Started
at
Nerve
after
being
a
member
at
another
CF
gym
that
was
too
large
for
me.
Right
away,
Nerve
felt
like
a
better
fit
for
what
I
needed.
The
people
were
welcoming,
the
workouts
intense,
but
scalable
and
fun.
I
always
left
feeling
accomplished,
challenged,
and
stronger
than
before
I
went
in.
I
was
a
member
for
a
year,
but
eventually
(and
regrettably)
left.
After
a
year
at
another
gym,
I
have
found
myself
back
at
Nerve
and,
I
have
to
say,
I'm
so
happy
to
be
back.
The
gym
has
grown
since
I
left
so
it
can
more
easily
accommodate
a
wide
range
of
classes
and
so
there's
plenty
of
space
to
move
around.
The
coaches
take
phenomenal
care
of
the
equipment
and
keep
the
gym
clean,
which
isn't
always
the
case
in
this
type
of
'box'.
The
members
at
Nerve
are
friendly
and
fun,
always
welcoming
new
people
-
even
when
the
'new'
person
is
an
old
member
coming
back.
This
is
so
much
more
than
a
gym.
With
personal
training
available,
nutrition
coaching,
and
challenges,
they
are
always
thinking
of
new
ways
to
"have
fun,
get
fit".
I
have
to
say,
the
grass
isn't
always
greener.
For
me,
it
took
being
somewhere
else
to
recognize
what
I
already
had
in
my
Nerve
family.
This
gym,
these
people
and
the
amazing
coaches
are
what
makes
my
hard
days
easier.
They
support,
encourage
and
push
you
to
try
things
you
might
not
think
you
can
do.
The
celebrate
your
accomplishments,
in
and
out
of
the
gym,
and
every
victory
is
shared.
Everyone
has
something
they're
looking
for
and
certain
goals
they
want
to
meet.
For
me,
what
Cody
and
Kelsey
have
created
is
a
positive
environment
where
I
look
forward
to
going
each
day
to
better
myself
physically
and
mentally.
The
energy
is
ALWAYS
positive,
upbeat
and
fun,
and
you
can
feel
that
when
you
walk
through
the
door.
If
you're
looking
for
a
change
in
your
life,
beyond
just
a
place
to
workout,
I
highly
recommend
Nerve
Health
and
Fitness.
It's
so
much
more
than
a
gym
and
it
really
can
change
your
life.
