The hotel was clean, easy to navigate, and I appreciated the underground parking. The breakfast had several options, although the attendant hadn't restocked or wiped off counters when we made our way down to eat. I mentioned it to the receptionist and the issue was quickly taken care of. The pool was clean, and the workout room was decent. A little had to get to if you're not from Omaha, but we managed just fine.

Had a great stay! We were very happy with the heated parking garage, kitchenette with full size fridge, and spacious living area. Breakfast offered hot sandwiches which is rare for continentals and was a great addition. They also had free coffee and tea, and beverages and snacks for purchase. Try the digital key feature on the Hilton Honors app - it was nice to use my phone to unlock the door! Just a few minor negatives.. The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not notified at check-in. This hotel also allows dogs so when we opened our pull-out couch, I started having an allergy attack either due to animal dander or dust trapped in the couch. Overall this hotel is very nice and we would absolutely stay again!

I wanted to leave an excellent review for Stephanie who works the reservation desk. She is accomadating, polite, professional and treated my needs with priority! Its hard to find great customer service in 2023. If someone from Hilton Corporate reads this, please give Stephanie a raise! Its hard to retain workers in this present day job market. Hilton should reward her and provide her with a career advancement opportunity! Its obvious you're understaffed too, hire some more help so Stephanie can take an extra break! She deserves it!

Nice room but the terrible guest service experience earned this stay a 1 Star. The front desk female staff who worked 10/11/22 around 7:30pm was very cold, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. There was no mistaking she was uncomfortable and bothered by the fact I'm an LGBTQIA+ person. If you are incapable of working in a public-facing position that requires interacting with guests from all walks of life then maybe you should ask management for a transfer to a different role. -Diamond Member

I stayed here on a business trip and let me start by saying please do not stay here. The manager is outrageously rude and made me feel unwelcomed. He called my room at 9 am telling me to pay or get out. Which was a mix up on my company’s end. Very unprofessional I’ve never been treated so badly in my life. Plus there was a dead roach in my room. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

As someone who has major health issues....along with the majority of people staying here......having to constantly smell cigarette smoke in the elevators is absolutely disgusting. Tonight seems to be worse than others but I found out the reason is mostly from one of your employees. She can't seem to stop smoking, every chance she gets, in the nearest garage, closest to the front desk...and the elevators, just so she doesn't have to stand outside in the cold, away from the facility, so we don't have to constantly smell it inside...all the way up to the top floor!!!!! Outside of that, I love this place and everyone that works here, they have been so kind and amazing!! The chain smoking employee is probably the most unpleasant thing....along with her poor attitude.

My wife and I booked a hotel room at the this Hilton location about a month in advance for a work holiday party. Hours before the party, we got notified that our reservation had been canceled because the Hilton was full. Super disappointed in their service. I would not recommend this hotel simply for the fact your reservation can be cancelled anytime, leaving you stranded.

Awesome hotel with a cozy feel. Employees were very hospitable and really cared about making sure I had a good stay. Shoutout to Blair and eveyone else for making sure the night was a success and allowing use of the meeting room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a nice vacation.

Not fancy but big, spacious rooms with clean and super comfortable beds. The bed deserves 6 stars. Very nice and helpful people. Two tvs in our room. Uncomfortable couch. Nice little desk area and small kitchenette with just a microwave (no stove top burners) and a compact fridge. Unfortunately the digital room keys didn't work here and Hilton apparently wasn't diligently helping the staff to resolve. I was at a Homewood in TX earlier in the week and checked in and out with the app and digital key on my phone flawlessly. Not here. Waited at my room for 10 minutes for (no) key to be issued before I called the front desk to learn about the issue. We also needed to print something out for the first time in like a decade and their printer was down. Complimentary breakfast was just OK but convenient and quick.

I would give it an overall a 4 star. The pool was closed our entire stay. The pool was supposed to be open November 1st. We checked in Nov 3rd. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working. Over all the room was clean and in good order.

Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Free breakfasts are excellent but get there before 9am as there isn't as much left after that.

I just stayed the night here on business. Did not have a working shower and was offered $9 (removal of parking fee) to compensate for this inconvenience. Ideally when you spend $500 on a one night stay you shouldn’t have to use a sink to shower before a day of meetings. Will add if you want to feel like you are sleeping right in the middle of freeway traffic, it’s a terrific stay. Have yet to hear from a ‘manager’ so next stop is BBB and filing a complaint.

The service was horrible. We asked to have our room cleaned on 3 separate days. Finally got around to it on day 6 when we were leaving the next day. Never any towels in gym or pool. I dropped paper from my headphones by treadmill on Monday, still there Saturday. What does that tell you. Dont eat the breakfast. It looks horrible and the guy in the back who put food out was seen scratching his head, without gloves, and then putting food out. So disgusting. Don't believe their slogan of if they don't make it right, the night is free. They offered me some chips from their store. 😄😄 crazy

The rooms are great, well very good. Nice bathrooms. We only had an overnight stay but was surprised that for an extended stay there was no cooking stove. There was a full-size refrigerator, full-size dish washer, large microwave, and all the dishes and utensils you would need but no cooking stove. Complimentary breakfast is par for a good hotel. The parking is good but does come with a fee but worth it. Also, if you're disabled like me, understand they have no shower benches.

From the moment I walked in, I can't say thank you enough for welcoming me in and always taking good care of us here. The hospitality is excellent and every staff member are the kindest people you can come across. Patrick was the first person I meet and talked to and he put all my fears and worries to rest. Blair is amazing and will help go the extra mile when you need help. Hope, Stephanie, Cameron and Rachel are absolutely wonderful. This hotel is close to Nebraska medicine and was the absolute best choice if you need to stay for any medical reason or if you are just looking for a great hotel! You are close to everything you need. The breakfast is amazing and both who work that, do a fantastic job. The rooms are clean and perfect. This hotel knows how to care of you and I personally would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay in Omaha. The prices are one of the best around. If you are looking for only a night or for a longer stay definitely check out home 2 suites. Highly recommended!!

It was a nice place to stay, but we asked for adjoining rooms and did not get them. We went for a kid's birthday party. It wasn't the funnest hotel for kids, so I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose.

Located close to hotel but felt unsafe to walk anywhere. Bathroom bath wash was empty, and the coffee maker did not work. breakfast was adequate with premade breakfast sandwiches and waffles . I did not see any service people on the floors. When arrived people had trash bags stuck outside their doors.i could also hear people walking above in the middle of the night.

Everything was nice and rooms are well done and even the receptionist checking us in. Kiera and Rachel do an awesome 🤩 job. Only down side is parking space in the garage especially if they are full. But love the garage parking

We did end up having to leave a little early and trying to check in early on. The lady at the desk is a little snotty about it but the weather was really bad but the guy that came out from the office is really nice about it. understood, that is some things change. Yes, I room was ready and we got to check in early.

My husband stayed at this hotel 01/01 and it has been a nightmare. He was only there for a few hours before leaving to come pick me up. The next day 01/02 we contacted the front desk around 4:15 stating his card was charged twice for the stay. The guy working stated he would have it fixed and ultimately the charge was returned. Then around 4 am today 01/03 he noticed that his card was charged again. We immediately contacted the front desk in which the female states there’s nothing she can do because they’re running an audit. I called to speak with a manager in which the female says she’s the manager and I think her name was Autumn. I could barely get to the point of my call before she interrupts to push across her point. I let her finish and stated we’d be calling around 7 then since we were instructed to call back then. What we don’t understand is how the person we talked to previously was able to immediately fix the issue then there’s another charge the next day when he was checked out the same day 01/01. I would recommend watching out for any charges to your credit cards from this hotel.

The room was very spacious and nice. We easily slept 8people. 3 Tvs, nice kitchen area without stove top and two bathrooms. Pool was somewhat warm but we had to go outside to get to it and then there were no towels for us to dry off with which was a bummer. Main lobby area was very cute.

One of the best hotels my family has stayed at! The only confusing thing was the parking, but that's just from the first experience because we didn't realize it was like a garage. Other than that, wonderful food, staff, and rooms!

We love this hotel. Not fancy but comfortable, friendly staff, and conveniently located by UNMC. Note that there is a parking fee if you want to park your car in the closed garage. And lock your car as there is some crime in the area.

Very nice hotel with EV charger. Just pull up to the garage door and pull in. Was perfect on a rainy night. Check-in gal on 9/16 was not friendly at all… in mean yikes! but the morning gal on 9/-7 was very sweet.

This is where we stay when traveling to Omaha. Staff is always very friendly and the rooms are quiet. Pool is small but the kids have fun. Garage parking is a plus and the breakfast in the morning is always great. Very clean friendly place fairly close to everything!

I've stayed here off n on for the last year as my Fiance had a Heart Transplant a year ago. I feel as the customer service has not meet expectations as when they first opened. We went for breakfast at 730 and there was nothing out warm to eat . I asked Front desk if they were going to put any warm food out as usually they have a pretty good variety. The lady at the desk asked the unfriendly young girl that does Breakfast, where the warm food was. She said they were out. The front desk lady said they were going to a Sisters Hotel to grab some breakfast items. After an hour, they still had nothing out to eat. It's quite disappointing as we could've made other plans to grab breakfast.before we go to Hospital for 8 hours of testing. Pretty disappointed and after 40 stays, I must say, In quite disappointed.

My family stayed here a week for a baseball tournament. This is by far the cleanest hotel we've stayed in. I always clean the rooms upon arrival and there was little to no dirt that was found in the room. Beds were extremely comfortable. I haven't slept as great as I did during our stay, in years! Breakfast was average. Pool is small, but the outside lighted balcony was perfect for gatherings and grills available for cooking out. Close proximity to great food and a Walmart. Highly recommend staying here!

Staying at the Home2Suites tonight. Want to say , Stephanie that was working front desk was over the top accommodating to our group. In town for a wrestling tournament. She was very cordial, friendly, and out right fun. We had kids of all ages and she was great to the whole group. She has been great with our large group using the commons area. People like Stephanie will definitely see us staying again next year. Thank you Stephanie!! Your Iowa Friends !

Hello, I am reaching out because I am very upset by the fact that the assistant manager Patrick O’Brien at the Home 2 Suites at UNMC in Omaha, NE was let go due to budget cuts. I have stayed there for my husband and with my twin daughters since June on and off over the course of 2023. Patrick was beyond spectacular and only went above and beyond to make us comfortable while my husband was hospitalized waiting for a heart transplant. Patrick was caring and made us feel completely at home while we were going through one of the most difficult times in our lives. He truly is one of the kindest souls I have ever met and he really cares about the people who stay at Home 2 suites. It saddens me beyond measure to know that Patrick is no longer with Home 2 due to such a thing as budget cuts. I truly feel you have lost someone who took their job so personally and treated those whom he didn’t know like his own family. I can’t stress enough how much this situation needs to be corrected. Patrick needs to be reinstated. This is wrong and makes me feel with him no longer with the hotel it doesn’t feel the same. The welcome “Home2” won’t be special without his presence. Walking into the lobby tonight finding out the news for me and my family leaves me speechless. I am deeply upset by this and so is my family. It makes me reconsider future stays with the home 2 and Hilton. I hope you reconsider this decision and among so many other people who value Patrick and your establishment. Best
