I
reserved
and
pre-paid
my
stay
through
Priceline.
Upon
arrival,
the
check-in
process
was
smooth
and
quick.
The
clerk
at
the
front
desk
was
efficient
and
somewhat
curt.
The
check
out
time
here
is
an
unusually
early
10am.
Wake
up
calls
are
offered.
I
didn't
have
a
chance
to
use
the
pool.
I
was
hoping
to
use
the
pool
but
the
really
close
time
of
9
p.m.
and
the
late
opening
time
of
10
a.m.
was
the
biggest
challenge.
The
room
had
2
queen
beds.
Pedestrian
amenities
included
a
single
cup
drip
coffee
maker,
free
wifi,
microwave,
and
small
refrigerator.
The
decor
of
the
room
I
received
could
best
be
described
as
dated.
It
felt
as
though
the
room
was
plucked
out
of
1995
and
dropped
into
today.
That
includes
all
electronics
sand
appliances.
The
window
screen
was
broken
and
hanging
on
the
outside.
The
motley
Crue
mix
of
debris
scattered
about
the
floor
made
it
feel
like
the
room
had
not
been
vacuum
since
1995.
There
is
a
symphony
of
particulate
along
the
periphery
as
well
as
in
an
under
the
furnishings.
It
was
about
an
hour
after
I
got
to
the
room
cuz
I
stepped
on
a
previous
guest's
toenail.
It
is
uncertain
but
judging
by
the
rigidity
of
the
object
it's
possible
it
may
have
been
there
for
some
time.
The
pseudo-retro
bedding
was
clean.
The
bed
was
soft
and
welcoming.
A
standard
1995
continental
breakfast
was
provided
the
offerings
included
make
your
own
waffle,
cereal,
toast,
yogurt,
etc.
Unique
to
this
property,
a
choice
of
two
Jimmy
Dean
breakfast
sandwiches
were
available
upon
request.
The
staff
did
not
smile
much
at
all.
In
fact,
it
seemed
like
they
were
more
focused
on
moving
guests
out
the
door
then
they
were
bringing
them
in.
Departing
the
hotel
after
my
stay
was
completed,
one
of
the
staff
who
I
can
only
assume
was
a
manager
of
some
type,
proceeded
to
scold
me
for
having
my
dog.
Now
when
I
booked
this
through
Priceline
it
was
marked
as
a
pet
friendly
hotel.
A
Priceline
reservation
agent
I
spoke
with
assured
me
it
was
a
pet
friendly
hotel.
I
calmly
attempted
to
explain
that
Priceline
advised
me
this
was
a
pet
friendly
location.
I
attempted
to
advise
that
they
might
want
to
take
the
issue
up
with
Priceline
so
that
they
might
avoid
situations
like
this
in
the
future,
but
the
gentleman
didn't
want
to
hear
that.
He
kept
interrupting
me
and
just
telling
me
that
dogs
were
not
allowed
and
pointed
to
a
rudimentary
looking
daisy
wheel
printed
sign
in
the
window
demonstrating
their
just
welcome
for
our
furry
companions.
Overall,
my
stay
experience
here
did
not
live
up
to
the
properties
name.
In
speaking
with
a
friend
later,
I
affectionately
named
it
the
not-so
Quality
Inn.
Ending
on
a
positive
note
I
found
no
evidence
of
bed
bugs
in
this
room
which
I
cannot
say
for
other
properties
I
stayed
in
recently.
That's
right.
I'm
looking
at
you
Super
8
on
116th
and
Dodge
in
Omaha.
