator who told me to take my daughter to Aksarben location. Show up there to be told at 9:30pm (they close at 10) that they can’t see her. That receptionist told me to take her to this millard location. So I called when we left the Aksarben and asked the operator if she was showing they could see her like the Aksarben receptionist said. She said let me transfer you. The receptionist was rude and told me even though they had no wait they wouldn’t see my daughter who was in tears over the pain she was in and I am sure uncomfortable being dragged around. Very unorganized, no compassion for the patient and just rude. She has no clue for sure that I wouldn’t have been there very close to 9:45 and wouldn’t even consider working with me considering the run around we had gone through.

I went in for an urgent care visit a few weeks ago after a fall. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. The (PA? Not sure) started off pretty worn down & short, but within 30-60 seconds their whole demeanor changed & the interaction was great. I'd recommend them.

Dr. Bracker and his staff are wonderful. I called very last minute before an international trip and they were able to meet my needs and help the morning before I left. They went above and beyond and I genuinely appreciate it!

I've been a regular patient for years now, I have always experienced the kindest and most understanding staff. They make sure you're comfortable and individually they are all the sweetest people. I wouldn't go anywhere else for healthcare services.

Very expensive office visits !! They billed $388 for my office visit. When enquired they mentioned since doc spent little more time in discussing the illness, the charges are more. Isn't that the doctors supposed to do to their satisfaction, diagnosis of illnesses ?

Even one star is too nice I would NOT recommend this location at all I went in 3 days ago they have me attitude the doctor told me I was no longer welcome here they are incompetent they tried giving me a Covid test by swabbing my throat… the nurse with black hair and glasses rolled her eyes at me the second I walked in and asked me what I wanted this is not a welcoming environment it’s the opposite everyone be warned please don’t come here 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
