Love the place! However if you move out of state they can't transfer your membership to another HOTWORX location. They make you drive back 4 hours to cancel your plan.

Paid the 3 month $80+ dollar each month for signing up. Called on the 1st to cancel since never used used it. They will not cancel unless go in the studio to sign when never been to the studio, will be charged for a 4th month even with canceling on the first of the month like contract stated, even though never used one service one time! Asked to be refunded only for the which today would be the start of a forth month since will not use it, haven’t used any and manager will not. This facility needs better management for people when they followed the contract and paid 3 months. The lack of professionalism here I will be telling anyone and everyone to go else where than this location! If you join I would stay away from this location!!! Join the other ones since they are independently owned.

Hotworx is a great gym! Workouts are very convenient and the staff is super welcoming. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fast and effective workout

I signed up here. Then upgraded to the universal membership. In my recent travel I have been to 8 locations. I am very happy with HotWorx. You can sign up for monthly service, yearly service, or I understand the regular 3 month plan. They want you to come more than a week to get acclimated to the program so go for the 3 month plan. If budgets are tight quit your other gym first then come on over. It really has been great. Very versatile and easy to use. Area for improvement . . maybe add shower mats like I have seen at the NW location. I am very glad I joined and after a month or so I am constantly looking at my schedule to pin point my next time for a session. Great.

We had a great team workout today at Hotworx. Lots of sweat for sure!!! Detox is accomplished!

HOTWORX is amazing not only because of the unique style workouts that are in an infrared sauna, but because they make it feel so friendly and welcoming when you walk in. I am a former athlete and HOTWORX is perfect for me! I highly suggest you try it out. It is all the HYPE! Let's get SWEATY & burn calories during and after the workout!

I love HotWorx! I have tired many gyms but this one is the best for me. I have never heard of this place untill I moved here. There is so many workouts to choose from and the staff is super friendly!

Hotworx is a great place to workout. Even when I don't want to workout, it is only 15 to 35 minutes which makes it very doable even on a busy schedule. The sessions are short but intense. I thought I might not like the high heat of the sauna, but it is actually a little be addictive:) It is a very clean place and the people working there are super friendly!

I am proud to have been a member for 18 months. It's easy to keep coming back when the staff are inviting and friendly. The studio is kept extremely clean. I will continue to refer prospects to Hotworx West O!

I never thought I would find a workout program I would enjoy…let alone one in such heat! :) But I’m hooked! The workouts are some of my favorite and most challenging I’ve ever done. Give it a try!

Worst experience ever, This place is trash! Been to multiple locations and never been treated with most disrespect. These guys don’t care about the customers, they just care about your money. They Need new management or an audit to this location. Never coming back again!! Talk about scamming people at this location!

So, I signed up and received an add-on special. My wife signed up as an add-on for $20/month on my account. We got bored and stopped using it. I stopped in and canceled the membership at the beginning of March. They have an extended cancellation to squeeze extra money out of you. So, I was told I would be still charged in April before the would stop charging me. I assumed it was taken care of as I wasn't told otherwise. On May 1st, they still charged me the $20 add-on fee. I called and asked and was told that my wife would have to come in to cancel that add-on or upgrade to a full membership. If she didn't we would keep getting charged the $20 perpetually without getting access to the facility … Predatory bad business practice...

I love the flexibility of the gym and the way it’s set up with so many options. The staff are so friendly and helpful when there are questions! I’ve been going here for two months now, and I am very thankful for the switch to Hotworx! ◡̈

This company operates a highly anti- consumer subscription model that is against multiple consumer protection guidelines and regulations. (set by banks and card processors) If you sign up with them and no longer wish to use their MONTH TO MONTH service - they will charge you 2 months and $99. If they do this you have the ability to dispute these charges under the FCBA (Regulation Z) guidelines related to subscription charges. My bank returned all funds back to me because of the blatantly unethical business practices. Also asking consumers to come in and cancel a recurring charge on a credit card violates merchant processing regulations with Mastercard and Visa (which is part of the reason I won). Don't give in to those bully tactics. Ask for an email - send the email to cancel and keep it for your records.

Manager is very nice. I came here for my Membership Orientation and she gave me a tour of hotworx as well as help me set up both apps on my phone. She also explained my membership benefits and how to use the hot work app.
