DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! For $100 a night they could have a better breakfast in the morning. Very very disappointed in the lack of warm items and just everything in general. I would have rather have gone to the McDonald's across the street. The bathroom was very roomy and you could tell that the shower was recently redone but it shrunk in size and there was absolutely nowhere to put any of your stuff no shelves no hooks no nothing everything you had to set on the ground. All that room to reduce the shower and you can see by markings on the wall where the shower used to be. Also inside your room when it shows a diagram of the hotel floors it looks like they advertise having a hot tub next to the swimming pool but it has never been there. Got all excited just to be disappointed once again. Don't go there thinking they have a hot tub and the swimming pool was small. Just not what I would expect for $100 a night during the week nonetheless. The floors never got vacuumed there was hair all over the bathroom floor the floor was never mopped or thoroughly cleaned it was disgusting. Every time I complain about it it never gets resolved. DO NOT STAY HERE

We selected this hotel based on reviews and price point. After check-in, and as we walked to our room, we passed another young family who informed us that we should look out for bed bugs, that they had experienced a bug crawling across their bed, and they were switching rooms. I don’t believe what they experienced was actually a bed bug, but it completely set off our kids who were in fear the rest of our stay. We are also concerned about the possibility of bringing them home with us. We did check the beds thoroughly and didn’t find anything, and beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had a strange odor and the individual who serviced it prior to our arrival left a used washcloth hanging over the top of the shower curtain and there was also a half-used bottle of shampoo that was left in the shower. The bathroom was very small. We could not get the hair dryer to stay in place on the wall holder. Regarding morning breakfast, I threw out the bagel I took a bite of because it was still hard even after I microwaved it for about 30 seconds and the grape jelly tasted terrible - I’m guessing it was quite old. After taking a drink of orange juice, there was a small piece of the cup that remained in my mouth, which I thought was grey hair, but turned out to be from the cup manufacturing. The orange juice tasted good. My wife threw her coffee away and my daughter threw her apple juice away, both due too poor flavor. There was a sign posted “Jimmy Dean sandwiches available upon request.” Nobody was eating them, and I decided not to bother the one staff member who was on duty because he appeared to be the sole individual attending to the front desk, dealing with a plunger need in one of the rooms, and also attending to the breakfast space. This is not an attempt to troll the hotel; it is just an account of our experiences. We will look elsewhere next time.

My family came down for 1 night for a local tournament. The reason we picked this place is proximity and price. It's pretty cheap and ya never know what you'll get. We checked in and it was a breeze. . But the original room we checked into smelled like black mold BAD. Room 105. If you stay here under no circumstances allow them to check you into this room unless they address this. Thankfully I told the front desk person (ALEX) that the room wouldn't do and we either needed a new room or a refund and he promptly without any problems got us into a different room. I'm super thankful for Alex's help and he apologized profusely for the room's odor. This is a good value hotel, the price is good and the location works for us. I would stay here again.

Electric outlets throughout broken, lights in room had no function, drawers were dirty, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, sink, towel rack, jacuzzi knobs missing all needed repaired. Marijuana use was awful we reported it 2x and therefore we had to leave early. Hotel is in desperate need of repairs. Pool, pillows, and blankets were great but the bed was hard as bricks. Not a great experience being it was my husband's birthday.

I reserved and pre-paid my stay through Priceline. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and quick. The clerk at the front desk was efficient and somewhat curt. The check out time here is an unusually early 10am. Wake up calls are offered. I didn't have a chance to use the pool. I was hoping to use the pool but the really close time of 9 p.m. and the late opening time of 10 a.m. was the biggest challenge. The room had 2 queen beds. Pedestrian amenities included a single cup drip coffee maker, free wifi, microwave, and small refrigerator. The decor of the room I received could best be described as dated. It felt as though the room was plucked out of 1995 and dropped into today. That includes all electronics sand appliances. The window screen was broken and hanging on the outside. The motley Crue mix of debris scattered about the floor made it feel like the room had not been vacuum since 1995. There is a symphony of particulate along the periphery as well as in an under the furnishings. It was about an hour after I got to the room cuz I stepped on a previous guest's toenail. It is uncertain but judging by the rigidity of the object it's possible it may have been there for some time. The pseudo-retro bedding was clean. The bed was soft and welcoming. A standard 1995 continental breakfast was provided the offerings included make your own waffle, cereal, toast, yogurt, etc. Unique to this property, a choice of two Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were available upon request. The staff did not smile much at all. In fact, it seemed like they were more focused on moving guests out the door then they were bringing them in. Departing the hotel after my stay was completed, one of the staff who I can only assume was a manager of some type, proceeded to scold me for having my dog. Now when I booked this through Priceline it was marked as a pet friendly hotel. A Priceline reservation agent I spoke with assured me it was a pet friendly hotel. I calmly attempted to explain that Priceline advised me this was a pet friendly location. I attempted to advise that they might want to take the issue up with Priceline so that they might avoid situations like this in the future, but the gentleman didn't want to hear that. He kept interrupting me and just telling me that dogs were not allowed and pointed to a rudimentary looking daisy wheel printed sign in the window demonstrating their just welcome for our furry companions. Overall, my stay experience here did not live up to the properties name. In speaking with a friend later, I affectionately named it the not-so Quality Inn. Ending on a positive note I found no evidence of bed bugs in this room which I cannot say for other properties I stayed in recently. That's right. I'm looking at you Super 8 on 116th and Dodge in Omaha.

They have bugs in there beds and carpets. Breakfast was so bad . Manager is so unprofessional he doesn’t know how to behave with customers. He was literally shouting at us and made some racist comments on truckers. Rude inappropriate behaviour from manager wouldn’t be tolerated by customers. We ll file complaint in there chain . Thanks

Didn’t have terrible service with the staff got to our room and they were nice. Woke up in the middle of the night covered with bed bug bites. Be careful and look at your bed before hand. We stayed there July 15-16.

I don’t know about y’all but when my family and I stay at a motel, we only use the room to sleep in as we’re usually too busy running around to spend much time inside. If you’re looking for a decently priced place that’s clean with comfortable beds, this place will do the trick. Pool is small but does the job for kids. Breakfast isn’t outstanding but for the price, it’s pretty solid. The owner does seem to sit around and watch people but I’d want to make sure my business was running smoothly as well. Will stay here again.

Your typical mid grade hotel. Rooms were OK, nothing extraordinary however they were clean and seemed well kept. I can't speak on the staff bc in the few days we stayed here I only saw one employee, on one occasion sitting at the front desk as we passed by. It was quiet and close to the interstate. Pool was open and well maintained so that was a bonus!

Great price! Clean room with microwave and mini fridge! We stayed one night on our way to Colorado then stayed again on our return trip because we liked it so much! Walking distance to 3 restaurants! Would definitely recommend!

The room is AWESOME!!! It smells like a new home and its Clean and comfortable. The best thing, the bed doesn't feel like you're laying on a table. It's soft but not too soft. Quality inns are usually good about having a soft bed.

The value and the place are just nice, but I had to take one star off due to the real poor breakfast and that you can't get a coffee if you'll get there after breakfast hours. But no worries, there is a McD, CB, and some other coffee places in wlaking distance

This was the perfect hotel for a short stay (2 nights, in my case). Check in was easy and quick (we arrived late evening). The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower worked well (the water was hot and the water pressure was great). The location of the hotel is also convenient, and the highway noises didn't bother me at all but I am also used to living in noisy environments. I opted out of the complimentary breakfast, but it smelt and looked surprisingly good. The AC was functional.

I stayed here May 4-7, 2023, to attend the Berkshire Hathaway conference and visit a friend 5 miles west of here. As shown in an attached photo, the outside window is single or double pain, and they installed a second window about 5 inches inside of this - the first time I have seen such a two-window arrangement. Together, these got rid almost all the highway noise. I had the air conditioning on, too, and it was quiet and I never heard any road noise all night, despite facing the front, the highway, and the exit ramp. The room and breakfast were fine. The parking lot is a little rough, and noisy, and it does not look real luxurious, but the room was quiet and clean and perfect. The front desk had free water and Tootsie Pops.

Great stay- clean room, friendly staff, lots of breakfast choices, several restaurants nearby. We were heading west and it was very easy off/on for Rte 80.

Really good hotel for the price. Rooms were clean, the tv worked really well. The best thing was the customer service, the man at the front desk was super helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for the best bang for your buck.

We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites a special family event. I have to be honest the reviews are the reason why I chose this hotel. Upon arrival and our stay, we were very pleased. The breakfast was great every morning. The pool was open and very clean. Everything in our room was new and getting fresh towels was no problem. The beds were very comfortable. I slept like a baby in our quiet surroundings. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I normally walk everything and had no problem walking around the building safety. I manage to get 3 miles in before starting my day. The whole entire visit was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this hotel. I would like to say thank you to the following people who I personally meet.

Boy let me tell ya! These guys are very accommodating! Everything and I mean everything is pristine! The breakfast is through the roof 😂😌. A full amount including that signature Belgian 🧇. I literally watched him prepare everything. They care and cater to their customers in every way. On top of the fact that we checked in at nearly 1am it didn't kill our stay for the next day. A full two days of just being able to sit back and remember what being at a hotel is supposed to be like. Thank you very much! I'll be most assuredly coming back through!
